I’ve been ordering parts from ZZP for 5 years now and have spent nearly $10,000 in parts. Top quality parts and top quality customer service and everything ships 2200 miles for me and have never had a problem! I’ll be using them for as long as I have a car they make parts for! I’d give 10 stars if I could!

EDIT 6-30-21 - After writing this review, ZZP refunded $120.10 (deposit for replacement pod + shipping the new pod to us). They tried arguing with me in facebook chat that they refunded the shipping costs to return the old one when they didnt. They only refunded the shipping costs for the new order we placed for a 2nd pod.Extremely unprofessional, condescending, then blocked me once I asked when I could expect the other $15 in return shipping costs. Stay away.ZZP Sells Defective Product, Acknowledges Product is Defective, Then Expects You Pay Return Shipping (see emails at end)-----------------------------------------------------------My father put in multiple orders for his Cadillac ATS totaling around $5,000. Big turbo, stage 1, stage 2, e85, stage 2 cams, valve springs, you name it.One of items was a pillar pod for an aeroforce gauge. The pillar pod was transported with other items like the cams, springs, etc and warped in t0ransit. Upon installation it has a major design flaw that makes the 2nd support bracket interfere with the sunroof drain tube and causes it to bow even further.You can see how poorly it looks on the car when installed.After paying a deposit for another one, they are refusing to supply a label to send the defective one back. They hide behind their policy and expect customers to pay out of pocket to send their defective items back, even after youve spent literally thousands with them.Extremely poor customer service and would highly NOT recommend anyone shop at this place. This adversarial attitude towards good paying customers and the lack of good business ethics is a black eye on the entire modding community.

Tried to return products that dont fit my car. They werent willing to work with me because its been 30 days. Although, i have spent over $500 on their products. Woman that answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and was only willing to talk about what she couldnt do instead of trying to figure out what she could do. Do not do business with. The best customer service I have ever had from a company I ordered a PCM from Kyle when it came in it wasnt working properly I contacted Kyle he sent me a shipping label to send it back fixed the problem and next day aired it back to me Everything works perfectly now their customer service is 2nd to none If youre looking for performance out of your Slingshot ZZ performance is the way to go Kyle is full of great information and like I said customer service 2nd to none

Awesome place! They have some of the coolest cars Ive ever seen and the staff is wonderful, polite, respectful and hard working.

My experience was fine until I had to return a part I couldnt use. Their practically non-existent return policy, and Ryans desire to continually escalate the discussion into a Facebook-tier argument instead of hearing what I had to say and dropping it is enough to say that nobody should ever use this company for building an engine. The descriptions on their products are incomplete at best, misleading at worst.I spent $2,500 with them and they couldnt do so much as return $200 coil packs that I only learned were incompatible during the last step of my build (they never produced a single spark and the only wear was from bolting them in).There are a few other online shops with the exact same offerings, so I can confidently say I will never be using ZZP again. They dont have a clue what customer service is, or its effect on business.

So I had a part that malfunctioned, I contacted them for warranty and I thought I was out of warranty and told them that. Even then they still offered to fix/replace it outside of warranty. So right there was just amazing customer service. Turns out I was wrong, it wasnt out of warranty but still I was very impressed with the fact that they even offered to replace it after I told them it was out of warranty! Also, their response times were next too none. It was absolutely incredible to see this kind of support and because of that I will highly recommend them. They ship things out really quickly and respond to anything realy quickly. So like I said, highly reccomended!

Man, where do I begin. I purchased the ZZP 1.0 PCM for my 2001 Buick Park Ave Ultra. The car is in great running order and has some light mods but man.. when I plugged this PCM in my car came alive. Runs cool, pulls hard and the skip shift feature is incredible. The turnaround time was insanely fast, Tim was very helpful in answering any questions I had before I made the purchase. Can’t wait to throw more money at these guys. I’m hooked. Starting on my fiancé’s Cruze next. Thanks ZZP.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE AND I WILL BE ORDERING FROM THEM IN THE FUTURE!Have the utmost confidence when ordering from this company. They respond to emails and answer questions promptly and informatively. Although they were slammed with orders, they still shipped my Stage 1 kit the day it was ordered. Its now waiting for me at the local UPS pickup a day earlier than planned. Bought a PCM from them and selected to send mine in to avoid having to do a security relearn. Well they send me back a random PCM and the excuse is mine could not be tuned. Then the tuner is not available so they can not ask him what happened, well I wait a couple days and I guess the tuner has not been in since then as they have not followed up with me. Now if I want to use it I will have to go through the security learn process I was trying to avoid. Horrible customer service.

Ordered an exhaust for my RS after waiting months to get it. Easy install and sounds great but when received it came with the muffler all dinged up and rippled looking on one side, customer service is borderline and the exhaust tips are welded all crooked. My kid could of did a better job aligning it. Horrible!!!

Bought two kits to install in my Rivieras being assured they would fit? They did not and modifications had to be done then the cars would not run properly and now must spend more money to take it all off. Will see how ZZ performance handles my complaint. At $95 an hour this fiasco hurt me.

The wait was longer than expected, but the service was good and the service purchased was great.

My wife hit a big pothole down the street and blew out a tire on the way to work in a bad snow storm (at 6:15 am). She pulled into their lot and called me to come change her tire. One of the employees who just pulled in and saw me struggling came out and offered me an impact and helped me change her tire.

After having two of this companies PCMs going bad. it is really hard for me to find that I would recommend their product to anyone, furthermore after is was brought to their attention they refused to help in any way with replacing them, i asked since I as returning customer and I wanted to just buy a new one but with a discount since two of their devices went bad in my car im not asking for anything free but to say we aren’t running any specials or discounts is insulting. I find this to be in poor taste and lake of customer service.

Jordan and the guys at ZZperformance got my 2016 Cadillac ats 2.0T coupe at around two o clock because I drove for 4 hours one-way from Milwaukee to there shop in grand rapids so they could do a catted ZZP down pipe, a 67mm throttle body, intake and throttle silicone hoses, drop in KN filter and then flash tune the car all before closing time which they did and yes I am very satisfied with there parts, maintenance shop and turn around time.next items I am looking forward to are turbo upgrade, E-85 and swapping out the pistons and connecting rods.Thanks guys for making me smile every time I hit the gas

Great customer service! I had an order shipped to me and one part was mistakenly pulled incorrectly. I contacted them via their LiveChat on a Saturday night around 1030pm not expecting to hear anything until Monday morning. I had a response from Kyle within 10min apologizing for the error and saying he would contact me first thing on Monday morning as soon as he was back in the office. Fast forward to Monday morning at 730AM!!!! I had an email from ZZP shipping and response from Kyle waiting for me in my in box saying that he had the issue corrected, my part would be there tomorrow along with some ZZP swag, and that the shipping department would be emailing me a prepaid return label which is exactly what the other email was. Props to ZZP customer service, you have a life long customer!

Took my 2009 HHR SS to get fixed and those guys put together a hellva motor. I recommend zzp to anyone wanting more from there ecotec motor

ZZP totally did a dammm good good on my 2009 HHR SS. The car is like a totally different vehicle. I got a LDK motor, zzp 3 downpipe, zzp cold air induction, zzp injectors, zzp inter-cooler, zzp tune and a stage 3 clutch. I cant believe how responsive the hhr is now. Love the car.

First off great customer service, they really care about there customers and strive to get back to you in email very quickly with good information. There parts online are at good fair prices and are of great quality. after 2 years of messing with other performance shops none compare to the lengths zzp goes with dyno tuning there parts to perfection.I drove to them to have a pcm 1.0 put in my 2007 gp to remove my speed limiter, raise my rev limiter, and change my shift points, sense 2006-2008 grand prix cant be modded they put a 2005 pcm in there and one of the owners drove the car around with his computer hooked up and monitored everything for me and my car is running better then brand new.Iv also ordered off there website and had items delivered and they emailed me with updates on how my order was going and overall a great customer support.would recommend to anyone with a gm car they want faster!
