After making calls and leaving messages for several weeks looking for a source for a replacement glass panel for a china hutch I finally received a COVID delayed response from Detroit Glass and Mirror. Understandable right? Well, I texted over the dimensions on 17 April. On 25 April when I had no response I texted again. I forgot about the project over the summer but called again on 08 September and left a message which received no response. I called again today on 20 October and left another message, no response so far. At this point, Im not sure I even want to get glass from these folks if they arent competent enough to respond to a message or return a call.

Utilized this company for a couple mirrors & custom shower partitions and had a great experience.

Poor workmanship. Impossible to get in touch with for warranty or follow up work. STEER CLEAR!

I’ve been dealing with these guys for awhile now. Great work on custom shower doors and any of my glass needs. I need to order a piece of glass this week and I know they will be on it.
