Well, to start…i can actually see without knowing the contacts are there! it’s crazy! i don’t believe they are there but people claim they are. it’s unbelievable! i love this place it is comfy 🥰

I needed an immediate appointment last week, and I was looking for a new eye doctor as my previous doctor retired. My friend recommended Dr. Jon and staff telling me I would really like the office. Novus Clinic was able to see me the same day we called to make an appointment. The staff was very friendly and professional, the doctor was kind, thorough, and efficient, and it is the best experience I have ever had at an opthalmologist office. Id give the Wooster office 10 stars if I could!

Fantastic experience at Novus in Wooster. Dr Jon was very professional and very efficient in appointment. Other staff was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They assisted in finding a pair of glasses for a more selective (picky) teenage member of my family in no time. Great experience.

They are always so friendly and warm when we come for our visits – – you feel like part of the family there. They are patient and helpful when you’re picking out your glasses and really offer great expertise and opinions and helping you find the perfect fit. My girlfriend just called the medina location to purchase a pair of glasses on the only day she has off because shes a night shift nurse and they refused to help her because she wants to walk in and pick out a a pair saying they no longer take walkin patients

Staff is consistently courteous and kind! Everyone, from the front office staff, to the assistants, to the doctor, make our visit pleasant every time! We have four people with poor vision in our family so we are here a lot!

I absolutely loved picking out glasses here! The staff is friendly and sweet and Calli was patient with my indecision!! And the place is CLEAN!!!Parking was easy, they had COVID-safe procedures, and they weren’t crazy expensive! I will definitely continue choosing them for my glasses and eye care !

I have been a patient of Dr Shonfeld since about 1998. His knowledge and professionalism is only matched by his personality. He has traveled to the Cleveland area for years for his patients. Now that he is closer to his home my family will travel to Wooster for his service.

I was very pleased with my overall eye experience the best one Ive ever had actually. The staff was very helpful and the both Doctors were extremely friendly, very understanding and sincere (great chair side manner!). I could tell they wanted me to be comfortable in not only my glasses that I chose but my contacts as well. The selection for the frames was huge and very well laid out. Pricing of the frames and lenses were very reasonable. The new building in Medina was beautiful! I will highly recommend my friends and family to have either doctor as their eye doctors.

I went to him. Right after he purchased the business from my favorite eye doc. So it has been a few years. Due to his ill decision not to let current patients learn that he and his wife would operating this new business prior to their scheduled visit, made for a surprise when our old doc want there. I questioned if I was see my old doctor. A normal thing for someone to ask when they are being see by someone they didnt know. I do remember how rude and obnoxious he became when I for about him. He was so rude that he took the time to call the cops to have me removed off of the property!!!!!!!!!! Pretty sure all of kind staff he had acquired have left. Never go there!!!!!

I have been getting my eye examinations at the Wooster, Milburn Eye Center for many years now. I think they do a very excellent examination. I intend to stay with them as long as possible.

Dr. Milburns office worked very hard to get my husbands glass correct from the lab that made them. They were safety glasses that they made wrong at least 3 times. It took the lab 2 months to get them correct. We were very pleased with the committment the office provided to correct the problem from the lab. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great eye center for their exceptional customer service. Thank you again Dr. Milburn.

I was very unhappy with my experience with Dr. Tim Milburn. I have worn glasses my entire life and was very surprised at my experience. The prescription he gave me was not correct for my eye sight, he was very unprofessional and rude towards me when I brought to his attention that my vision was worse with the new prescription. However I saw Dr. Annamarie once and very much liked her.
