I worked for the granite guy for 3 years before deciding to start my own business. I just wanted to take a second to tell everyone about my experience with them for those 3 years. The employees all took great pride in the business and saw to it that every job left the building with great quality and accuracy. I had been in the granite industry for 14 years before starting with Gary (the owner of the granite guy) and his company by far exceeded the quality of work that the previous company that I worked for put out. If you are looking for a quality stone and a great team to work with, look no further. The granite guy will always be the best company I have worked for. Its hard to find a company that take such pride in their work these days. These are a few of the fun projects that I worked on.

It was the best choice we did to go with this company. While doing research for the work and being almost decided who to go with, we walked to checkout this company. Both my husband and I were impressed by their work, friendliness of the owner and of the staff, so much so that we left with the decision that this IS who we are going with. Gary, the owner went with us to choose the slabs of Quartzite and then along with Gary, his fabricator and us we chose the best area to cut. We ended up with a countertop featuring 2 Dolphins facing each other, turntable and 3 waterfalls continuing with the pattern. They readily accommodated to all our wishes. Piece of ART. We now have our dining room table fabricated with 2 turntables.

Mom just bought a house and completely remodeled the interior. A co-worker referred me to Granite Guys and I met with Brad and he was punctual and super helpful.I wanted a unique look for the kitchen and they suggested awesome stone places and even helped me make the final stone selection.The kitchen looks amazing and the granite is beautiful. It was such a good experience I had them make a custom quartz vanity for the master bathroom and I keep telling all my friends and designer friends.

I used the granite guy for my new house construction. Brad was my sales agent and he was timely, professional and added value with all his recommendations. He explained the lead times needed (which were much shorter than every other place I shopped around at) and they met them all. They were one of the few trades that performed timely and with quality in the entire process. I would recommend them to anyone building or remodeling. They have a huge selection of full slabs to choose from in their showroom also.

Was referred to The Granite Guy by Alter Kraft Interior Renovations for counter tops. Great experience from beginning to end. No pushy sales. I selected the slab, paid the deposit, measurements and installation was scheduled at that time. Both appointments were on time. I would suggest for anyone to be there at time of measurements. Any questions you have or details you want will be covered at the measurement appointment. When the install crew showed up they were on time, clean, professional and went right to work. They were considerate of their surroundings and even put down floor coverings. You can tell a lot of time and attention has been out into their process and all communicate well through the stages. By the time the installers got there they had so much detailed info they almost didn’t even need me there. I will be back when we are finishing our other 2 bathrooms, I will also be referring my clients to the Granite Guy who are building outdoor kitchens and have counter top needs. Thanks!

We worked with The Granite Guy to have new counters installed in our kitchen. We have a rather large counter that wraps around and werent really sure what direction to go. We worked with Cody, who was incredibly helpful. After looking through the massive amount of choices, we narrowed it down to two. From that point, Cody was able help us make the best decision for our space and work within our budget. The guys that came to our home to both measure and install were very professional and showed up on time and when promised. Our kitchen was left as clean as it was when the install began. We are in the process of remodeling our bathroom and have utilized The Granite Guy to fabricate the necessary pieces. Cody has yet again helped us choose a beautiful design to complement our tiled shower and custom built vanity. Can not wait to see the overall finished product! I went to others and they didnt compare. The fabrication and installation was done well. A small piece next to my oven wasnt installed quite straight. I called them, and they came back out and fixed it within 2 days. The granite is beautiful. Would recommend!

I just had the Granite Guys install my countertops, they were out to do laser measurements the day after my cabinets were installed. Two weeks later I have a beautiful kitchen and laundry room. From the sales team to the installers, I could not be happier!!

Updating kitchen countertops was an important final step prior to listing my home of twenty-two years, so I educated myself and shopped around before choosing to work with The Granite Guy. While I worked mainly with Gary (owner), I found all of The Granite Guys staff to be quite helpful and responsive throughout the selection and installation process. Gary personally guided me towards the best financial/design decision for my goal of adding immediate, measurable market value to my home. In fact, once I learned how reasonable the cost could be (my kitchen island alone was 32+ square feet), we added the master bathroom to the remodel. The gorgeous(!) kitchen was one of the deciding factors for the buyers (who chose the home on its first listing day for over the asking price). And now that I know how inexpensive such a huge upgrade can be, The Granite Guy will be one of my first calls when Im ready to customize my next home.

We wasted so much time at big box stores and other granite shops trying to find a countertop that looked great but was reasonably priced. Within minutes of seeing the Granite Guy showroom I knew that we had found the right place. Salespeople were available and helpful but there was zero pressure to buy and we were able to walk through the huge showroom at our own pace. We ended up with some beautiful quartz countertops but honestly they carry every type of stone you could imagine. The price ended up being extremely reasonable and the install crew were clean-cut, professional, and left no mess. I dont generally write reviews but I believe good work should be recognized and applauded.

When we started explore an upgrade/remodel our kitchen, we started out looking for someone who could do the countertops. We came across The Granite Guy in Worthington and were impressed by the consistent number of very favorable reviews. We had visited 3 or 4 places we visited beforehand and we were very impressed when we walked into their facility.Gary (the owner) and Corey were a great help in helping us understand the various options and walked us through their warehouse were we could see all the different potential options they had in inventory and told us that we could look at any distributor’s inventory to see what we would like. We left with the awareness that they were the ones we wanted to work with. Two or three visits to other stores solidified our decision to work with Gary and The Granite Guy.When we returned, our second impression was as favorable as the first. At our request, Gary agreed to come to our house to see firsthand what we had in mind. It was then we learned that he also could do kitchen designs. When we asked for his thoughts, he provided a number of options, from minor to major. One of the suggestions he made including removing a wall between our existing kitchen and dining room, something we had not considered (and are we so glad he made that suggestion). We ended up using his design and had them layout the rest of the kitchen.We then found out Gary also owns a business called The Cabinet Guy (in the same location), see our separate review on that business, but - spoiler alert – it was equally as good.Gary worked with us, and the contractor (Premier Remodeling, who Gary suggested we consider) to create an incredible kitchen with high end counters and cabinets, all within our budget. We could not have asked for a better team.We chose a countertop that had a pattern which was a challenge to match pieces. Gary’s team did an incredible job! They used one solid piece whenever they could, even though that created more “leftover” pieces of Quartzite for them. Where they had to use more than one piece, they did an amazing job of matching the patterns to each other.Each and every one of Gary’s team were great to work with and we have nothing but compliments on them and their work.We TOTALLY recommend Gary and his team, The Granite Guy (and the Cabinet Guy) earned our thanks and admiration.

The Granite Guy is THE place to go if you want the best products at the most competitive prices -- with the BEST service.We worked with Brad. He was laid back, knowledgable, and a great resource for picking out our new kitchen counters. We were so happy when their installation team came out and installed the countertops.Unfortunately, the counter top developed a small crack due after a few months. We called Brad and he sent out their crack team (pun intended) who looked at it and determined it was a flaw in the material.So, what does a reputable company that prides itself on service do? Invite us back in to pick out an entire new slab and replaced the entire kitchen counter tops. No questions, no excuses, no problem.I wish we didnt have this problem, but its a natural product -- stuff happens. Im so glad we had engaged such a great company. Any company can seem wonderful if everything goes perfect -- you learn so much more about the true commitment of a company when things go wrong.We will return to The Granite Guy when we are ready to replace our bathrooms counters.

They also had a huge selection of slabs on site, which made choosing so quick and easy. And the customer service is definitely top shelf. I got a great price on my granite and it was a great experience from start to finish.Special thanks to Chrissy, who’s an absolute joy to work with! She is very knowledgeable and explains everything you’ll need to know, clearly and concisely. Chrissy kept me informed and updated throughout the process, beginning from the moment I walked into the showroom. The gentlemen who took the laser measurements and and the installers were second to none as well. The entire process from selection to install was less than two weeks and the precision & craftsmanship are every bit as good as advertised -which rarely happens in life! These guys are head & shoulders above the rest.

Went to The Granite Guy based on their impressive reviews. The store is nice and we found a slab we were interested in. Communication was pretty slow. We had to follow up multiple times to try to get information and pricing. Despite some slowness, they were a contender for my countertops until Brad flatly failed to e-mail me the price to do a full granite backsplash and whether their included sink is 18 or 16 gauge. His last e-mail stating that he would get me the price and info was 10 days ago, so I think its safe to say they didnt care about getting my business. I ordered granite from another company.

Chrissy did a great job with the service of our granite that was put in originally 5 years ago. The team she sent out was professional and very careful with my granite. They worked with me to make sure my granite was repaired beautifully. The service men even called the owner while repairing to confirm a backup plan Incase I was unhappy with the results. The repair looks great and the whole experience was way better than I expected.

Top notch service from beginning to end. I submitted an online inquiry based on a friend’s recommendation and, because of the excellent customer service, this was the only company with which I inquired. Not sure of the typical turnaround for these types of projects but it was about four weeks from original contact to installation. That’s quicker than I anticipated.

Okay so home renovation is not exactly at the top of my most fun experiences list. Contractors, inspections, delays, etc and every step requiring a leap of faith that I am not being bilked for money or taken advantage of. Right in the middle of this perplexing maze is a beacon of light. I LOVE the Granite Guy. Could not have had a better experience with them from start to finish. They educated us about the rocks, even special ordered what we professed to want, never batted an eye when we picked something else after they got our first choice in for us. Came out and measured, helped us problem solve when our contractor made a potentially expensive error that could have ruined the look of our kitchen. When I say problem solve, I mean the owner himself called, came out to the house, showed us EXACTLY what had happened, met with the contractor with us and came up with a solution that held the contractor responsible and get ready, cost us....NOTHING, not a single penny. The problem was fixed, quickly, and to say my kitchen is gorgeous really doesnt begin to cover it. They checked and double checked to make sure the installation was solid, the counters were right and we know how to care for them. Everyone we have interacted with was lovely, kind, helpful, professional! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Having met the owner directly, I can tell you these characteristics start at the top and wind throughout the company! Price was good, service was outstanding, quality of work amazing!

Went to the granite guy for some new counter tops and they did absolutely amazing! We specifically worked with Chrissy and she did a great job. Worked with us every step of the way and met every need. Highly recommended!

This place has two huge indoor scrap yards with what seems like thousands of discounted leftovers for small projects. I worked with jared to find a 36” vanity, and they had what felt like hundreds of choices for my project. They included a sink and got me measured and installed all within 2 weeks from start to finish. Would certainly use them again! Five stars!

My initial review wouldve been 5 stars. Brad was wonderful. The guy who came to my house to measure was wonderful and prompt. They didnt keep original install date which meant I had to take an additional day off work. After counters installed I had to yet schedule another time for installers to come back because they did not have correct brackets for bar area. It was discussed the type of brackets needed prior to instalation but they never brought with them on installation date. On day installers was supposed to come back they did not come as scheduled between 8and Noon. They didnt show up until after 5pm and that meant yes another day I had to take off work. Total 3 days taken off for counters and counter is slightly off and somewhat unlevel. I will not use The Granite Guy in future. Owner was supposed to call me to discuss issues that I wasnt happy with. Radio silence. No acknowledgement of me and my concerns.

The Granite Guy is/are way more than big jobs and big granite. If you need small pieces of granite for odd jobs, this is the place! We needed a granite top for a small bench seat in our shower and came to The Granite Guy to see what they had. What a huge selection! Chrissy Bossetti took customer service to another level and personally toured me around their odd piece storage area and found exactly what we needed! Look up customer service in the dictionary and you will see Chrissys picture...absolutely the best! And best of all, their price (which included shaping and edging) was a pleasant surprise! So, if you need something small or out of the ordinary, give The Granite Guys a try! And ask for Chrissy...even though shes not a Guy. =)

I had been looking at several other retailers for countertops. This place is amazing. So many varieties of granite in large slabs so you can really appreciate what you are getting before you buy.The staff was super helpful from start to finish. Install team were very quick and professional. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for granite counter tops to make a stop here.

I love the granite guys! These guys are awesome they have literally transformed my kitchen twice. Back in 2012 and we liked it so much they did it again in 2018. We now have beautiful white quartz and we couldnt be happier. We are customers for life. The whole process was easy from the measure to the tear out and install. Thanks guys!

We had The Granite Guy replaced our powder room and full guest bath countertops. From working with Chrissy to look at remnant quartz to getting scheduled and installed, the process was quick and easy! Our countertops turned out great! Highly recommend!

Were a small nonprofit and needed a piece of granite reworked. Most places didn’t even want to talk because we didn’t get it from them but The Granite Guy was willing to help us out! The best people!! The best work!! Here’s what happened...I’m having my kitchen updated. A piece of my granite counter broke. My contractor had some contacts and wasn’t hearing back from them after a week and/or they weren’t available for the time we needed them.Friday, I called around; it was 4:45 PM. (Ughhhh) Thankfully The Granite Guy answered and helped me thoroughly. Every question I had and every concern was answered. They had me email pictures and called me back that same day. Monday morning I found out that they were able to not just repair what broke but finish what hadn’t gotten done, buff what needed to be shined up. The other best thing was it was done on Tuesday morning!!! Talk about service?!?! When they got here they explained it to me and didn’t mind me standing over their shoulder to watch some of what they were doing. Extremely courteous, friendly and professional. I can’t thank Olivia, Angel, Paul, Jessie and Brandon enough!!!!! Besides the wonderful and fast service, the price wasn’t terrible, the counter is fixed and you can’t even tell where it broke AND they sealed it for free! My husband and I went to The Granite Guy looking for new counter tops. I was looking for the basic white boring granite. Not realizing how many slabs they have in their warehouse, we were fortunate enough to meet a sales woman by the name of Jeri Sue! After much looking, she steered us towards a slab that took my breath away! I can’t say “thank you” enough Jeri! We designed our entire kitchen around that show stopping slab of granite! Installers were great as well!

We had an excellent experience at The Granite Guy from start to finish. Gary helped us pick out beautiful granite counter that would match well with our cherry cabinets and our design taste. The measurements and installation went great as well. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, timely, and easy to work with. I liked that they include a sink with your purchase as well.

I don’t even know where to begin. Jared was able to meet my wife and I at a convenient time for our schedule and offer us a great price. We were super impressed with the timeliness, cleanliness and professionalism of the installers on one of our projects. I will highly recommend Jared for any future projects!

Working with the team at Granite Guy was a pleasure from start to finish, from the warm greeting of the receptionist to the extensive selection of beautiful granite from which to choose and Pauls willingness to spend the time educating us on what we were looking at, to Joes patience with the million questions we asked while he was measuring, and on to the very good price and finally the professional and courteous interactions with the installers.The men who installed the counters encountered a couple obstacles in our never-before-updated kitchen but solved the problems with no drama and no damage to surrounding materials, which I didnt think was possible. Both times they stopped, pointed out the issues, explained options and let us choose how to proceed. They were a pleasure to work with because of their cheerfulness and work ethic and obvious knowledge and experience. The whole installation, start to finish, was done in 4 hours and I spent the rest of the day just staring at the beautiful granite they put in place.

We could not have been happier with the experience we had while remodeling our master bath! Jeri was super helpful and showed us some quartz that we fell in love with. Could not believe how large their selection was. Def would recommend to anyone searching for the perfect granite or quartz. 5 stars!!!!!!
