The only reason they get a one star is because 0 stars was not an option. Paid in advance for a piece of siding needed. Wrong item ordered, clearly didn’t even match the description on the receipt. Basically they said oh well, and now longer even return my husband’s calls when he has tried to get the issue resolved. Either by a refund or preferably the correct item. Horrible customer service.

Zeeland store gave me very good information. The only down side was that the store close to me was not available so I was transferred to the store in Zeeland.

Came in and meet with staff for our pole barn, waited and waited for the quote never got it, when I called was told they were waiting for the truss quote, after a month called standale and had my quote the next day and supplies a few days later.

An employee nearly ran me off the road on Clay Ave going 60 MPH. When I called to let them know, the owner blew me off and didnt care a bit.
