Yamazen is the single worst machine tool seller we have ever had the misfortune of working with. Their customer service is atrocious. We are a decent sized shop looking to buy several 6 figure CNC machines and these guys would not give us the time of day. Upper management could care less. Why this company actively works against its own interests is beyond me. Its a shame because they sell very good machines. Ive never written a negative review for a company weve worked with, and weve worked with just about every machine tool suppler in Socal. Some are good, some not so much, but nobody else weve ever worked with is this bad. Our experience with Yamazen was unbelievable. Dont let them waste your time, take your business literally anywhere else.
