I have nothing but great things to say about High Point Furniture! Irina was extremely accommodating and helpful with my selection of furniture and the delivery drivers were very friendly as well! I actually slept in on the day of delivery and they were very patient with me. AND THEN, much later after my purchase, a good friend of mine was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. We are having a benefit/ auction for him to help raise money for his treatments. High Point donated a VERY NICE piece of furniture to the auction to help my friend. I wouldnt go anywhere else in Wooster to buy new furniture!

Great experience with all involved. Sales team, customer service and delivery was all fantastic. Love my bedroom furniture and totally worth it to have them deliver and set up furniture- very efficient, super friendly, great communication- HighPoint definitely takes care of their customers at the highest level.

Best place to get furniture! Prices are goodAnd the owners and managers are amazing. My dog ripped up my couch after a month of having it and she replaced it with no problem. Definitely Recommend!

Best customer service Ive ever experienced. Our chair slowly revealed a production flaw months after having it and we set it aside in a different room, unsure what to do with it since it hurt to sit in it but we assumed it was too late for a return/ refund. Eventually we decided to contact them and, after attempting to fix it, they replaced it for free! This is why you buy local.

I went to buy new furniture here, I found exactly what I wanted, however it was broken, I was disappointed . The gentleman selling to me said its flexsteele and guaranteed it can be fixed before we deliver it, so I was happy. When it was delivered it had not been fixed and the delivery men cut off all my guarantees and took them with them leaving the plastic ties on my furniture. I do not recommend store they lie and cheated me.

We looked everywhere trying to find a nice stationary sofa. After getting a new shipment, we found the perfect sofa at Highpoint. Yay!! And the sales ladies were all very helpful and nice.

Recently bought a sectional. Dealt with salesman Tad. He was great. Not pushy. Let us walk around without following us and when we were ready to buy he was right there to help. Irina was great to work with getting us financed at zero interest!! Definitely will be a return customer when the need for more furniture happens.

We bought a sectional and end table and Irina was great! We were offered quick white glove delivery. This way exceeded our expectations we will be back for sure!

My home is packed full of furniture from the store!!! Always a pleasure dealing with Autumn and her staff. Covid put a damper on the furniture industry but all my amazing pieces arrived and I love it all.

I will definitely order from this place again they told us it could take up to 6 weeks for our new bed set to come in and it came within 3 weeks ❤️ You can tell they care a lot about there customers this is a warm welcome and fun place to shop I can’t wait to buy more furniture from here you won’t be disappointed that forsure 😊

I went to many different furniture stores and I went with one that was local to me, HighPoint Furniture. I was greeted when I came in the store and I was able to browse through their large selection and found just the couch I was looking for. There was a touch of miscommunication but ultimately, they are very customer service oriented and we were able to meet my needs. I had to come back to exchange a piece of furniture and was assisted throughout my entire process. Thank you so much! I will be returning for more!

To many good things to say about this local store run by awesome people. Autumn and Tim Krupp are one of the most generous and kind hearted people I have ever met. They truly believe in selling quality furniture that will last you or your family for years. I in the past have went the cheap route which is always a total bust because it last less than 5 years. Advice is Invest in yourself and home and purchase good quality furniture from a local store. They have a HUGE selection to meet all different styles. If it’s not in the store they have online an catalog options. Staff Irina is ver kind, knowledgeable, and always has a smile on her face. Corey helped us pick items out an he was awesome! Very informative and not over bearing. They were all so wonderful and will continue to always have my business.

High Point stands behind all of their products. I bought a chair that I thought would be what I was looking for. The chair didnt fit me very good so they provided me with one that actually worked for me. Friendly customer service. Quality furniture.

We just went in to look for something small in a chest. There were Amish walking around without masks so we werent comfortable!! It is too bad that they are above the law!!!!!! Until everyone wears a mask, we will continue to have covid and sick people!!!

This place was not only beautifully set up but also held an extremely generous contest (which my sister and I won). The employees and owners of this store were sooooo awesome! Corey McDaniel was not only professional and patient but extremely helpful in helping my fiancé and myself with all the pieces we were looking for. I highly recommend this gorgeous furniture store!!! Ordered the exact couch we were looking for. Nice place.

Prices we pretty high . And not much was in stock . But after finding something they told me it would take 6-8 weeks to come in . After 8 weeks they called to tell me that it could take another 12 weeks!! Completely unacceptable . They should be honest right from the beginning . I don’t recommend this place

Highly recommend Corey as your salesman. He was very helpful very patient and was not one bit pushy at all. Im sure we will love our new sectional when it arrives. Out of many furniture stores and many sales people Highpoint and Corey just couldnt be beat.

I absolutely love my sectional from here. I’ve had it for about a month now and have received so many compliments on. The only thing better was the awesome customer service I had from walking into the store, all the way through to the delivery and setup of my sectional. I have my new furniture store to shop at!!!

What a great retail find here in Wooster!I had shopped at several large furniture chains, but was disappointed with pricing and service. Then I found High Point. This store is well merchandised and offers competitive pricing without the hype.Irina and Robin offer the perfect mix of professional customer service without sales pressure. Definitely will use them again.
