This Meijer is repeatedly out of items. Fresh produce is on the struggle bus. I frequently overhear employees constantly complaining about staffing shortages. Somehow the deli employees are extremely helpful and cheery. The atmosphere is significantly better after the new remodel. In the end, I am grateful for this Meijer location for a quick grab.

I always like shopping here. What I really like is they grocery shop for you and deliver. So simple download Meijer do your shopping. While they shop for you if something on your list isnt available they contact you by text messages with replacement you can approve or decline. They stay in contact with you. Its a wonderful service. You can order anything not just food.

Produce goes bad fast but its one of the better meijers in the grand rapids area.

Not my favorite Meijer. Store is fine but the ad-hoc way it was expanded over the years has left a somewhat atypical and disjointed feel. The store is also a bit rough sometimes. I have witnessed several scuffles between customers at the location.

Great customer service, excellent choice of items. However the cat food shortage on the wet cat food here. But when I went yesterday there was some in stock, but the prices skyrocketed to a extremely high amount.

The pharmacy isnt open very long hours.

Never have to wait in line, and the clerks are VERY proactive. The guy tonight at the self checkout foresaw that I was buying beer and immediately came over to verify my purchase instead of waiting for the red light 🚨 to flash and stall my flow. Love this store.

Loved shopping at Meijer store in Wyoming. Also bought medicines at their drive through which was a quick process. It will be great if Meijer stocked more of onion bagels as they sell out quickly. Thanks

I dont know if its just meijers as I know others are experiencing shortages of products. I went there looking for fresh green beans. I couldnt find any nor anyone to help me. I also looked for diet rite cola which I have bought in before there in the 12 can pack. They had none.

Nice Meijer Layout. Easy to get around and find what you need. Almost everything is stocked when I went and the store wasnt messy or overcrowded. They could have more checkout lanes but I didnt have to wait to checkout.

Convenient location. Usually have everything I am looking for and so much more. Truly a 1 stop shopping experience.

Meijer is always excellent! We love the fresh produce here and the friendly staff.

They have large selections of whatever youre looking for. They also have great prices. They are, however, less quick and convenient than smaller stores.

Tried to do a pickup order for 10-11 am as we were going to be in town a few hours. We got home about 3pm and at 4pm they called to let me know my 10-11 am pickup order was complete. Sorry, not driving 60 miles to come back down for that.

We just moved and this is still a new store to us but its getting easier. The employees keep everything stocked and looking so nice and theyre very helpful when I need to find something.

This Meijer was a bit better than 28th street yet still very over picked. Other than the meat guy they too were not very happy about having to stop doing nothing or talking to other staff to helpp

Its got its pros and cons. Convenient location, missing lots of food items most of the time, lots of workers around the store, and the clearance prices never ring up in the computer.

Needs to go back to 24 hours. Its rather inconvenient for anyone who might be up and needing something past midnight, which is daily for us. The inventory at this store is pretty wacky too, doesnt seem to be much logic behind certain products being mia for weeks longer then they should. Oh, and way too many handicap parking spots at this one, which are NEVER even half full. Overkill to the max. Completely unnecessary. Just another annoying inconvenience for the majority. Without 24 hour service, this Meijer sure aint nothing special.

So much to offer but when it comes to services for handicap people. Up to door services for people who carry oxygen such as a parking service where you can come to door get a handicap cart to get into and they park your vehicle and when finished they bring vehicle to door and help you put groceries into vehicle. This way people could be more independent in caring for themselves. Thank you

Fix your bottle returns, put a phone inside the room no attendant on hand when 4 machines went crazy. I had 2000 bottles to return since michigan banks now have money to pay out for covid bottles and I got through 40 bottles and the machine quit on me so I took them back home waiting for the machines to get fixed. Terrible bottle experience when the machines are better then family fair. I have 4500 bottles now to return.

Great store. They have everything with just about every department. It is like a stop&shop mixed with Walmart and Target. Clean and good distancing. Also, has a great 5 items or less self check out. Perfect for grabbing an item or two quickly.

The workers always seem stressed every time i go into the store to check out ! Take care of your employees !! There was one specific young lady I don’t remember if her name was amaris but she seemed so stressed and overworked. She went above and beyond to take care of my things at checkout though !

Walked into a woman screaming at a man making a scene.This Meijer is set up extremely off kilter & some what confusing like Cedar Springs is because the setting is different from most other meijers.

I usually bypass the Walmart on 54th Street and go to Meijer. Meijer is one of my favorite stores!

The store was clean and bright, had what I needed (diabetic test strips, glucose chews & vitamins/ supplements) and reasonable prices too.Why not five stars you ask? That would be because when I got there and dropped off a prescription and was told Itll be ready in about an hour I believed them. I told them it was okay, I would wait. I stood in front of the pharmacys huge glass window for an hour. Then I went and stood in the pick up line for ten minutes. When I got to the window I was told that not only was it not ready, that it would not be ready until the next day because it was sent out to be filled. Fine. I get that. Not everything can be in stock 100% of the time. They could literally see me standing there - pretty easily identifiable short woman with glasses... and arm in sling- waiting for sensors. (Lol, but really!) I dont think anyone did it on purpose but it seems like it would have occurred to someone that the waiting prescription could have been notified well before I was. I doubt it was more than the oversight of one busy person but I still had other errands to run and the sensor was important.On the bright side, the self scan machine worked just fine (I dislike them in general, nothing specific to Meijer!) and the vitamins and glucose tabs I bought were all on sale! Of course Ill go back, I was just super irritated.

This Meijer has been remodeled within the last 5 years. It has all the pleasant ammenaties that the other updated Meijers have. Bright, LED lighting, clean, wide aisles. Easier to see markings and aisle signs. Enhanced product layouts. New, state of the art coolers and freezers for the food sections.This is one of your larger Meijer floor plans. They offer a large variety of merchandise. Its usually busy here. Located in a prime commerical shopping area. Its super nice to have Chick Fil A on this Meijer campus property too!

Since they changed the place, it doesnt have the same feel walking in. Its like a total different store, not in a good way. I like the old Meijer better. The whole set up just, feels wrong.Good Deals! I would go again because Walmart isnt any better.

When I need to go to a Meijer I normally go to this one. The store is always clean and stocked with goods. My only problem with the store is that this Meijer doesnt enforce wearing a mask. My wifes high risk, so Costco gets my business instead, since they make sure people wear masks.

I went in for the COVID vaccine and while they were kinda slammed they handled it like pros. Virtually all of the staff was pleasant (lots better than I would have been in the same situation) and kept order in the chaos! Everything sanitized between clients too! Great job to all of them!! Thank you all!

I havent been there in two years.

Stopped in for one quick find(white Capris) which I found on sale only thing I didn’t like was fitting rooms were still closed so just have to wing it I guess.. woman’s clothes are not the same fitting when it comes to brand and style so it’s a struggle lol. Decided to look around and see what other deals they have as well since it being Memorial Day weekend and I’m already here… Let’s say I definitely couldn’t resist a good sale so spent way more than planned but definitely worth it!! Later received an email about my rewards I earned and wow didn’t know about women’s apperal rewards so I earned 2/$5 rewards and a $2 one as well and $11 away from earning another $5 reward🙌🏼 So I’d say I definitely made out on this trip!!! $17 off my next trip ☺️ MPERKS ARE AMAZING!!! 54th/Clyde Park location

It looks nice, but the new layout is disjointed. Im unsure why they kept all the checkout lanes if they arent going to utilize them. Today at 5:30 pm they only had two lanes open.

Recently remodeled which makes this location far more pleasant than it used to be. Parking lot is still a bit odd though. Better selection of most items than the Grandville Meijer.

Always out of half the things Im looking for. Inventory control is awful.

I was frustrated today trying to find nuts (in 1 of 3 flipping places) Id appreciate organization for the customers convenience vs walking me thru the whole flipping store to find you dont have them in stock. I did not purchase additional items (as expected with this type of placement.) It makes me want to find another place to shop. Bad marketing

A few things that were totally gone probably due to Christmas coming up. Seems theyd get popular items restocked fast but they dont. 😟 I wish they had smaller hams to choose from. They are way to big for a family of 2. Store seemed clean. Hand sanitizer is there at doors. Employ are friendly.

This Meijer is not very good. Never have things in stock, stop carrying items that still sell well, and produce area is never consistent with ripeness, just to name a few issues.Ive been shopping here for years due to it being between work and home, which is super convenient, but now Im thinking Ill go to a different one just to have a better shopping experience.

This location seems to always have a great assortment of nice sushi and great deals!

I enjoy meijer because it allows me to purchase food and other dry goods, for which my life is easier and better off.I have no complaints to lodge at this moment, but surely there have been times where my dissatisfaction was quite significant and justifiably so. However, Meijer has always been quite good at reconciling these issues in a timely and professional manner and as such, they maintain a good standing in my reviews.

Pretty bad customer service in the section where they cut the ham and cheese.Many times I asked them nicely to slide my ham or cheese very thin, and they always put me a bad face and slide it too thick and with rush. Also, when I ask to a lady for one specific cheese or ham, she always tell me with a bad attitude we have some other kind of cheese/ham over there that are already sliced.I know everybody are human, and we have the right to have a bad day and feel down, but some of the people there are everyday with a bad mood treating the customer in a bad way.Really I feel very sorry to make this bad review, I wish not to do so, but I needed to do it.They need to improve the customer service in that area.

First time at this location and its by far the best looking meijers Ive ever been in. I guess they recently had a remodel and they did one hell of a job. Very neat, and organized, and although it was my first time here I found it extremely easy to find the couple of things I was looking for and pretty quickly as well. Clean, and staff is friendly, lines didnt seem to be too bad, this is work/school time so that makes some sense but I liked my speedy exit! Want a relaxable shopping trip? Shop at this location!
