Love this store in downtown Wyandotte. It is owned by twin sisters that have degrees in different forms of dietary health. It has a wide variety of eastern medicine/herbal remedies. The staff is very informative. I went in looking for something to help me sleep, the phone was ringing..the employee put me first and asked me my blood type and walked me over to a row full of herbal pills to help you sleep and relieve stress. They have herbal remedies for everything, I once took a friend post-hysterectomy who was helped by one of the owners for her post surgery symptoms. They have two sections to the store: One is a produce area and a little deli with cheeses and fresh made salads of all kinds, which are so tasty. I believe most, (if not all) of their produce is organic. They have all types of essential oils and an herb bar as well as isles of different foods including a frigerated section. I used to go just for their home made chicken salad which is delicious. I would highly recommend stopping in this store when downtown..even going downtown just to check out this store!

The store clerk was quite attentive. She deduced what I was saying even though I did not use the correct word for the product by asking relevant questions. She showed me the options available for the items I was looking for and included some of her personal experience with some of the items.

The young ladies in the deli and at the register were both very nice and helpful. The store looks clean. As I was walking in, the person working the register counter at the front of the store was sanitizing the front door handles, both inside and out. As always, the selection in the store is great. Lots of items & good selections. They have an area of the groceries as well produce, lunch meats homemade soups deli area. They have spices and herbs section. Organic coffee section grind your own coffee beans.

Very friendly people run this place and it shows they try and hire very friendly and knowledgeable staff as well. Love the selection of bulk herbs and tea. The deli and produce is an awesome touch. I tried the juice and smoothie bar for the first time and walked away very happy with my Granola Berry smoothie.

I love this store! Ever since my husband and I started eating a plant-based diet, it is difficult to find healthy groceries besides fresh produce. This store has so many items to choose from including canned goods, baking items, snacks and frozen foods. Everytime I go there, I love to browse all the aisles just to check out all the cool items they have. I am so thankful to have a place like this to shop.

This is a nice and friendly place. They have a large selection of many different items. And there salads are great! And I do love there Truck Stop Coffee brand.

I love the store but I don’t understand why they allow one of their employees to willfully wear their Face mask only over their mouth, leaving their nose uncovered. I have been here multiple times and all other employees are wearing it correctly. Seeing the other employees setting a good example, it appears this person is wearing it this way intentionally. I am bothered that the owners are ignoring this behavior during this time. They are taking an unnecessary risk with their loyal customers.

I want to like all my local health food stores a more than I do. The service is great, the two sister owners know their stuff; you can tell when you approach them with questions. Youll receive your short answer then reasons behind it all without pause. My reason for only three stars is sorta because the whole health food scene has become much too diluted and gimmicky. Its not the fault of the shop, its almost overwhelming to select products and shop around, theres just - so. many. products. I do also feel that because they are the boutiques of food that products are inherently more expensive, in my opinion sorta unnecessarily. Arent places like this supposed to be advocating to bring wellness to everyone at an affordable cost vs stocking shelves with premium products that are out of reach for many? I kinda feel the competition between local shops is who can carry the most stuff. Instead it needs to be who can provide personalized service and clean produce, dairy and meats at grocery box store prices. Do that then youll have my business.I like it, I dont like it. Im torn.

The store is always clean and well organized. Everyone has always been very polite and welcoming. Everyone seems to be well informed on product and where it is located.

Total Health Foods is a go to for us. My daughter and her husband are vegetarians. They have so many amazing options for us to add to our regular menu....making things great for everyone. Thanksgiving, with their help, is always amazing. I also have a precious granddaughter that eats organic. This Grandma relies heavily on the easy to prepare options like the Macaroni and Cheese. The deli, produce, breads, vitamins and supplements, personal products including shampoo, conditioner, soaps and so much more are such high quality and organic options. We are so lucky to have them in our neighborhood!

I spoke with Emily who was more than happy and patient to answer all of my questions and provide me with the necessary information to make my purchase.
