Had used these guys back in August for a repair on furnace blower when it went out and was very satisfied with the repair. So when it came time to replace complete unit I called them for a quote. Came out same day I called and gave the estimate the guy that came out pointed out some problems that were in the old unit that should be addressed. Two days later new unit installed by two very polite, knowledgeable young men with all the old units problem solved. Im very satisfied with the new unit and this company’s High quality personnel and I highly recommend them.

Im a do it yourself kinda guy. Quoted the job out to 3 different companies. The attention to detail and tenacious work ethic impressed me. Explained to me every aspect of the job they were doing. I had what is called a low boy (1960s model) furnace. They came in did a professional job and with my job schedule they did it on a weekend! So..price..work ethic. .carrier brand equipment..even some custom sheet metal work!! A no BS job..very happy with the crew I had (Chris, Jake, and a big guy which I didnt get his name). Seriously..these guys were great!

Alright, so the guy who came out to have a look at our old furnace was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He walked us through what happened, and what needed to happen to fix the situation. Our heat exchanger went out and it wouldnt be worth buying a new one for a 20 year old furnace. We ended up getting a new furnace from the company and they gave us a great deal, even upgrading us to the carrier brand. Then they sent two installers out like a day later(really quickly, noice), and they were also fantastic, friendly, fast, and professional. Sometimes companies send out cheerful salesmen and some really moody installers but everyone from the phone operators to the installers were just great. I would recommend this company to anyone. This is how companies should be doing business. Ill likely be grabbing an AC from then coming up this spring!

I was impressed with this company, with the simple fact that the first day, everyone was ahead of schedule and willing to come early. Had I not been at work, I would have let them. I ended up getting Josh, who’s an absolute sweetheart. He went above and beyond, for two days to get my air working again. Very personable, and professional, great sense of humor (which makes this stressful time, that much better) and likes dogs (him and “Dog” got along great 🙄😂), so he’s automatically amazing in my book! He’s great with laymen’s terms, so if he uses big words, he can break it down for you. He was amazingly patient while I was seeing if it was covered by my home warranty, and when I found out it was going to cost more to file than what I was paying, Josh suggested I wait until I find out the problem, to see if it was even worth filing a service ticket for, just so I wasn’t out even more money. Our AC went out and they were able to send a technician out the same day we called to assess and recharge the old system. The gave a courtesy call ahead to let me know they were on the way, and it was within the quoted window of time. Professional, explained everything without being patronizing, provided multiple options without being pushy and patient while we made decisions. When we decided to replace our 22 year old system, they were able to come out next day to do it. Again, professional, called ahead, came within the quoted window, kept me in the loop about everything. No surprise charges, put down drop cloths and wore booties to protect my floors, petted my dog, let my kids watch from a safe distance and answered the millions of questions about what they were doing. Highly recommend!

Ive been without an air conditioner since 5 June 2020 dealing with the warranty company and the company they authorized to do my repairs-what a nightmare! The warranty company eventually authorized me to find someone to complete the job after the last company failed miserable and couldnt acquire the needed parts in a timely manner. I called Beavercreek Heating and Air. After explaining my pain, they were able to have someone out that day. Josh showed up, accessed my situation, and was able to have someone out the following day--my wife and I were ecstatic! My air conditioning unit was repaired within two hours--sorry I dont remember the technicians names, but the two gentleman that did the repairs were phenomenal, professional, courteous and did an amazing job! They explained exactly what they did, and identified some additional fixes that would enable my system to run more efficiently, and more importantly, safely. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Its never fun when you wake up in the morning to a cold house in February. After a referral from a coworker I called the tech directly. Josh and Kyle arrived 30 minutes later to take a look. Turns out it was a broken capacitor on the blower so while the furnace was running there was nothing to disperse the heat throughout the house. Unfortunately our furnace was coming up on 30 years old and replacement of the unit was where we were at. We found a great deal for the replacement on Angies List and Josh got us scheduled. This was on Wednesday and we were able to get the install scheduled for Friday. Since we had to wait 2 days for the install Kyle came back a little later with a space heater to help heat a little while we were out of commission. Scheduled for Friday between 9 & 10 AM, Joe showed up promptly at 9:05. We were told the install would take up to 4 hours and in just under 3 hours we were back up and running. Everyone I dealt with from the service techs, installers and office personnel was courteous and professional. They worked quickly, delivered no b.s. information and answered my questions.Thank you!

Both times I needed help I filled out information online and was called within a couple of hours. Once on a Saturday and once on a Sunday. Got appointments quickly and on the day of the appointment they were on time and called ahead of time. Tech’s were friendly and did a great job. They took the time to explain the issues. After researching multiple companies, we called Five Star for a repair estimate. After learning about our options, we decided the best course of action was to replace our 13-14 year old HVAC system with one more suited to the size of our home and considerably more energy efficient.Xenia Heating/Five-Star gave us a reasonable estimate, and got us scheduled the following week (much to our amazement). The team (Gauge and Joe) arrived well within their scheduled window, and worked tirelessly. We returned from vacation to a cold house. When I called, the phone was answered immediately and Josh and Chad came to the house within 4 hrs which I thought was great, since they were already out on other jobs. They diagnosed the problem within minutes of arriving and taught me a ton about my system. I typically like to do my own repairs, but would call these pros again in a second!

We had Xenia Heating clean the ducts and tune up the furnaces. They were pleasant, competent and left us feeling we would be calling on them for future services. Unfortunately after they left we began to notice that were coughing and sneezing and my daughter was having difficulty breathing and noticing a lot of dust on surfaces. We found that there was a deposit of dust in each room where their vacuum equipment had stood. I called immediately and told them I thought there was a problem with their equipment which could be affecting other customers. Their reaction was swift. They checked their equipment and immediately called me back to confirm the equipment was in fact faulty, had been pulled and new equipment was being ordered. They told me to get a cleaning service of our choice and send them the invoice. They also said if necessary we should go to a hotel for the night and they would cover the cost. Their manager called several times to check on how were were doing and the cleaning progress, then finally to tell me they were going to cover the entire cost of cleaning, which was substantial. We will definitely be calling Xenia Heating for our heating and cooling needs in the future.

When my old electric heat pump went out I decided to switch to a gas furnace and new A/C. I got a couple quotes and Xenia Heating and Air/5 Star was priced better than the comparable competition with a better warranty and a better online rating. A couple companies didn’t even want to touch my system as it’s located in the crawl space of my house and is not easy to get to. Xenia Heating and Air had no problem doing the job. They were fast and professional, installed the unit in one day and then rushed back out to do the first furnace start up once I got gas hooked to the house by Vectren since it was starting to get cold. Can’t say enough about how great they were.

Joe did a great job removing the old, flooded unit, and installing the new one. He went out of their way to make sure the new furnace was raised to reduce future water damage. The company also gave me the St. Patricks Day discount that expired the week before. I highly recommend this company.

He explained the issues i was having with my furnace in a way i could understand, and went over everything with me. I decided to purchace a year long maintenance contract with them. Although we did go with a purchase for a new gas furnace, we never felt pressured to do so which was great. I contacted Xenia heating & Air on a Sunday when my furnace wouldn’t come on. Less than an hour later. The technician Josh called to let me know he was on his way. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and what was going on with my system. My furnace was 33 years old and Too my surprise he didn’t try to get me to buy a new one. He was able to get it running again that same night. Just in case I asked for just an estimate on a new furnace. Josh answered every one of my questions and really listened to what I was looking for. I couldn’t believe the price on a new carrier furnace. I immediately said yes and they were there less than 12 hours later installing the new one. I highly recommend Xenia heating & air.

I am very happily surprised with this company- with them being newer to the area, I wont lie I was a tad nervous- they blew away my expectations! I called several other local companies to handle a property I own, I was given 1-2 day wait times, which is just not acceptable when it comes to not having heat. Called back in and they have a guy come out the next week to give me a quote for how much. Tell him I want to have it done. He says hell email me A quote. Never hear from them again. I guess my piddly money isnt worth their time. If you didnt want to do it, just say so.After leaving my review I was contacted and asked if I would give them the opportunity to fix my issue. They went a above and beyond. The two men that came out were very professional. They performed the work correctly and did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied. I would absolute reccomend them. And hopefully I will never have to use them again. But if I need a repair for my heating or AC, they will be my go to company.

I had this company come out to quote a new system furnance/AC. They sent a sales guy out who quoted me a price on converting 2 systems to one larger system. The sales guy assured me it would be a issue to connect the 2 systems duct work after looking at it. I took off the day off work so the installers could come out to the house. When they arrived they said it would not be as easy and could not be done for the price quoted. We got the sales guy on the phone who told them it could be the installers insisted it could not be. Before leaving the installers stated their service manager would be giving us a call. That was Monday today is Saturday and still no call nor price how much it would be to connect the units.
