BEWARE, STAY AWAY! I stopped in to purchase an extra charger for my phone. After finding my charger that night I stopped back to return it in perfect package condition with receipt in hand. The employee told me that NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED on accessories of any kind. I explained that this was unfair as it is printed on a receipt given to the customer AFTER purchasing and got no where. I spoke with a manager about the experience and he raised his voice at me and I was told to leave.Update: I spoke with Sprint and they said this location is not a Sprint Store. Because it is only an authorized reseller they are free to stray from the Sprint Customer Service policy and setup whatever policies they want. I HIGHLY recommend dealing with an authorized Sprint store if you want to be treated like a human being.
