Very disappointed in this company. When we went to the store and dealt directly with Al, he seemed to be pretty decent although he always seemed busy. We spent so much time in there, going back several times just to pick out exactly what we wanted. He did not sit down with us and take his time to talk about what we wanted but he did send his partner out to measure. After the measuring, I called to see if he figured out pricing and he said no it takes a week or two. Four weeks later still no update or phone call. It’s just sad that so much time was wasted then we had to do it all over again with a different company all because York Cabinet Company did not care to follow up. We didn’t feel we should have had to call again because we had done our part. The other thing I didn’t like was before he even asked what we were looking for, he immediately pointed us to the “budget” cabinets. I didn’t think too much about it till now. Go to Home Depot if your looking for cabinets, the guy Steve has been there for 20 years and he makes you feel like your his priority. This guy Al made us feel rushed every time we went in there. Al runs a small business but still make your customers feel like you they are important.

The Customer service was average, but nice. The Island looks good, but the assembly was to be included and it was NOT! It took my wife and father 4 hours to assemble with many tools i.e dremmel and circularn saw. The pieces were not premeasured and was NOT easy as they told us. Also, more hardware was needed and wasnt included which cost us an additional $30.00. Also, there are no handles! Then when I called back im I got a very sarcastic response which wasnt appreciated, but I got over because I am away on business and had more important things to deal with.BLUF: I really couldve gone somewhere else and paid less if I knew we had to assemble it ourselves. Its the whole reason we came there. We are not carpenters and were just looking for something easy. To say we are a bit disappointed is an understatement.

Small cabinet and countertop store that we utilize to find our cabinets that the Builder installed. The salesman was very nice on the phone and was able to successfully locate our brand and exact color of our cabinets. So we are very happy with that.

We had nothing but a positive experience with York cabinet co. Al was more than helpful from design to final install. I was so happy with everything in my kitchen redesign that I have decided to move ahead with our bathroom update well before I planned to. I loved everything!

I had a contractor do all my measurements and diagram it specifically sending me a copy as well as the cabinet company. I worked with Al from the company. The Countertops came and were off by multiple inches into different directions. My contractor had to alter and customize my cabinetry to make it fit the countertops as when I contacted Al of york cabinet company he refused to admit any error and would not do anything about it.He states we did not do the measurements correctly but I went back to the diagram the contractor had sent which showed very clearly how the measurements were done and there was no error. My contractor then called him but I’ll still would not budge and no form of compensation or rectification was made on their part. Incredibly disgusted with the lack of professionalism of this company
