They are okay price wise but for inspection I doubt since I had to remove the tint film which was being put by previous owner and it was removed so badly that one of my rear auto window stopped going up and down due to the fact that the gum was not removed. Infact all door windows were same but after happening this he cleaned more and rest three was better. However when it came for the rear window which stopped working he said he won’t take care of it which is bit unprofessional as due to bad work it has happened. And on top of that windsheild front and rear both has so many scratches it is very difficult to drive car at night. You can check in the pictures attached in this review. Think twice before going for inspection of the car.

These guys are so great! We came in today for an inspection and oil change. We failed the inspection and it was going to be $1,400 just for the part we need, but Mo and Omar worked together to figure out a solution that will only be $275. They are so kind and down-to-earth, and really seem to care about their customers. We are so happy to have found this place! Could not recommend more highly.

Gave a call to ask about a basic full synthetic oil change price, very reasonable quote for a 2010 Corolla. I didnt need to call to schedule an appointment. The oil change was about 20-30$ cheaper than Valvoline. Omar. The manager, was super friendly and accommodating. I didnt catch the mechanics name but he got us in and out in about 20 minutes or less. A great place, excellent and friendly service. Very convenient location. Would definitely recommend.

This review is for the repair shop. Great find for a Massachusetts resident as most/all shops here dont work if you bring your own parts. They are quick, reasonably priced and take good care of your vehicle. Omar and Mohamed are great to talk to. Went for a few oil changes, brakes and have a few upcoming appointments for timing belt etc. Best part is they order new parts when needed instead of getting them from junkyards like other mechanics. Will keep going as long as they keep up their service.Bha d

This is the only mechanic you will need from oil changes, break replacement and more complicated repairs. I go to Zippy’s on a regular basis for oil changes for my two used vehicles that I love dearly. They are quick, and knowledgeable. It pays to be a regular, fast service decent labor prices, and a good bunch of guys there. They have went above and beyond to make sure my vehicles are safely operable and running superb. Coming from Boston I have a mechanic that I have dealt with for over 10yrs. Going to Zippy’s was a difficult transition being that I would have to drive to Boston for repairs. They made the transition well worth it. I couldn’t ask for better service anywhere. Last week my husband stopped buy for an oil change, and didnt know they also do inspections. Zippy Car is his favorite mechanics place ever. They found an exhaust problem, and they were able to fix it in good timing and for a fair price. We strongly recommend this place for anyone who cares about their motor vehicle.

I went here for a inspection and needed repairs that I already knew I needed. Clunking noise, brakes squealing, sway bar oxygen sensor light. They fix that all one shot and got my car inspected, and I runs so much better I felt like my ride was fix and hasn’t been this smooth since I ignored everything that needed to be fix and they fixed it. We have been using Zippy Auto for over 10 years now and never have had a bad experience. Mohammed and Amir, along with the rest of their staff are upfront, friendly and dedicated to helping get your vehicle repaired and on the road as fast as possible. I arrived at zippys auto repair at literally 525pm. I had no appointment and my serpentine belt had just snapped a mile down the road. I stopped and purchased a new belt and when I arrived at zippys they were super friendly and accommodating. Even though, I was definitely a last minute customer because they close at 6 and they seemed like they had a decent amount of other work on their hands, they took me in right away and had me out within an hour. Took me right in and looked over my entire car and said it was in great shape except I needed rear brakes and rotors and even showed me them on the car and I said absolutely go ahead and do an oil and filter change as well.In addition he checked the belts, hoses and fluids.I would definitely recommend this place for their fast and efficient service as well as being all about the customer and satisfying any concerns or issues you may have. I had a emergency drivers side window malfunction with my Jeep and on this holiday weekend. Zippy Car Wash &Auto Repair took me right in at 3.00 pm and had me out at 4.45pm replacing a window regulator. This business is second to none. Great service.

My car was a mess, had been months before getting it cleaned but they recognized that it needed A LOT of work and they cleaned it spotless. was so happy with the results and on a 90 degree weather day, they had nothing but smiles on their faces and we joked a lot about how dirty my car was. they rly know how to please their people! not to mention they gave me a new car scent as a gift. i strongly recommend everyone to come here! i will definitely be back for sure!

Went in for an oil change a few months ago, in December. Admittedly, I came in right at the end of their shift, which probably annoyed them. My car was an old car (98), but it still had some life in it.When I went to pick my car up, the guys family was there and he was preparing to leave. I believe this is why the job was rushed. My car was waiting, but I sat in the tiny office while the guy sat at his desk and talked on his phone (not work-related) for about 15 minutes. Finally he rang me out, and asked me how many miles were on my car, as is normal.After the oil change, I hit I-295...and then my car immediately died. The engine seized. They forgot to put the filter back in. The oil leaked out and all over the engine. My car was bound to the junkyard.When I called and told them what happened, they hedged on the fact that my car was old, and said they wanted to take a look at it. They would not pay to have it towed there, of course. When I asked them if they would at least pay me for spare parts from the car.I was advised by others to not pay to tow the car there, as they would probably blame the cars age and not take the blame. I got nothing for it.

Customer service is great but the carwash is slow and usually a towel dry might seem great but it left streaks all over the windows. :/ feel like I need to go to the carwash to fix the last carwash.

I had plans to take my car to Blackstone automotive since it was near my home. I mustve upset the guy or something, because when I called back I was immediately notified that there were no available spots, so that sucked a little. Called this place and not only did they listen to what I had to say, but they took my words into consideration as I was speaking. Normally, I speak to a mechanic and even if I know what Im talking about and rehearse it with another mechanic (family/husband) it still isnt heard. I cannot express how much that meant. The service was great, and the timing (considering there was another issue attached to my original issue) was great as well. Only thing I was a little confused over was getting charged for a part that shorted out, but honestly, not only did they fix the car completely, I feel like they did so honestly and I appreciate that highly. I definitely recommend going back here for sure.

I wish i could give them zero stars my dad went to get my car inspected there, they did tried to charge us 1500 for a new windshield!! The also did work on my car before, and within the car my car had the same issue again. beware

The best place ever

I have been here 3 times in the past month and it doesnt seem like they are fixing anything with my car. Dont go here if you want your car to be in good condition.

This car wash might be the worst one to visit due to the wait time. Theres only one guy working or at least vacuuming and he takes 20 to 30 minutes on one small car. Id suggest you go somewhere else if you dont want to wait.
