The best service ever!! Ryan and Daniel took care of our tire with expertise and very quickly!! What would have been $ 198.00 + at another place was not the case at all here!! Went there on Tuesday to have my oil changed, brakes done and a tire that’s been going flat fixed. I was impressed with the speedy service I received and the detailed courtesy checks they do. My bill claimed they did a tire rotation free of charge, however on Wednesday morning my tire was flat and in the exact same location it was when I took my car in. Clearly they never did the tire rotation that they claimed on my bill and didn’t fix my tire. Very disappointed.

A couple of weeks ago I took a wheelbarrow to them to see if they could fix the tire and put it back on. There were some other issues with spacers etc. but they did a fantastic job and I left it there thinking I would pick it up the next day but I almost didnt make it home before they called and said it was ready. They didnt charge me anything. My only regret was that I didnt take it to them first but I didnt realize that they would work on that type of equipment. Everyone I talked to was super. Thank you to all that helped me get this fixed.

Amazing service. Went in with wires showing ( we just noticed since it was on the inside) on my truck tire at 5:10 on a Friday and the guy that was there helped us out even though they were closing in 20 min. He was the only one there, and he did it with a smile and very polite. Usually people are in a hurry on a Friday evening but he didn’t want us driving around on a tire that has wires showing. He could have brushed us off but he didn’t. He even did it free of charge which is extremely appreciated during this time. Glad there’s nice people out there still :) I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will to friends and family!

On 1/31/2021, we were traveling 3+ hours from home and got a flat tire. We called Mr. Tire as it was the closest tire store and even though I called 30 minutes before they closed, they accommodated us and got us in and out within 20 minutes. Thank you so much Mr. Tire team in Wooster Ohio!!!

Had to tow my 12 year old car in...they took my car without prior appointment and diagnosed it at no cost within a day and a half...ill give them that, but unfortunately, thats about it on the positive front.Their diagnosis: broken ball joint, axle alignment, and brakes need replacing. Quoted repair costs: $2200.Did a quick google search on the diagnosis and the average repair costs turned out to be ~$900 for their diagnosis.Felt it was overpriced and decided not to get it fixed here. Also, they left my battery on for the duration of my car with them and my battery was drained when I had to tow it from there.Went with another local auto service center.Their diagnosis: broken lower control arm (ball join), need new axle and alignment, brakes dont need replacement, need to replace lost transmission fluid, battery needs to be charged.Quoted repair costs: $510.Got it done there!Not a pleasant experience for me here. Sorry!

I was not a bit happy. Bought two tires in October and now that are dry roughted talked to manger Ryan he said that were balled. Both front tires have the cracks.only would pro rate one,wanted me to pay 20.00 less than when I bought them new .so I will not go back to me.tire in Wooster Ohio. And I did talk to my insurance company and that put a memo on my policy.and I am going to post signs about mr.tire

Found a nail in my tire at 2pm on a Friday. The crew patched the hole and put on the tire within 10 mins and I was on the road again by 2:30pm. Now that’s fast and dependable service!

Scheduled a visit because I had a leaky tire and I knew I needed new brakes on the front. I was told that all the brakes required replacing, metal on metal he said. I decided the convenience didnt outweigh the increased cost so I decided to just do them myself.The brakes on the back were absolutely fine. Easily 50+% of the brake pads were still present and certainly didnt need replacing. The rotors were fine. To top it off I paid $20 to fix my tire and its still leaky.

The General Manager Ryan was awesome with quick service in getting trailer tires ordered for me and mounted in a prompt fashion. Prices are competitive, service was great, and even a clean work environment. Nice to see Ryan taking care of his customers, and his employees. They will have my future business!

Was able to get an appointment same day online for alignment and 4 new tires. Stopped to verify everything about an hour before scheduled appointment and was able to get in even earlier. Very nice people and comfortable,clean waiting room with free coffee and bottled water. Highly recommend.

I was driving the backroads of Holmes County when the light came on the car about tire pressure. My friend looked for a tire center and this one was closest to us. I was taken care of soon after I arrived and told them my issue. Very friendly and courteous. Gave us a bottle of water and didn’t charge me for looking at my tires and checking the pressure. I was blessed to have been there at the right time.Thank you for not having to worry the rest of my trip.

Was really taken care of by this place. I had previously been a customer of 300 tire and thought I would give Mr Tire a try and was glad I did. They went way above and beyond with service and help. My niece had a tire leak, called and they got her in right away! super quick, friendly and inexpensive.

Dishonest, they lied to me. Went in due to a slow leak. Salesman told me I had a big nail in the tire and they couldnt plug it since I just hit my wear bars. Received the HIGH pressure pitch to buy new tires. Told them Id take care of it myself and buy some tires in a few months. Picked up the car to find they were too lazy to even fill the tire but sent me down the road with a low tire. Got it home and went to plug it myself. Much to my surprise, there was no nail but discovered leaky stem. They lied about the nail to sell a set of tires. Ill NEVER do business with a company like this.

Mr tire is honest to fix other stuff like belts on my car blow motor other things like a c compresser not i had to bring it back 3times to fix right it still wasnt was charged by my insurance i didnt had to pay however I finally bring it to nissan they told me not the right part of ac compresser they put a newer one in there 1 time fix it right my car is cold now more but I had to pay out of my pocket 1,400.00 to get it fix properly thanks again Mr tire so there gonna need a new ac tech sorry
