I really was looking to forward to this place unfortunately I had a really bad experience. Drove over an hour to come check out the Royal Enfield Bullet just to be ignored. Legitimately ignored.Went in with my wife and the guy working was with another customer. No worries, we browsed the other bikes. Guy working was done with his customer and went right back behind the counter. No greeting. No checking to see if we need help. Nothing. We stood there for 15 minutes assuming he was wrapping up on the computer. Nope. Nothing. Finally my wife asked him if we could be helped. Explained we were here for the Bullet. I asked if we could do a test ride. He explained no. No problem. That was it. End of the whole interaction. No offer to talk. No offer to turn it on. No attempt to try and talk about what I came to buy. He did not even look like he wanted to talk to us and seemed bother that we asked about the Bullet. Disappointedly, we left without buying the motorcycle because no one asked if I wanted to buy anything. I refuse to give money after I already wasted over an hour driving. Extremely p’d off about this place. This is a niche culture. Too bad service was garbage.

Ive been looking for a bike for three months now and its been a hassle. Dealerships took forever to get back to me or even let me know what they had in stock. One local place took a month to respond to an email and only told me to make an appointment to come in and see for myself! Another added over $1700 in dealer costs onto a bike! Jake and Matt at Williams Vintage Cycle have been awesome from day one. From the time I called they had the bike I wanted, brand new, financed and ready to go in less than a week with no ridiculous charges tacked on! Its an hour away from my home in Cincinnati but totally worth the drive for the service Ive gotten.Thanks guys, Im telling everyone I know to deal with this place, and specifically you two, from here on out!

Jake was great. I bought a 2005 Yamaha V Star 650. Im a new rider and the assistance at the shop was well above any other dealer I worked with. If anyone is looking for a bike Id highly recommend stopping at Williams.

Local establishment you feel good supporting. Im thinking about sending Jake a bunch of meat and bacon. Or maybe like some pizza, chicken wings and a gallon or two of ranch? Either way solid find, just have to learn how to actually ride the bike now.

ZERO STARS If I could! BUYER BEWARE! Worst buying experience ever. I own 35 motorcycles in my collection and paid over 14k for 2 brand new Royal Enfields Pegasus back in June and here we are on July 24 and no temporary plates, no title transfer docs, no warranty docs,,and most importantly NO BILL OF PURCHASE, which by the way is illegal in Ohio and all other states as the bill of purchase is to be presented upon payment in full Which was done back in June. At least 10 requests and over 1500$ in attorney fees and Matt the owner can’t return phone calls, can’t figure out his email and can’t do a basic legal requirement in selling a motorcycle- provide a receipt. I have filed formal claims with the Better Business Bureau in Greene Countyi, Ohio and the Secretary of State of Ohio for deceptive and illegal business practice. I have also contacted Royal Enfield to advise them of this dealer. I am sure he’ll find some way to blame the customer, $14k later. My advice - Steer clear of this slick talking dealer. Horrific experience. One more note: if in fact his account of what happened Below was accurate, why did he take my money? I love how he condemns the customer... he could have just sent my money back considering he had the bikes. Notice how he never addresses the fact he never sent a bill of which IS a legal requirement in Ohio. Buyer beware.

To me this is what a cycle shop should be. Great people and an awesome selection to choose from (you want it they probably have it). Jake was awesome in helping me out with my new bike from start to finish. It was nice to go somewhere where you actually get people who are genuinely interested in helping you out. They also have the Royal Enfield line up here, one of the few to carry them anywhere around here.

The guys there make sure that you’re comfortable while selecting the right bike for your needs. Williams ensures that their bikes are in top notch condition and they even offer bike transport. Williams Vintage Cycles also offers servicing and repair of bikes. I’m very happy with my purchase and I’ll be sure to make Williams Vintage Cycles my first stop when i purchase my next bike.

My wife surprised me when she found a blue Honda Nighthawk at Williams Vintage Cycles and said shed buy it for me. When we went to pick it up, Matt was very friendly and helpful, and patient while I drooled over the other bikes in his showroom. I saw many of the bikes my friends and I had owned over the years. At one point I stopped dead in my tracks. There in front of me was my first street motorcycle, a Suzuki GT550, a 2 cycle, 3 lunger. Matt had several of them there, and even had its big brother the 750 Water Buffalo. What a nostalgic trip down memory lane. I wish Xenia wasnt so far away from me. Id go back again just for the experience.

Just minutes ago I went to Willys vintage cycle on my road trip I got a leaky valve stem on my motorcycle and Ive never been to a motorcycle shop that got me in so quick and had me back on the road within minutes those guys are top shelf professional people plain and simple.

I bought a 2014 Royal Enfield Classic 500 from a dealership in Minnesota two years ago... Ever since, that motorcycle has been a real maintenance hog.... I was about to give up on it, when someone suggested Williams Vintage Cycle in Xenia ... Being a considerable distance from Xenia, i called ahead to make sure they were a Certified RE service center and that they could work on my year and model... The person i talk to took my information and within a couple days i had an email from Matt... Matt was excellent in keeping me in the loop via almost daily email on what was being done on the motorcycle.. He asked me for permission before doing any of the work and was given a estimate of the cost involved prior to the work being done... I feel the cost of maintenance there is reasonable... The work was done in a reasonable amount of time. I had to leave my motorcycle there for a week while i was away for work, there is limited space in the garage so they would rather you dont leave your bike there (understandably)... That was my fault for not clarifying with them... As to the work done on the motorcycle, i am very pleased with the result!! Rode it back to Columbus, it felt like a brand new bike!!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone... Good honest people!

Got a 77 GT250 from them. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. A great pleasure to deal with. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Helped me get it loaded and secured and gave me some good pointers. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a ready to ride vintage cycle.

I came to the shop to look at bikes and was very satisfied with my experience. There were lots if bikes to look at, all reasonably priced. Scott was great at explaining things about bike features and gave me a lot of helpful tips since I am a first time buyer. Bruce was there on his day off but helped in giving my bike a final inspection along with a few more tips about how to care for it. I highly recommend this shop!

Matt was very helpful on my tire change. They did it fast and were very good priced. Also did oil change for me. I dropped my bike off and was very pleased with the service and time it took. I will be going back for a new front tire very soon. I like supporting our local businesses in Xenia and recommend taking all makes and models to them. He has a customer for life.

Ive visited this place a few times and theyre always helpful and quite knowledgeable. Although I havent purchased a bike from them, I have purchased some hard to find parts needed for my projects. If youre looking for something complete to ride home with or just parts then check these guys out in person or try their eBay store, you wont be disappointed.

I Bought my second bike in April from Williams Vintage Cycle after purchasing the last one about a year ago. The last bike was a great bike I just wanted to move to a larger bike and Matt gave me a good price for my bike as a trade-in towards my now current ride! I recently purchased a 1982 Honda CB 750 with 14,000 miles. There was a minor delay in getting the bike shipped to me, but once received, couldnt be happier. I had the bike shipped to my local shop and they went through it. Shop owner said it was the nicest vintage CB750 hed ever seen. Front brakes needed adjusting (sticking) and put new tires on. Also new fluids and tune. This 36 year old gem runs like new. During my inquiry and communication with Williams, I dealt with Scott; a true professional in every way. Quickly sent me all info and pictures I needed, always returned my calls/texts right away. Would definitely buy another bike from this firm and Scott. Jerry Gallagher

Save your money and buy from a owner. Drove down thier to be told it would be an extra $400 in taxes and fees over what thier CRAIGSLIST post said it was priced at... Not to mention they are wanting top dollar for thier bikes. Was very disappointed

Very bad experience dealing with this shop...I not only did they totally low ball my trade in they sold me a bike that is simply not road worthy the engine isnt tuned properly and two body panels and a turn signal rattled off within the first 60 miles not to mention the bike totally died about 10 times on the ride back to Cincinnati..I called and complained they said bring it in well take care of you....the work done was very unsatisfactory the repaired body panel and turn signal both fell off again in the ride home from their shop as well as the engine still not performing as advertised when I bought it.... use a lot of caution dealing with this shop.... good luckThe only place the bike I bought was ready to ride is to another shop to have the work done right

I came in here looking for an older Sportster, back in October. They had a great selection available at good prices. Scott was very friendly and patient with me, while I came back 3 times before buying. After 5 months and, 4,000 miles, Im still happy with the bike I bought. I had to fix a few minor things, but thats to be expected on a 19-year-old bike. The sales transaction was very smooth, and didnt involve any extra fees or hassles you get at the new bike dealers. The next time Im looking for a a bike, Ill check with Williams first!

I am very insulted by the way I was treated when I was at the shop. I asked if I was able to sit on a bike and the employee said no and his reason was because the bike was too new. Williams Vintage Cycle had some very nice bikes. The staff was rude and lacked knowledge about the bikes that they carried. Often time when I would point out details they would scramble to make an excuse. For example Williams cycle shop had a bike with miss matching side covers. Scratching and dings to the right side of the bike. This was extremely clear someone had dropped this bike. The floor rep said oh maybe they were in the process of changing both covers and had stopped halfway while the grip for the handlebar had a large gash and giant scratch on the engine cover. Another floor rep who was bald (i do not know his name) tried assisting me. While i laid out numbers that were actually worth the value of a bike I was looking at, he interrupted me by saying sounds like you better go buy a bike somewhere else then walks away. I had to go straight to the owner Mike to get any straight awnsers over anything. While talking to Mike he comes off as genuine but with a smug attitude as if he was just humoring you.This business will not let you test drive a bike unless you have cash to purchase it. I understand this because of insurance reasons. So I had gone to my bank to see what they thought. I was planning to finance through my bank to buy one of Mikes motorcycles.For a bank to make a letter of intent you need to have a purchase order from the business. So essentially you need to buy the bike to test ride it if you plan to finance.Most people would never even think about buying a bike without a test ride. So when caught in that catch 22 that literally EVERY BANK would agree is shifty, dont do it.If you have money to out right buy the bike then also plan on some shifty and sketchy awnsers.If you want them to hold a bike for you, you need to put a NONREFUNDABLE deposit. So if you end up not liking the bike then you will never see that money again.This businesses only goal was to take my money with offering very minimal effort, almost zero.You can find cheaper/better bikes that you can physically ride before buying elsewhere.I will never recommend them for a purchase of a used bike.
