Great price great service earned a customer for the foreseeable future

Bay in the small engine department got me all fixed up. He worked on my weed-eater, and got it running in no time. I appreciate everything he deals with, and sticking it out for his customers. I was there for a short time, and he puts up with a lot. The five stars all go to him.

Had to go get help from the front counter,then when the guy who works in small engine department acted like we interrupt him an we werent important. The guys at the front counter spoke when we came in an was glad to try to help. They need to get rid of the guy in the small engine department. Its not the first time its happened. Next time Ill order mine online.

Pitiful place to do business. Gave us the run around on fixing our lawn mower that was STILL under warranty!! They had our mower for over a month, blaming Kawasaki Motors for not doing they’re part. Companies like this in our small towns that do you wrong, make it really hard to “shop local”.
