Everyone one know harbor freight isnt just good its amazing. All of us men (and probably most women) could go to this store every day all day and have a great time. The prices are great and the tools are pretty good as well.

Had just what I need to finish one of my jobs .. and there prices arent to bad ..

Went looking for a floor jack with my husband and me, being a bargain shopper, found in their ad- a sale for a 3 ton aluminum jack that was the exact same price as the 2.5 ton aluminum jack. On the shelf it wasnt very well marked besides the price on a different colored piece of paper the size of a small index card.Thank goodness I looked at their ad to see the 3 ton was the same cost as the 2.5!! ALWAYS check for deals!!

I hate this store. Every time I go there I find something I didnt know I needed until I seen it. I need to find a new job further away from this store. It is too convenient.The tools they sell for the most part in my opinion is not for contractors but for someone like me thats going to do with particular job and only use the toolFor a few jobs in my life which is perfect based on the cost. They do have some sort of warranty I do not know the particulars but you have to pay for it

Great place for the average man to buy his tools but if you use tools for business itd be best to look around! I recently was looking for a cordless screwdriver they could Bend and be manipulated and compared different stores ended up going elsewhere because Harbor Freight was a little expensive in this area. Ive always known Harbor Freight for being less expensive than the big box stores but in this case just wasnt in the cards thats why I give him four stars. If youre a man this is an awesome store spend some time when you and the wife are having some words!

On this visit I didnt find what I was looking for but I did find stuff I wasnt looking for. All in all it was a good visit.

If you need tools you only use for home. Then its good in a pinch. Pretty cheap but as I said if you want it for home in a pinch.

Usually I have FANTASTIC service. Today NOT a single person bothered to help me. However, every man that walked in they went above and beyond. The lady who actually was annoyed I needed help at the register, pointed to an aisle, never looked to see if it was in stock or if I was overlooking it. Needless to say. I will never return. Ill continue to do my business at Home Depot, where I know they actually will help you find what you are looking for.P.S. the lady with dark hair and glasses, may want to take a refresher class on great customer service.

Most hand tools there are good, but I stay away from their electric tools

Had 2 different brands of sawzalls one a corded chicago electric the 2nd one a bower battery powered both had broke within the 90 days an I returned them without any issues

Employees were not very friendly/helpful when I was in (may 2021). Lines were fairly slow. It just seemed a bit chaotic.

The checkout lanes were moving along very well this visit... One of the things I stopped by to get was some small C clamps. Interesting enough, they didnt have any in the store, or much in the way of clamps... Of well...

Just what you would expect, typical Harbor Freight. Slightly slow checkout and no one to help you, but seriously youre buying the cheapest tools made. You can have one, service or price, you cant have both.

Worst mask nazis on the planet. If you dont wear a mask the managers will tell you to stay 6 feet away from people and then come within 3 feet of you to tell you to stay 6 feet away. Total twist on reality.

My favorite store to shop in in Grand Rapids, Michigan is this place right here. Their power tools arent Dewalts or Milwaukees or anything but they get the job done and if you purchase the insurance, for only a few dollars extra, when it DOES break you can walk right in and cime out with a brand new one.

Good tools low cost

As a fan of tools this is my second favorite store. You can get what you need cheap. Some things are nice and others arent but I have no complaints about their Pittsburgh line at all. Love them.

I have always liked harbor freight, they have good tools unlike popular belief, just have to be knowledgeable about brands. I like the outdoors and they have a huge selection of camping gear and power conversion units for very reasonable prices. Every time I go there hours can fly me by. Like it better than other bigger hardware stores.

They didnt have what I wanted on the first visit, but gave me raincheck and told me when the next truck was coming in. When I called to confirm it was in stock they held it for me.

Clean the people are courteous and they usually have everything I need in stock plus some.

Friendly staff make shopping here easy. There is so much packed into the store that it can be distracting in a good way. I found things that I had on my someday list at great prices so picked them up earlier. I also saved a lot on the item I went for. $6.99 vs. $24 at my local hardware store.

Again this is a place that if you have some kind of entrepreneurial venture that you need to do or you want to start this is a good place to get the supplies to do those ventures correctly, efficiently, and make doing them financially feasible

The staff is friendly, but you do get what you pay for. Their higher end products like Bauer and Hercules do compare favorably to name brands. Never waste your money on Drill Master brand, though.

There are 2 harbor freight locations in Grand Rapids, I like this one best. Sometimes this location can get busy and the lines can get long. Lots of merchandise in the store sometimes Im very impressed that the associates know which aisle items are located. I like the stores because theyre not very large and you can see the items in a short amount of time I dont need 10 choices just a few, good better best.

Good for cheap and remanufactured items. Cheap disposable gloves but limit to how many boxes u can buy.

Bought a small inexpensive air compressor. Got pushed REAL hard to buy an extended warranty. So much so that they lowered the price of the merchandise to the point that buying the warranty along with it made it $1 cheaper. Weird how that works, huh?

Convenient, had what I was looking for and at low prices. Not high end tools, but their items arent priced like high end either. Good stuff for most general purpose. Diffinately good if you may only need to use something once or twice, and then leave it sit the rest of the time.

I needed to take back a hand tool that broke and they gave me a new one with out any hassle! I was in and out in less that 5 minutes. They are always Awesome!
