The two gentleman that installed the window and storm form were polite, professionals and kind. Unfortunately the positive experience ends there. After paying what seemed like a slight overcharge we were told do to the pandemic an installation could take three months. We agreed and understood that circumstances may change and the time could be moved up. It was not moved up and when receiving a call about our very delayed back order the gentleman on the phone kept giggling. He found it very funny that we were paying over three thousand dollars for something that was going to take four months to come in. Then they called to delay our install the day before so another customer could be done sooner. Found that to be insane since we were also customers who had been waiting but fine. Then the door is installed and the sliding glass is half broken. I had to call the gentleman back to my house 20 mins after they left to come back to see what was happening. They advised me that they have been having a lot of issues with their storm doors and this is the problem they keep seeing. So not only do we pay a lot of money (too much) for a window and a storm door but the product is garbage. The sliding glass window works but you have to slam it up and wiggle it so it will stay. To say I am disgusted by this whole thing is an understatement and I couldn’t even leave a review until now because I’ve been so annoyed. From start to finish this is just sold as a custom, beautiful product that is durable and will stand the test of time. It is cheap materials barely slapped together and not worth half of what we paid for it. Get windows and doors from any other place

The installer for our walk in tub, Mat VanLeevwen, was super. very pleasant and did a great job. The CT licensed electrician NEWPRO used was also super. Cant say the same about the CT licensed plumbers NEWPRO used...3 guys, very slow, 1 worked a lot, 2 others watched a lot and visited among themselves. No sense of urgency as we sat for 5+ hours with no water.

Trevor and Brandon came on a cold Saturday morning in November and installed a brand new provia triple pane heritage fiberglass door with Ultramax awning window on top, and they were done by lunch time. I’m very happy with their work and professionalism.Thank you!

We had seven windows installed in our home. Upon inspection, it didnt seem that the job was completed to our satisfaction. Jon Mayer, a NEWPRO employee, when told of my experience made arrangements to fix the problems immediately. Trevor and Brandon were assigned my project. It only took these young men two and a half hours to replace all of the window trim. Trevor and Brandon were very professional and have excellent skills. I can not praise Jon, Trevor, and Brandon enough. They have restored my respect for NEWPRO. Now the windows are beautiful and efficient. I just wish it was done right the first time!

He explained everything when an issue arose unexpectedly with the plumbing. He maintained my place in a neat condition, using mats throughout the pathway and did a great job of clean up both days. Trevor & Brandon called a half hour before they arrived, so that I was prepared for them. They explained exactly what they would be doing and got right to work. The worked quickly and did a beautiful job. They cleaned up after they were done and showed me everything I need to know about my new door. Weve really been very happy with the walk-in tub that NEWPRO installed for us. We initially had a minor problem with the whirlpool jets but that issue was quickly resolved. The overall installation was done very professionally, and Im guessing that it wasnt easy because they also had to remove our old shower & tub. Our bathroom isnt very large so the NEWPRO installers didnt have a comfortable area to work in. But the end result has been great! ADDITIONALLY - for the past two weeks, my 88-yr old mother-in-law has been staying here with us and has had the opportunity to use our new walk-in tub multiple times now. Were happy to say that shes loved our walk-in tub and of course, the bubbles & jets features. Its certainly helped to keep her feeling good and comfortable during her visit with us.

Newpros installers removed an existent bathtub and replaced it with a beautiful Kohler shower stall. The did an excellent job of protecting our floors and possessions from the dust of the construction and were careful in how they worked. Dan and his crew, including the plumber, did a fine job. I would certainly consider engaging Newpro for other house projects.

Matt A. arrived on time, was very friendly and professional as was his assistant. The first thing Matt did was to review our order. Once confirming the order was correct, he began working on remodelling our bathroom. Just 8 hrs later we had a beautiful new walk in shower which we love.

I am very pleased with my new shower. It looks elegant and is very accommodating with bench seat and grab bars for safety. Installation was a challenge that was not discovered until the old shower surround was removed. A larger than anticipated plumbing pipe was behind the original wall surround, which could not be moved or changed, so a new order for a new base has to be placed. It took a while for the new order to come in but it was not the fault of NewPro. As soon as it came in they returned and completed the job, even though it involved more plumbing changes than they had anticipated. Overall very satisfied with the result. The installer and the plumber were very thorough.

I called to make an appointment for an estimate. The sales person was scheduled to be at my house at 9am, I chose an early appointment because I have to leave for work at 10, and I was reassured that the appointment would last just about one hour. On the morning of my appointment, I got a call at 9:18 from the sales person telling me he was on his way but he had to stop by the office first to get some samples and he would be at my house in about 30 minutes. I explained to him that we wouldn’t have time to meet since I had to leave for work and well, he was going 45 minutes late. He then told me he would call the office and tell them *I decided* to cancel the appointment, not that HE was going to be 45 minutes late. He never apologized for being so late, and was basically blaming me for not having set aside enough time for our appointment. I immediately called the office and explained what happened. I was told that emergencies happen (???) and I should just reschedule. I really do hope my phone call was recorded for training purposes, because clearly more training is needed.

We had a walk-in tub installed. Matt A. and his team were very professional and easy to work with and made sure everything was perfect. Unfortunately, there is a part that was not working properly, but they will be back to make with the part in a few days.

Normand took out our old bathtub & put in a walk in shower. He did a fantastic job, was knowledgeable about the products he used, & very conscious of what I needed to have the most comfortable shower experience. I would highly recommend him.

Very disappointed. We paid roughly $5000 for a new slider to be installed. Typically we do things ourselves but we’re feeling the burnout of house products so we went and hired Newpro to install the slider. The guy shows up by himself to install a double pane slider and remove our old slider. Then he asks for help carrying the old door out and the new door in, set it, etc. My fiancé helped because what else were we supposed to do. We hired someone else to do the project and still had to help. When Newpro called to see how the job went we told them about this and the woman said there should have been at least one or two other guys with him. Here we are a week after that initial call from Newpro and all they have to offer is $100 in a gift card from their marketing department. Happy to receive anything but was hoping for half the installation cost back or something credited to our form of payment. Probably won’t use Newpro again since we have to do work when we hired someone else.

Claude + Harold did an amazing job - communicative, super professional, 100% focused on the task. They checked in with us throughout the entire install to ensure that every placement was exactly where we wanted it. They respected our space and kept everything clean and protected. We are extremely happy with the result (see before/after pic). Process from start to finish was A1.

I had a new shower installed which was great and custom fit. However, after one year, I am starting to have trouble with black spots that look like mold on the sealant and which wont come out with mold remover or anything else. The Newpro folks came out once to fix the problem, but now it is getting much worse. I hope they can permanently replace all of the sealant with something much better. They seem very busy and I had to email twice and call three times to get someone to come out. I would raise my review if they really fixed the problem.

The shower installation was professional and timely with courteous and efficient personnel. Long leadtime for product that was at the high end of pricing.

I was happy with the window and door installation.. Now I have signed a contract for a shower replacing a tub. I am not as happy with that so far. I wanted to see a sample of the material. I also wondered why I got a 20% discount, when I looked at the on-line advertisement it said 50%. The salesperson did not have a sample. Now their sales manager has called me and said I got 20% off the total package, while the 50% was only off the labor. They have explained all the confusing parts to me.I am satisfied.

We had our shower stall replaced with a bath tub by New Pro. The salesman was wonderful and really sold the product and workmanship to us. It sounded like it was going to be amazing and for the price we paid it should have been. It was the most expensive bath tub replacement we could have went with and we were so disappointed. They had to reschedule twice because of covid they were behind which is understandable. When they finally came one of the workers was great, the other was talking on his phone in my house the ENTIRE time while the other guy worked, and it was not a work call. The tub looked beautiful but after one bath my basement had a giant puddle of water in it. We had to call and have someone come out. They sent someone who barely spoke English and did not know how to fix it. The second time they sent someone out he also did not speak English but fixed the problem. About a week later the “grout” all started to turn a bright orange. After playing phone tag for a week and one cancellation they sent someone out who “fixed” it. About 2 weeks later the grout is bright orange again. We are sick of their customer service and the problem not being fixed so we gave up. For $11,000 I expected much better service and product. We are sorely disappointed and I would NOT recommend Newpro to anyone.

I had a new Corian tub and shower walls installed in my home by Newpro on 9/21/21. Joseph Leech was the installer. He did a wonderful job! I had an old cast iron tub that needed to be broken up and removed; no small task. Not only did the tub and shower walls turn out beautifully, but Joseph kept the rest of the house clean by the use of drop cloths throughout. He cleaned the bathroom thoroughly when he finished the installation. I was very pleased.There were two drawbacks to the entire process, non of them Josephs doing. The installation was costly: $11,000 with a 10 year guarantee. Corian is expensive but very durable in this application. And because of the scarcity of building materials and the custom nature of the shower walls, there was a 3-month delay between the signing of the contract and the actual installation. I was made aware of the delay from the beginning. All in all, I am very satisfied.

I have had a great experience with NewPro so far.A few days ago I filled out the form online to request a quote for windows. They called me shortly afterwards to set up an appointment for today. I just met with Jonathan for a quote assessment. Their hours on Google on Saturdays are 9am-1pm and he came to see us at 1pm. Yesterday I received a confirmation phone call, and 15 minutes before this afternoons appointment I received a text reminder with his name and picture.Jonathan arrived on time and was professional and knowledgeable. He explained their process and was able to answer our questions. He brought samples of products and even a full standard size window. He stayed for almost an hour and a half discussing our needs and taking measurements Hes emailing me a quote this afternoon.For us, there are multiple factors were considering in replacing our windows. I honestly dont know which company well choose since we havent gotten our quote yet and have just started our research. But after the experience Ive had so far, Id enjoy working with NewPro.

Set up appointment and they insisted that all decision makers should be there which is understandable / annoying. They didnt show. When called, they said that they had tried to confirm the appointment but couldnt reach me (no missed calls, no voicemail on my phone) so they didnt want to send anybody out. If you want all decision makers there, maybe making a 2nd attempt at confirmation instead of blowing off the appointment?

I knew the doors would be excellent quality but the installers were terrific! This made all the difference.

Claude and Harold were out today to install our new shower. They took out the old tub and put in a new shower. Beautiful, what a difference, this will make getting in and out of the shower much easier. They were very professional. complete gentlemen. They were a pleasure to have in the house. Left the bathroom clean and hauled away all the trash. They worked as a team and completed the job in no time all.

The shower installer, Mat Van Leeuwen, arrived on schedule, set up rug protectors en route from door to bathroom and was neat and careful in transporting and using tools and materials. He was extremely courteous and friendly in answering questions and explaining what he was doing. We were having a family health crisis (non infectious) during his installation time and he managed to continue his work without getting involved in that or being slowed in his work. He explained how to care for the shower and had earlier asked where we wanted grab bars etc placed. My daughter was here and similarly was greatly impressed by Mr. Leeuwen. I only hope that future people who do work for us perform and behave as he did.

After a disastrous first attempt, the company fixed the problems they had during the first bathroom install. The second time was amazing. We had a tub removed and a shower unit installed. Matt A. and Myles were on time, they were courteous, they were very professional, and did a fantastic job.

We had a bathtub shower we wanted converted to a walk in shower. Plus we had a pipe problem in the wall that needed to be fixed. So I called Newpro because a company has agoodreputation with BBB and gets good reviews. Also has been in business for 75 years which proves they are a good company.They sent out the sales people to explain and show their product. Price seemed high but explained it was clear it covered all unseen expenses plumbing and ect. It made me feel very at ease about the price and I was not being pushed into a decision.They kept me informed on the progress on the materials for the shower and the when they would be there for the install of the shower. The day of the install the technician Seth arrived at 8 am and went over what over what he was going to be doing and asked if we had any questions. Another worker showed up and the two worked hard all day. He had all the walls removed and showed me the plumbing work they did. With the leak there was no water and mold damage. End of the day Seth showed us the work he did to see if we were satisfied and tell us he will be back the next day.Next day Seth showed up around 8am and had us in to go over where we wanted the shelves and the grab bars set at. He was very accommodating and once figured out he got right to work. He was done 2.5 hrs. later. He called us in and showed us the finished products. He explained everything we should know and left our bathroom very clean. Seth was very professional and a very hard worker and is a true asset for your company. I would definitely recommend Newpro to people for home improvement projects.

NewPro just completed a walk in shower install for us and we’re very pleased with the results. Original setup had run a radiator pipe behind the tub, so our installer (Connor) had to build out one of the walls to square up the space for the shower. Came out looking great.

I found this company hoping to get a bathroom remodel. I was told I had to reschedule 4x before finally telling them to forget it and stop contacting me. I week later they called back asking to reschedule. I said I am all set and dont wish to move forward and another week I receive a text asking to reschedule. Again I replied I am not moving forward with them. . Later on I received a call again asking me to reschedule. Why would I remodel a bathroom to be reschedule In the middle and likely out of a bathroom for several weeks until they know theyre own schedule and when theyre available. No communication within the company and absolutely ridiculous contacting their potential customers.

We were looking to get fascia on house wrapped. When we called we were told this wasnt something they could do. So we went in thinking we would get a price for vinyl siding and was happy to know estimate was good for a year no decision would have to be made that day.The day Claude came out he asked what we were looking for. We explained our conversation from the other day and he said no problem I can wrap the house We walked around did all measurements and we were getting windows replaced and we have poles that were going to be fixed also.We went to figure out price and this is when things went downhill.The price was given it was a little high so my husband and I took getting our poles fixed off. We were also given discounts for military and the price dropped to $11,??? (I dont remeber the exact amount) Claude said wait I can probably get you a little more off. Next thing you know our price went up to $12,???. We questioned it and he said oh well I forgot to add something it happens when you go back and forth on the screen. Then he proceeded to tell us WE HAD TO MAKE THE DECISION TODAY. This is the opposite of what we were told on the phone.He proceeded to tell us we were spending over $10,000 so he whipped out a flyer with vacations on it and said you get to pick one of these. Now we were feeling like we were in a time share tour. We asked again if we could have a day to think about it. Claude told us NO decision had to be made now. We told him sorry its to big of a decision to not talk about it. Claude then told us we should of made this descion a year ago and that his boss would be happy we said no because they didnt really want to do this job. The entire time he kept telling us how much is jobs he does usually cost and ours was just not worth it for him and told us good luck finding someone else to do it.Very unhappy dont tell someone the estimate is good for a year and then tell them to make decision that day.

Siding. Workmanship was great. Made a mess out of my yard. They had to come back 4 time over small details.

Had a problem with 3 windows within 5 years of installation. After months of phone calls, excuses, and constantly bringing the wrong window to replace the problem one. I am still waiting on the 3rd problem window. Ive had a problem with it since February. 2 weeks after reporting the problem, they came with the wrong size. 3 months later they came with the wrong size. I am upwards of 30 calls to customer service, assistant mgr., and regional directors, and a 3rd wrong size window. It is now August, still no repair. Excuses and apologies does not run a business!Its now September 22nd. Talk to someone a month ago. They said it would be another week. Called every week since. No one answers or calls back.

To be honest, the bathtub and tiles were in horrible condition, but Newpro removed the old tub, tiles, and fixtures (AND carted the whole mess away!) and installed a new tub, etc, all in one day! The representative who came to the house for the intial appointment was fantastic--easy to talk to, and very understanding of our situation. The people who did the actual work were also extremely pleasant and efficient. The price was really fair, considering all that had to be done, and we really appreciated the clean-up the workers did when the job was complete!

Connor is the consummate professional. He brings a wealth of experience to the job and he is more than willing to share his considerable knowledge with the customer. Not only did he go above and beyond while installing our new shower, but he took time out of his busy schedule to address questions the next day. The shower install is beautiful. I just had a tub/shower unit converted to a walk-in shower unit. The quality of the product is as promised. The installer (Dave) was ontime, professional, efficient and knowledgeable about the project. The total process took 5 hours as he was fortunate to not have any issues from my previous system. Im very pleased overall.

The first install was a nightmare. The redo was 100% awesome. The installer Connor took his time to make sure everything was right and to our liking. He listenened and checked with us to make sure we were happy every step of the way. The plumber Ian was the best plumber ever. No Mickey Mouse job. He didnt reuse scrap. He used all new piping and everything was done meticulously. I am very happy with the results. Thank you Connor and Ian.

Today Dave Hamblett arrived at my house to install a Kohler Luxstone shower I purchased from Newpro. Both my wife and I were blown away by Dave’s professionalism, cleanliness, work ethic, and close attention to detail. He kept us informed all the way throughout. Astoundingly this whole project was completed start to finish in one day! The shower itself looks gorgeous. Newpro represents the highest quality in both products and installation and delivers on their promise. So glad we chose this company to handle our project

Though we ran into minor scheduling conflicts, the techs were terrific, very thorough and beyond neat! When the job was complete, you could have eaten off the floor, everything was put back in its place and I could not have been happier. Mat Van Leeuwen was in charge of the job, and did a fantastic job. Would recommend him and Newpro to one and all.
