I have never at any store my whole life been told I wasn’t allowed to use my sisters or old house phone number to receive sales prices. For whatever reason Sally’s believes they are better than Kroger (example) you just lost a customer because you feel the need to control something so minor. Horrible customer service.

I love this store, it’s great. the lady with really short hair and glasses always helps me find what i want rather than what she thinks i need! but i’ve had a couple encounters with the young girl with green and black hair. i came into the store one day, asked her if she knows any products for curly hair. she did not answer my question and proceeded to tell me that you cannot put curly products on non curly hair. the products i was looking for was a gift for a friend of mine. i did not ask whether my hair is curly or not, i told her i need some curly hair products. i left without getting what i was trying to find. then another day i went in to find some hair color remover because i want to remove as much hair color as i can before i bleach my hair. she said “i’m not sure if we have any” (did not check for me either). but then told me if i go anywhere else other than sally’s or a high quality store, it will not work. then she told me to put my mask over my nose when i have asthma. but i was confused because she was worried about my mask but was standing closer than 6 feet apart from me. i once again left without what i needed. headed over to walmart, grabbed some color remover and got my hair exactly how i wanted it. i think it would help your store out a lot if you teach your employees to help the customer find what they’re looking for, rather than giving their personal opinion if it is not asked for.

Good store and they have a good staff that is always willing to answer questions. They have a decent selection of products not the best but decent and though it may be a little more expensive than Walmart its worth it to get the better quality. The manager Lexi is awesome too.

I cant wear a mask due to medical reasons and they refused to let me in. Will not be back.
