Would have been nice to know that you closed early do too staff shortage when you come down to pick up your prescriptions . There are people that work!! U should call people that has prescription to be picked up that u close at 1:30

I stopped at the Walgreens in Xenia, Ohio and noticed that there was a sign on the door stating the masks were required in order to enter the store, but to my surprise there were 5 individuals in the store that were not wearing masks.While at the checkout, I noticed another individual entering the store without a mask and no one said anything to him about the mask policy.If you make a policy, enforce it or you are as guilty as the person not wearing the required mask and to top it off, the person at the checkout, had a mask that looked completely worn out and should have been replaced long ago.I will NEVER patronize this Walgreens again.

Didnt even make it in the building. I was walking in two minutes till and they locked the door. I couldnt have been more then two steps away from the door when he smiled locked the door and walked away. I understand closing times but i work in retail and if a customer is walking towards me as we lock our doors you better believe Im going to acknowledge them at the very least. Very disappointed but only because of the smug look given by the associate as he clearly knew what he was doing.

I was getting my child tamaflu and found that Kroger had a price over $50 cheaper on GoodRX. Walgreens refused to price match. I won’t be shopping there again.

I ordered $163 worth of items on April 8th. My order was supposed to ship in 2 business days. Todays is April 17th and I called to check on my order. They told me they were having Warehouse problems,. They could not tell me when my order would be shipped and refused to cancel my order. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM WALGREENS AGAIN!

I use the pharmacy for all my prescriptions and they are always friendly & fill my prescriptions quickly.

Ive always gotten good friendly service here. The drive thru is very convenient. Walgreens has a great variety of convenient items, including grocery, candy, drinks, and snacks. Also they have a full stock of all your favorite healthcare goods. Clean restrooms. Photo processing as well. A very ez access parking lot. Frequent specials are posted on their roadside digital sign.

They have several pharmacists who are abrupt, slow and rude. Not the male pharmacist-- he is kind and efficient; female pharmacy staff needs customer service training: sour.

They take way too long (15 minute+ wait) at the prescription drive thru.

They need a self check out register there is never any employee at register to ring you up. Im not going back

Stopped at the Xenia Walgreens over the weekend and asked the pharmacist if I could get a flu shot. There were no customers in the pharmacy area and she told me I needed an appointment and told me no she couldnt do it. I went online and it said shedule or walk in flu vaccines. .wecome
