I wouldnt spend money here for anything. Absolutely rude . I asked some general questions and the response was I couldnt tell you what the hell you drive instead of simply asking me. Seems like they think they are th only shop around. Lol. Get real. AVOID at all cost..

They wanted 400+ dollars to change my spark plugs so no thank you. What is the world coming to SMH

We recently took our Ford 250 in for work, it became more extensive than initially thought so it had to be transferred out to another shop! We were terrified as to how much this was possibly going to cost, and we were stuck because we needed our truck! When we received the call to pick up our truck, and what the final costs were..we were in shock! Thank You Muffler Brothers of Xenia. You are highly recommended!

Walt and the crew at this establishment are A plus. I was in a pinch with a brand new used car I bought. A week after I bought my Impala I discovered the tailpipe was rusted and muffler was loud and about to fall off. I arrived right at closing time they could of been rude but They were so nice and professional,!!!!! They fixed all my muffler issued and 💯 professional. I recommend this shop.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I was looking for inch and 3/4 piece of stainless steel pipe. To get a v band flange welded on to a manifold. Before I could even say anything about the V band flange or the manifold his response was not here and hung up immediately after I explained I was looking for an inch and 3/4 piece of stainless pipe

I dont understand where these bad reviews come from! I have used this place of business several times and they are very nice people! It is privately owned and the owner and staff have always been polite and exstreamly fast and reliable service at a very low price ! These guys have fixed two of my vehicles cheaper then I can get the parts myself for! I will say this if these guys have been rude to anyone its most likely the cause of someone with a piss poor attitude and they just wont have it! Just because people run a business does not mean they have to take your crap! Obviously the first review on here from that lady shows just the kind of attitude she took into there business ! These guys are very nice ! In fact they closed at 6 today and Im a truck driver and the guy even gave me his cell phone number in case I didnt get there before they closed and offered to come back by when I got back to town to take my payment and get me my truck keys ! These guys do great work very fast at a more then fair price ! These guys get five stars for every visit I have ever made to there store ! And to top it off they even give you a ride home and back to there shop for free ! Dont let these other two reviews fool you this is great service by great people at a great cost

I’ve contacted them twice about working on two of my cars, once for a water pump and once for an exhaust. Both times they acted like they didn’t want to do it and I had to go somewhere else... very odd.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My husband car was towed here on a Thursday night after the business was closed (the owner was aware of this). The next morning I took the key to the business as soon as it opened. The owner was at the counter and right away told me that the tow driver dropped the car off in the wrong place. It was in the front of the building and he wanted it around back. So I asked him when he could look at it and said very nasty to me that he wouldnt even look at it until the following Tuesday since they were closing early due to the holiday weekend (Labor Day). I didnt give him my number because my husband would call him Tuesday morning. When my husband went to his break at 2:30pm that same day he had missed calls from the business. He tried to call them back but there was no answer. They had already left for the day. On Tuesday morning my husband called at 9:05am and they told him it would cost $1600. Yeah, no!! So I called other places and found the service for half the price. I called the owner to this business and told him I was having it towed and he proceeded to tell me he lost business because he had the car in the bay all day Friday. I said that he told me he wouldnt look at it till Tuesday and he denied he said that and then hung up on me. I had the tow company go pick it up and they called me and said he wouldnt release our car. I called and he said we owed $70 for towing it from the front of the building to the back. He also said he wouldnt take a check from me and said only cash. My husband had a guy from work take him there to pay using our debit card (because thats cash!!) and he refused payment! He said since I got Lippy with him he would only accept cash. This was about 5:40pm and he closed at 6pm. We werent able to go get cash and make it back and so he is holding our car hostage. Who runs an actual business like this? I am blown away by this! Beware of this shop- they will overcharge you and they are definitely unethical !! Oh yeah, and no accreditation from BBB. I see why!!!!!!

Rude and over priced! If you buy your own muffler or catalytic for a 1/4 of the price they act like they are too busy to weld it on for you. They dont make their $ off labor they make it off 60% mark up.

Came here for a second opinion. The guy was rude. Told me nothing was wrong with my van. Had a third opinion and found out I do need work.

Does not install a muffler that you buy on your own. So that means they charge way more for your muffler and sell it to you for a much higher price.

Do not even attempt to call this shop. Was told to call Walt for some exhaust work and he was very abrasive, then hung up. Unbelievably rude. He should not be answering phones, or dealing with any person. Horrible customer service.
