What a great business! They fitted my two young children with the perfect bikes for their age and ability. My two sons are quite confident on their bikes. One was riding without training wheels when he was 4, and the youngest might be riding without training wheels before he turns 3.The staff is phenomenal. Being successful riding a bike has a lot to do with the fit, as well as the quality of the parts. My kids have so much fun riding!

These guys are awesome. I had my hands full and they helped me with my products y carrying to the car. They also took the old tires off of the rims for me and didnt even charge for disposal. I will definitely patronize this business again becauae they are in the neighborhood and they treat you like family

I recently had some repair work done at Cycle Connection. The staff was knowledgeable & friendly. The work was done in a timely manner considering how busy bike shops are at the present time. I would highly recommend this bike shop.

These guys at Cycle Connection under-promised and over-delivered. I know they probably dont want me to make a big deal about it.. because these are laid back, easy going, bicycle enthusiast that just go ahead and get the job done. Its what they do...Super nice folks. But check this out. I took my 20 year old bike in for service because I was going on a trip and needed some things replaced. At first it didnt look like the parts would be available and it would be WEEKS before my bike would be done. Then, the morning of my departure, my phone rings!!!! Im told the shop was able use their connections by calling around the industry folks that they know, and found the parts locally. Yes! The bike was done and ready for pick up!!!! I immediately zipped over and grabbed it. I couldnt believe the perfect timing. And... the bike was better than it was when we bought it new. They went over the entire bike, fixed things I didnt even realize they fixed until I was riding today. Amazing. They didnt miss a thing and we are having a great time on vacation with the bikes! I am a customer for life! Thank you Cycle Connection for making magic happen.

Wont be coming back. I try to support local when ever I can and needed a new rear derailer, they had it but couldnt sell it to me and had to install it themselves, fine. So i wait a week for them to fix it which is less then the 10 day quote, great!The not so great.I was told part of the fee was for the derailers to be tuned up, front and back. I get it back and my front gears wont down shift. So now instead of bike riding with my mom Im in my garage trying to tune this off youtube videos.So since Im having to do the work anyway, next time Ill just overnight the parts I need and fix it same day myself.

I love this place. The owners are friendly and very knowledgeable. They have a wide array of bikes. They have a great mechanic. And i bring all my bikes to them. I have a high end road bike and a average mountain bike. They do great work on both. They have kids bikes, cruisers, electric bikes, mountain and road bikes. Even though its a mom and pops type of store they gave me a better deal than the big bike stores out in Oakland county when i bought my high end road bike

I stopped in the store convinced a would not be able to get on a regular bike. I was shown two comfortable bikes and found one within 15 minutes. I am now feeling like a kid again! I love the bike and the service is excellent! I flattened my tire on my first ride and they took care of my tire without any issues, they were just happy to hear I was enjoying my bike!!!

Love this shop! The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I will browse and people who obviously did not purchase their bike there, the staff is more than willing to look at it and offer insight. No pushy or elitist in this shop! I recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Ive bought a Sunday primer and had little to no issues with the bike. Ive replaced the frame for Sunday sound wave and got it sone what fast. Might go back again.
