Tire warehouse is the best they got my car in within a few minutes I was there for oil change tire rotation and inspection the waiting room was nice I sat on a couch and watched tv and the time went by quick I highly recommend tire warehouse

We needed air in our tires and requested an impromptu appointment. The technician was able to fit us in and found two nails in one tire and a corroded stem in the other. After more than a half hour of work, we were told that there would be no charge for the service. So pleased that we will continue to choose this reliable place to have our tires replaced in the future. Thank you so much!!

I recently took my 2012 toyota tacoma to my local toyota dealer and had the front struts replaced due to an awful rust problem. They replaced the struts and broke both ABS braking sending units in the process. While replacing the sending units they insisted on replacing my left front wheel bearingbecause it was “magnetically attracting rust” and would soon fail.Cost of each ABS sensor was $800. and the wheel bearing would be an additional $650. and the sensor/non skid warning lights remained on at thedash. Removing the warning lights would require replacing the wheel bearing.I took my truck to tire ware house in Yarmouth. They replaced the “new”ABS sensor on the drivers side, and verified the wheel bearing was fine,(no “magnetization “ anywhere!) chargeing under $300. Just the best, honest and most affordable treatment i could ask for. Stay away from the dealers, patronize your local tire warehouse dealer. I know i will.

The staff I talked to was pleasant enough. Issue was that I was told my 2016 Audi A3 wasnt programmed into their alignment machines software so they couldnt perform an alignment on my car, seems odd with it being a fairly common vehicle on the road. Instead of calling to tell me this during the day when they determined the issue (I dropped my car off the night before), I had to call that evening to ask if my car was ready. A phone call would have been nice so I could arrange service somewhere else.

Called with an emergency need for a tire repair and they were able to fit us in in two hours, we dropped my car off and when we went back to pick it up we were told that it was a screw in the tire and that there would be no charge for the repair! We definitely did not expect that and would have been more than happy to pay for the work done but the man at the desk sent us on our way free of charge! Its a rarity these days for truly good customer service and the service rep at Yarmouths Tire Warehouse location was it. Definitely will be a repeat customer!

Service was fantastic as always, Brandon, Shane, and their crew are great people and always get what I need done for the right price.However, I was in yesterday and what seemed to be a higher up manager, (he was checking things out and taking pictures of the store) and who I would assume to be his daughter, were talking rudely about the employees right in front of customers.The daughter was making fun of the employees, stating that they were too scared to speak to her dad. The dad then replied that they are intimidated by him.1. That’s not how you run a business, by making your employees intimidated by you.2. That’s no way to raise your daughter, teaching her that the way to run a business is by making your employees scared of you or intimidated by you. Just her saying that shows how little respect she already has for workers below somebody.3. You DO NOT talk about your employees in front of customers. That is immature and unprofessional, even if you are mumbling under your breath, you shouldn’t be talking about employees with any customers in sight.I love this place, love taking my car here. But I don’t like higher up people thinking they are king of the world, and I REALLY don’t like when others talk about people behind their back.Respect your employees, and they’ll respect you.

These guys get it done! I’m a repeat customer here for the last few years and even though they’ve had a bunch of staff turnover here in the last little while, the service and prices are still good.

One staff member offered me 10% off my bill if I left a 5-star rating, another 20% - so dont believe all of the 5-star reviews you see. Some staff will also ignore you when you walk in until they feel ready to talk.Two weeks ago I made an appointment for an oil change and to have my breaks checked. I was told I needed a new rear passenger bearing, and that its good to have both rear ones replaced at the same time. I went to another mechanic for a second opinion. They took it for a test drive and put it on the lift for closer inspection. Nothing wrong with the bearing. Saved over $600 tire warehouse would have charged for unnecessary service.

I had an appointment at 11:00 and came in, the guy at the desk told me I was wrong and it was for 9:00. I may have dodged a bullet Im not bringing any car here again. If you over booked admit that. I would have been much more understanding.

The staff at this specific location is phenomenal! (We havent been to others). They are ready to help, especially while we were having a tire pressure emergency on our motorhome, and they got us in fast while also doing a great job! Everyone is super friendly, too. These guys are great! When my husband brought his truck in for an alignment, it turned out he needed another part. They were quick to notify him, and he was able to get the part in and get the truck back to them right away. They fit him into the schedule again quickly, and got him back on the road.This is our third amazing experience with them in the past 12 months. I highly recommend them based on their great skills and excellent service.

I went to Tire Warehouse because there were deals through my employer. I was very impressed with Dave, traveling manager at large, running the garage like a true captain. I only waited an hour for a set of new snow tires. My technician was informative and took the time to talk to me about questions or concerns. I also found a $50 coupon, so wow, what a great experience and deal. Next time you need an inspection, alignment or new tires...you will be well served here!

Great service, I had a flat and they got me right in 5 min later and on a Saturday. Unfortunately it was on the outside and couldnt be repaired but they had the new tire I needed and I was back on the road within the hour. Trevor was very friendly and helpful

Highly recommended!Had a tire that was low on air so I took my car to Tire Warehouse. Sunday afternoon at 2pm. We were on a long vacation trip. They took a look and found a nail in the sidewall. Couldnt repair it. Unfortunately this Tire Warehouse didnt carry a replacement of this size. But they were able to recommend another shop that might be able to help.Anyway, these guys did the diagnostic to find the nail, provided this advice, put the spare on for me, and wrapped the old tire in a large plastic bag and put it in the back for me. All this work - maybe 20 - 30 minutes - and they didnt charge me. And they did this immediately, moving me to the front of the line.I would certainly recommend these guys. I just wish they would have had the tire and these guys could have done the work.

The Tire Warehouse is a great place for any tire services! First I had a slow leak with one tire and they fixed for free! My husband then had them do our winter tire change over and then back to summer tires this spring and they did a great job as a very reasonable price $50 (with email coupon, get on their mailing list). We will definitely go to them for our next tire purchase or tire service . Also, want to recognize Brandon the wkend manager for his great customer service.

Such a great place! Always fantastic service! Th manager, Peter, took the time to answer all my questions about snow tires and really helped me out. He was very honest, helpful, and hardworking. I was really impressed that, despite being so busy with so many customers getting their snow tires done right now, he was polite and spoke to every customer like a friend. Ive always been happy with tire warehouse but Im definitely impressed with their yarmouth store and the staff there and will definitely be coming back again!

Getting expensive.

They were short staffed on a busy holiday weekend and still took great care of us. Had a tricky tire-ran over a nail-and they managed to patch it which saved me a TON of money. Easy to communicate with and the garage was so very busy. There was a lady in front of me with a similar situation, and she was treated really well, too. I will definitely come back when it is time to buy new tires, and thankful that day was not today!

To my gracious surprise, I was warmly welcomed by the staff who took me in without hesitation and fixed my tire, amid a busy morning and only charged me $25.00.!Even though I had a big fat screw stuck in my tire! I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the service that your manager Dave provided. I had an issue with a set of Michelin tires that were wearing very quickly and it was obvious that they would not make it close to the manufacturer’s mileage warranty. He handled everything professionally and got me into a new set of tires while keeping the price reasonable for the replacements. True customer service comes into play when you have an issue! One of the tire techs(I believe his name is Timmy or Treble) was very rude to me when I was in there. He looks former Navy and always walks around with an emotional support poodle wearing a navy vest.

All I wanted was to have the tires I bought privately installed on my car. Sullivan Tire said you dont want those [tires] when I asked them what they charged to mount them and just tried to sell me one of their own sets, and Don Foshay charged me a flat $160, at least admitting that it would have been lower if wed bought tires from them.These guys came through again, though. $20 for each tire and $4 for the disposal of the old ones. My car is literally running so smoothly its like having a new vehicle. I dont even need an alignment, like I thought I did, so I would have canceled this mornings appointment had I not forgotten to do so. Sorry, guys!

After reading these previous reviews, I decided to give them a try. Ive used them twice, and on the surface, I agree, great customer service.The issue I have is that, my second visit was to repair a flat tire on my 2018 F150. When I got the repaired wheel back to my house, I noticed that the inside of the wheel was all gouged where the tire machine had gripped onto the aluminum wheel. I never imagined that they wouldnt have an aluminum wheel friendly tire machine. This wheel is now going to corrode because of the damage.

I cant say enough about this place. I had the fortune of blowing a tire less than one mile from Tire Warehouse. AAA towed me there and they were able to fit me in immediately, as they promised over the phone, despite being busy that day. They replaced my tire in record time, for a great price, and were life savers when I needed them. A++ Service!

I went on tire warehouse site for the Yarmouth location and it showed appointments available for 4:00 and after. I selected 4:00 and gave vehicle type and that I have 4 tires to be mounted, balanced and put on car. This was shown that I requested an appointment at 1:35 on email from tire warehouse. I got at garage at 3:45 and the guy with tattoos and hat on backwards asked how he could help. I told him I had a 4:00. He says you realize it’s not 4. He asked if I scheduled online. He says oh that site has been messing up and tech is working on it. He says corporate is overbooking us and it will be an hour and a half before we can get it in. I asked if he confirmed the appointment and he says no. I received a confirmation for my appointment in an email. He says we have 3:00 appointments still working and we got 4 other 4:00s coming in. I was waiting and the other 4:00s Came in and he says it will be an hour for all of them. I gave 2 stars because they did bring the car in about 4:00. My issue is why have the app to schedule appointments on line if they say that corporate is scheduling and confirming the requested appointments and they are messed up anyway? Pep boys has the same thing and I never had this issue. Guess where I will be going from now on. I don’t recommend this garage and call for your appointment. A guy came to pick up a tire he dropped off to be plugged an they haven’t even looked at it. He took his wheel and left. While you wait you won’t have WiFi, it is so intermittent that you can’t do anything.

My car was done sooner than expected and the manager was friendly and accommodating. I understand that its men working in a mechanic shop but the language that could be overheard in the shop when one of the gentlemen was yelling at another was unprofessional in my opinion, as was smoking inside of the building. I still would have given a higher rating if it hadnt been for the fact that I spoke with a gentleman that was waiting for his car. He had dropped it off when they opened to get his inspection done and stopped in right before closing to pick it up and it hadnt even been looked at yet.

I work at a local body shop and we deal with Tire Warehouse on a daily basis. Chris and the guys always do everything they can for us AND our customers. They really take care in providing the best service possible and quickly, they are all very knowledgeable and work hard to help in any way possible, really a great group of people and definitely worth the visit for any auto concerns that you may have.

Ive phoned 20+ times over 4+ days up to 3 weeks apart and they have NEVER answered the phone. NOT ONCE! I stopped in and asked why they said Weve been slammed. I ordered tires (stupid me) in person. 2 weeks later I had to stop by in person (again, no phone answering) to see if they were coming. In transit was the answer. Now its been 20 days and they still havent called. Taking my business elsewhere now, but of course theyd have to answer the phone to learn that because Im done driving out of my way to communicate.Update: Dear Owner, odd that you would use the word honesty. One thing I really hate is being lied to by customer service people who are not properly trained to respect the customer. Telling me the phone wasnt being answered because theyd been slammed is not honest. I can see from your site you are trying to hire a counter person. Why not train the team to say Im sorry, weve been terribly shorthanded lately but we are trying to hire someone. It still is no excuse but at least its honest. One last thing...how about an answering machine or have your calls roll over to a central office service desk...there are tech solutions.

Overall disappointing experience. Only 1 choice of tire for my care despite me setting up the appointment 5 weeks ahead of time and choosing online the tire I wanted. It took over 2 hours to get my tires installed despite being told about 15-20 minutes per tire.

I just had 4th brake job on my Hyundai Santa Fe LE Lemon in 70000 miles.Tire warehouse alerted me to a wheel bearing failure in right front wheel which im going to take care of in another appointment. Also it was pointed out that previous wheel alignment by another business used 4 washers on one side and it still wasnt aligned properly.

The constant turnover at the front/back of house in the last couple years is indicative of a major problem behind the scenes. The result is gross incompetence, and lack of care all together. We serviced/outfitted our fleet here for years, but the experience has become a chore. Go elsewhere, or caveat emptor.

These guys came up with a quick solution to replace a valve stem on our trailer. Prompt, friendly and experienced.

I left my car there for them to try and fix it. A. They didnt fix it. B . They left my car on and when I came to pick it up it was completely dead. Completely unacceptable.
