The times Ive gone here, theyve been pretty efficient! Their customer service is also pretty good over the phone and in-person. If I need anything done, theyre the ones I call. I havent had anything go wrong with these peeps.

These folks are awesome! I have used their services twice in the past 2.5 years and each time they explained what was needed, their processes and timeline. Everybody comments that my truck looks brand new! For body work- I recommend them!

We usually use this place for anything that goes wrong with our cars. Recently we were a little to far then we wanted to tow so we used a different place and that was a mistake they did the worst job imaginable, a week later we sent our car here and they did such good work as usual and fixed a mistake the other place had made and they were very timely and communicated very well. We have never not been satisfied with this place and will continue to come here for our cars.

They have taken care of my vehicles for years. I have always gotten quality service, the guys all go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction and they are fun to work with. When I picked up my Jeep yesterday they went over it with me in detail to make sure I was satisfied. They even cleaned it inside and out. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Hit a deer and did almost $4800 worth of damage. Took my vehicle to them on my lunch and they did a preliminary estimate, took less than 15 minutes. Dropped my van off a few days later and within a day they called me to let me know what they found when they took it apart and how long it would take to fix it. They got it done sooner than expected and it looks almost brand new. They cleaned inside and out and everything is beautiful. Paint matches perfectly! This place is amazing and they obviously take pride in their work. The communication from the staff is top notch, I would not go anywhere else!

I had Brandon handle my car and bringing it in etc because I was in a hit and run, they fixed my car in a week and I got an awesome rental car. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing something fixed on their car.

The paint doesnt match. They just made excuses for the work claiming they did it right.Its clearly a slightly different color. The automatic heat control on my dashboard was broken when I picked up the truck. Also calmed they didnt do it. Shifty place. I wish I had payed with a check. I would have stopped payment. They ripped me off. The work was overpriced to begin with.

I have an older car that has needed a lot of service.After being hosed by a number of different service providers, I called these people. I went with them mostly because they had pretty good reviews and they are close to my house.I was pleasantly surprised with the service. Roger was very polite, and did what he could to save me money. A definite breath of fresh air. They fixed my car pretty quick, even though they are very busy, and the repair is holding up well.My sons car is in there now. Hopefully it will be able to be fixed quickly.

They were very good about keeping me updated through the entire process. They also worked with my insurance company and rental car company for me. It took the hassle out of all of this. They even washed it and cleaned the interior before returning it to me! It was a nice little surprise.

These guys are awesome! They were friendly knowledgeable, and no nonsense. Got my truck in right away, drove me to the rental place, and kept me updated on their progresses the entire time. Even worked late on a FRIDAY to get it done! Truck looks like nothing ever happened, and they even cleaned the inside. Hopefully nothing ever happens again but if it does I know where Ill be taking it.

Helped with what options were available for the rear windshield problem I had, approx costs, and willingness to look for used products to reduce costs. Good job at the end even tho we couldn’t find the used product to replace the regulator.

I brought my car in after a small fender bender as a result of the fantastic Michigan weather did its worse. I stopped by on Thursday to get a quote an an appointment for my car to get fixed, dropped it off on Tuesday and it was all set to go on Thursday. Great customer service and speedy repair. I was Impressed with Manager Joel & REP Brandon; not much else.The full cost of repairs wound up being ~$1400 more, or Double the original quote. That wouldn’t be a big deal since insurance is paying for it, but it seems silly on a 13-year-old car worth ~$1700 KBB - kinda no wonder insurance rates are so high? So now my car has a pretty new nose, but the car is 13 years old, so it kinda just points out that there are other things needing repair …Someone left my headlights on long enough to wear down a battery less than a year old. Can’t say I’m impressed with getting a jumpstart just to leave the parking lot.Hopefully the repairs will be fine. It’s the third time in 11 yrs that I‘ve employed Carstar, & I didn’t have issues w/ their previous work other than a slight alignment problem w/ the hood from the first repair 11 years ago (snow plow backed into my car in a parking lot).My biggest complaint would be simply that they kept my car 16 days, after telling me repairs shouldn’t take more than about a week. not giving me regular updates each time the end date was moved back Was also aggravating. I had to call in for updates. :-/Bottom line: pretty good repair work and nice staff, but the delays & lack of regular communication could use addressing.

Had a really great experience. Got into an accident, was already really stressed due to a lot of things going on. They took my truck in the same day, gave me a really nice loaner car, and finished the repair cheaper than I expected and quicker than I expected. I had even forgotten my parking card for work in my truck when I left, and they were very helpful in finding that.

This was my first time at autocare experts and i was pleasantly surprised! I worked with a man named Justin, he was patient, honest and friendly. Him and the guys that worked on my car went way above and beyond for me, which is a rarity now a days. I will continue to go here for any mechanical needs.

I decided to go with Auto Care experts recently due to a recommendation, as well as the positive reviews. I have been very impressed by their service thus far. Everyone there is very friendly and treats the customer with respect. Though a minor repair job took longer than originally thought, I was still charged my initial quote, and I am very happy with the outcome. In addition, my car is currently in the shop getting body work done. Right away, I was provided a free loaner car to drive while the car is being repaired/painted. Also, every time I have called for an update, they had one right away and kept me in the loop on everything. Great people, great service. Highly recommended.

Extremely professional, polite, and clean shop. I had an issue while passing through Grand Rapids and they put my Ford on a lift and invited me in the work area and explained and showed very clearly what the issue was. The professionalism is top class, would definately recommend.

I came in today to see if they could cut off my rear tire carrier to my Jeep as it was really corroded and stuck. They were able to break the pivot arm loose, remove the carrier and clean/redrill the bearing and made the tire carrier better than when new. All affordable cost and saved me money from replacing the bumper. Great service, exceeded my expectations.

Unfortunately, I had to visit them twice in recent months for car repairs but they were very friendly, efficient, and did a great job on my car. They are trustworthy and I would highly recommend them. I will continue to use them for future car needs.

I took my jeep to get the air condition fixed. They created all type of problems. My jeep is not the same. They kept my jeep for 2 weeks, which did not make any sense. They cut my brake lines. My jeep is out of alignment. They did something with my motor also. I feel bad because I trust that I would get great service, only to get crappy service. I will not recommend no one to go here. I did not have any transportation in these 2 weeks that they fixed my car. They did not offer a loaner car either.
