I went use my insurance to trade in for another controller, Even called a head.They couldnt bother to tell me over the phone that they didnt have any in stock.I had the choice of paying more for a new one (which I dont have the cash right now) or wait a week for them to mail me one.The whole issue could have been avoided by the manager just telling me they didnt have any when I was on the phone with him.So I wasted my time and my gas that is in a truck that isnt gas friendly.Ive had to many issues with the GameStop in Wooster and will be going to the one in Canton or Ashland from now on. Ive never had issues at any of those.

Went to trade in a PS4 pro I just got not too long ago.. they offered me $80 for it. Because it had dust on it.. dust. Works great. Dust though. It’ll have to be refurbished for that... idk needless to say I’m never going back to that place. Best Buy might be expensive but at least they don’t insult your intelligence by trying to buy a console they sell for $400 from you for $80. Because dust. Idk why the guy didn’t blow it off.. looked like he had that skill.

Had multiple used games on display that werent in store, and sold me an untested ps4 that wont read disks no wondering theyre losing stores. Service was great tho no issues there.

Drove 40 minutes to get a PS4 Pro, they were the only ones to have it in stock . I called before I came and the lady I spoke with was awesome ! Excellent customer service & product selection is amazing ! I highly recommend !

Theres always at least one staff that remembers the regulars and tries to engage them and remember what they like. Ive been going here for years and there has always been that one staff that goes above and beyond. When I first started going here, it was Jared. After he left, it was Liz. Then Jayme was the guy. Now its Amanda. The staff like the ones Ive named definitely go out of their way to make you feel like your business is appreciated. If they gave better value for trade ins, Id give them a 5*.

One of the better GameStops, but its like a revolving door with the staff. Once you get to know the faces, they are gone. Its got a great feel, but it just lacks the feeling of actually being a place to go and get game advice. The people are like robots, cause they are constantly changing, which makes their opinions feel fake as well.

GameStop is one of the best places to go if your looking to buy anything video game related. They have wonderful customer service and really good prices. If your a gamer or you want to buy somthing for someone who likes games, GamStop is the place to go.

If the two ladies are working here on a Saturday, and youre a female coming to shop, they will not greet you. But every guy that came in there after me received a hello. Drove an hour to this store to get a couple things they had in stock. Left with nothing after feeling uncomfortable for 10 mins with the two ladies just staring at me. Thanks ladies.

Never been a fan of their trade in prices, but the prices on their games are decent for the most part. I would recommend shopping around and comparing prices to other places. Sometimes you can get the same game that is used here at walmart or best buy, new and for the same price.

Exceptional customer service, As with any company youll find that they have their ups and downs. The game-stop in Wooster Ohio has a staff that is very well known when it comes to games. They do not try to force you to buy anything but offer items you might be interested in. And always try their best to make sure you get what youve come for. Ive shopped their many times, and even though i may not be 150% satisfied with everything i get if i have any issues with the product they quickly do all they can to abed my concern. Ive had multiple occasions in which one of their employees has taken 5-10 minutes of time just to make sure i can get everything i need, even if they have to order it from another store that is 2 states over.I would recommend anyone stop in and check out what they have to offer.

Not like a lot of other places. The staff here is very experienced in the field of games. I havent met one staff member there that didnt know what they were talking about. They are gamers, like they should be. I went in to buy a game that had just came out and he told me all the bugs and frame rate issues it was having and I appreciate that. I wouldnt want to buy from anywhere else.

Writing this one is tough, but truthfully told it is an awesome place with great fandom gear and games!! Ignoring their lackluster trade in system and broken return policies. You have an awesome store, reccomend a rebrand soon to save them... more like a fandoms store with games ect., but who am I to say!! Fun place!!

Went in with 50 bucks worth of games on the crean when asked for cash they were gonna offer me 10 bucks for everything. Dont bother coming here to trade anything your better off going downtown to the pawnshop

Its game stop found some cool things but its still GameStop I wouldnt trade anything in here and a few things I thought were over priced like the uncharted PS4 without the controller that came with the system but they have a great buy 2 games get 2 free going on right now

Purchased a new game at this location and it came with a redeemable code. i went to redeem the code and it turns out someone already redeemed it back in july 2018. i contacted the store and they said all they could do is have me return it and wait for them to get another copy in. which i think it would be ridiculous to go return a game i just paid for and wait for them to send me a new copy. I contacted Xbox and they sent me a new code to use which im grateful for since they didnt have to. Be careful of buying games with codes i guess since my code got taken at this location before i even bought the game.

Bought a used game here and after I drove 40 minutes home found out it only had one of two disks. Not impressed with the guy at the counter but the other couple guys were really helpful and knowledgeable

This store is amazing the workers are friendly and professional and know what they are talking about and when u need something they are willing to help I recommend this store.

Their prices are too high. They dont give enough for used games. Id highly suggest just buying and selling online with other retailers or even on ebay or something.Also, pretty sure some games I had stolen were sold here, I had several people who did not even know each other tell me this, and someone at the store was either just feeling lazy or straight up lied to the cops.

Usually have what you want but I hate the trade in prices you get. I know they have to get paid but when you pay 300 bucks for something and they give you 100 for it in a few months, its kind of a rip off.

Pre-ordered Injustice 2 Ultimate got Injustice 2 and season pass. If you didnt have enough ultimate edition then you should have told me that when I pre-ordered, I would have gone elsewhere. No transparency to the customer. Ill never pre-order at this location again and you shouldnt either.

Sucks I buy a play station wont install games go to find out it was because of the games then it would freeze turn it in got a new ino just to deal with the same thing
