I scheduled a flu shot for 10/28. I was sent a reminder of the appointment day beforehand, then hours before. I showed up, checked in on my phone, and went inside. There was one person working in the pharmacy doing everything--filling prescriptions at the counter and drive thru, answering phones, checking in people who needed vaccines, etc. There were long lines that kept getting longer because this poor guy had no help. He was understandably frustrated and eventually announced, sorry for the wait everyone, i tried to cancel a lot of this stuff for today but they wouldnt let me... Ive never done this before. I left after waiting a half hour since there was still a guy in front of me also waiting for his flu shot, and there was no sign of progress, and apparently this guy had never given flu shots before and asked to not do them, but the store made him do them anyway.I mean, I understand if youre understaffed. But the right move would be to cancel vaccinations for that day, not to continue to send appointment reminders, let people show up, and then be unable to keep your appointment. Especially when the only guy working has never given flu shots. Not only is it unprofessional, but its jeopardizing your customers health. Not only did I not get my flu shot, but Ill be changing pharmacies altogether, as I no longer trust them with my health and safety.
Worst pharmacy in town avoid it for your own good they dont care about your health they only care about what kind of insurance you have to bill it. The pharmacy technician is rude disrespectful lazy and doesnt know what he is doing. my mom schedule her appointment and had a confirm appointment for covid-19 shot but 2 hour before her covid shot they call her cancel her appointment because her insurance didnt cover the vaccine for her to go to Walgreens unbelievable is that how they treat loyal customers we all know the shot its free Im pretty sure CVS pharmacy doubles if not triple charge the government for those vaccines thats why Im saying avoid this pharmacy because technicians have no knowledge of simple stuff like if your insurance dont cover or dont have insurance you still qualify for the covid-19 shot regardless of insurance so think about how there going to handle your prescriptions and needs.
This store has gone down in service, cleanliness, and lack of merchandise. This location is close to our home so this is the store we have always gone to for many items. Within the last year it has gone downhill dramatically!!! It is dirty, messy, and half of their shelves are empty! Also, many times they have no cashiers at the front counter so you have to use s self-serve checkout register that you cannot talk to or ask questions of! It wouldnt surprise me if they close this CVS Pharmacy down!!!
Worse place EVER to get prescriptions filled. Continue lack of communication and they talk over you instead of listening. Constantly dont have things in stock.
Maybe consider changing your online hours. I woke up at the crack of dawn to drive across town to pick up my husbands script when you guys open (google says 8am....nope, try 10).Now Im sitting on the other side of town for 2 hours waiting for my husbands prescription. My husband has a 8 hour road trip today that he was HOPING to get going on by 9a.m. now he wont be leaving until 11.
Worst place to get prescription drugs. Their automated refills doesnt work still have to order and wait.
Always Have my prescriptions on hand when time to fill also love the text alerts letting you know your order is ready for pick up!!!
Got some coffee filters from there for cheap.
The pharmacy staff went out of their way to help me fill prescriptions after a job loss, including looking for coupons to order my prescriptions as I had to pay out of pocket. The store staff was incredibly helpful and understanding as I tried to use the rest of my FSA before it shut down. Every single employee was incredibly helpful as they helped make to make the best out of my unfortunate situation. I worked with 4 different pharmacy staff members and two checkout clerks over a 2-day time span. They were all incredible. Awesome helpfulness!
Excellent amazing how well the staff had been trained. CVS was right on top of it, Im very pleased.
This place has given me problems every time I have needed prescriptions for years. Now that I have different insurance I am happy to say that I will not be back. The pharmacy is always very rude and unapologetic. They discriminate against minorities and lie about it. They are slow and Ive waited in line for over a half hour behind 1 person just because they wouldnt open the 2nd window at 3:30 pm. Morgan doesnt know how to apologize, but shes very skilled at shifting blame and pointing fingers at the valued customer.
This store is fine. I don’t know why people are complaining about pricing. CVS has never really been “cheap”. You’re paying for convenience....I’ve never had an issue with the CVS staff or the pharmacy. In fact when good ol’ BCBS gave me a hard time on a prescription the staff here went out of their way to get BCBS on the phone to get it resolved. This store is BY FAR better than any other stores on the area. Have y’all seen the Dollar General, Dollar Tree, even the gas stations around this place are trashed.Appreciate it or go else where.
CVS should be embarrassed, that they present this store as open to the public. Their prices are ridiculous and there is nobody in the store to help you. If you see more than 4 people in the store, be prepared to wait forever for help. Do not use the photo service, you will be extremely disappointed. Their photo setup is something you would see in 1984. The printers are old and produce low quality photos. I handed my 50 dollar photo order right back to them and did what I should have done in the first place, which is go to Walgreens.
The manager and the assistant are the best. Always there to help and just be excellent customer service oriented employees..I buy a lot of pharmaceutical supplies and this is my go to place because of Kate and Terri!!! Keep up the good work!
Kit is awesome, everyone else there good luck on them getting any thing done right
The worst customer service goes to Juanita, never had a issues at any CVS or any body else. She is rude, impatient and just mean. Cant believe how rude she was to me. Ill definitely report her to CVS Customer Care Service.
I have requested 3 times in person, several times over the phone and several times via email that I do not want to be auto-enrolled for refills. I continue to get refills if I need them or not so I have to drive across town because I made the mistake of using them once. stupid me that I would expect a month supply not to be automatically refilled after 14 days, rather than 3 weeks or longer. I hate them so much.
Great neighborhood pharmacy! Staff is awesome!
People on the floor are very helpful, pharmacy staff hung me out to dry for 30 hours. Go to Walgreens for scipts.
Pharmacy is a joke. No one knows how to do their jobs or communicate amongst each other. Ive sent my husband to pick up my sons prescription only for them to charge him and say there was no insurance information on file. Weve been going their for years, same insurance information. I called to me told its there and whoever helped him must not of looked. On a separate occasion I got a text that our daughters medication was ready to be filled reply yes if I want it filled. Send yes, get a text its ready. My husband goes to pick it up to get told they dont see a refil or the prescribing drs information in their system so they cant fill it. I call them and ask why wouldnt they call me if there was an issue and why do I get automatic refill option texts if they cant fill it. I was told oh I dont really know, information seems to be missing in our system for your daughter some how and we tried to call you but the number was out of service. Umm I am talking to you right now on that very same number and your system texted me no problem that it was ready for pick up. What a joke. Will be transferring pharmacies. Bummer for CVS because just ONE of my sons monthly medications is over $300 a month.
The pharmacy manager Kiet Lam was very, very rude bordering on combative. The facility is dirty all the trashes were overflowing and there is garbage all over in the parking lot. The floors were dirty and products were strewn about the shelves haphazardly I really do not like dealing with CVS (unfortunately my insurance only goes through them) and this one is the worst around. Im almost at the point of paying full price for my prescriptions just to not have to deal with CVS.
Its great hands down its got good frendily service and good prices plus its very clean and no lines
If I could give zero stars I would. I received the worst treatment from Kiet Lam (pharmacy manager) that I have ever experienced. He was irate and disrespectful over the phone. After asking him to quit interrupting he proceeded to raise his voice. He accused me of going thru the drive thru and never coming back in to resolve the issue, when in reality I have a receipt from coming into the store. I simply called to check on the status of my corrected prescription and was verbally disrespected by Kiet. It must also be noted that upon speaking to my insurance company it was Kiets fault that CVS was submitting for 83 days and not the required 84 days. As a result the prescription was being rejected by my insurance provider. It sure seems that a Pharmacist who holds a PhD should recognize this and be able to problem solve. Instead Kiet resorted to being extremely disrespectful and made it out as if it was my fault. I will never utilize the pharmacy for my needs in the future nor will I recommend it to others.
Nothing special here. Its a cvs. Pharmacy staff is pretty great.
The doctors on staff are awesome. Its my dream in life to become a doctor then work at a retail pharmacy.
Very nice staff,always helpful.
Some of the employees are kind of rude. Other than that, it is good.
Management is awesome 😁
Love it.
