Worst customer service ever. Just walked and left my items on the counter. The girl working was absolutely rude! I would like a call from the store manager or district manager

Always closed over an hour before whats on the foor. Annoyed.

Went to the store needing help to get blonde & pink out of my hair & emily was WONDERFUL.i had no clue how to fix my hair and she was so sweet & really helped me out!!

Went in to buy hair color. 1 other customer in the store, a girl was helping her. There were 2 other employees working. I was greeted at the door and was told there was a girl in that isle helping someone but she would help me next. I waited and waited. The one girl was helping a customer, doing her job. But the other 2 girls stood up front laughing and giggling. I finally picked out my own and left. I waited a half hour in there. That was more than enough time for one of the other girls to realize the one girl was still busy. Had the other 2 been with customers I would have understood but they were just talking.

Usually never have what you need. And what to sell perms that are not professional ones. That’s the craziest I ever heard. When we are professional hair stylists.

Pricey, constantly discontinuing good products, completely removed black hair care products.

Went to get grey hair dye and it turned hair brown. Then went back and they exchanged the dye and we had to bleach again and the new dye turned it blonde instead of grey

My hair was red the lady i spoke to said for me to try a different color that it would be brighter and more red ...NOW ITS PURPLE AND DISGUSTING I WILL BE CALLING ASAP
