Josh did a great job, he had to re-clean the boiler because the guy before him did not do what was needed which made Josh work twice as much for several hours late into the evening and did not bill me for the work. He made sure I had heat and everything was clean and working before he left.

Tech didn’t fix problem they charged me $600 for.. a few weeks later before the bill was even due(and we are on auto draft without a late payment in 7 years) they can out and said we see the leak wasn’t fixed but we haven’t been paid for the service we charged you for last time (and didn’t fix correctly) so you and your 7 and 8 year old will have to call in on Monday(it’s Saturday)and talk to somebody. They also offer a bill discount for a 5 star which I’m pretty sure is illegal! They are not what they say they are. Horrible customer service! Don’t believe their bought star rating!

We continue to be impressed every time we call Aero Energy for service to our aging oil burner. From the customer service agent who welcomes our call with care and patience to the Aero service men who are not only skilled and professional, but who also take time to explain what the problem was, how it was fixed, and what we need to know to check on the furnace in the future. Ive been with Aero energy for the past 6 yrs. Ive always felt that the prices were fair and the delivery service was always fantastic. We are on automatic delivery but I forgot to pay the bill and my propane ran out. (Completely my fault) I called Aero and paid my balance expecting a delivery to happen. (Like it has every single time) but this time I was informed that they couldnt deliver until Monday or possibly Tuesday next week because they have no drivers in the area! Holy smokes, it was Thursday when I called. Then I was told that I could pay an additional 189.00 to have an emergency delivery made. Since this was my fault I agreed to have them set that up. Then was called back and informed that they still can not deliver until Monday. I explained that my hot water is connected to the propane please try to ask if they can possibly swing a delivery, it would be going 4 days without bathing?! Received another call back from them and was told no delivery until Monday or possibly Tuesday. You need to work on your customer service. Im a very unhappy customer. And will more than likely be looking for another propane service provider.

I have a maintenance plan with Aero for my oil furnace. Ive used them for over 10 years now for maintenance. They are always thorough, knowledgeable and reliable. One year, my heat stopped working. They had a technician out within hours. A part needed to be replaced on my furnace. I do not buy my fuel from them, so I cannot comment on oil prices. But I would not hesitate to use them for maintaining my oil furnace.

Excellent customer service. Bill spent a lot of time explaining the different plans and options available to me. He answered all of my questions and was always kind and gracious even though I phoned him many times. I also feel as if he gave me good advise.

We had a small propane leak. Pretty faint smell, called Aero and they had someone on site within two hours. Extremely professional tech showed up. We had an emergency situation with our heating system. They sent someone out the same day we called. Turned out the old lining in our chimney started to collapse and clog up the furnace. Devin went above and beyond to help fix the furnace, and talked with our chimney guy. He even offered to lend us a heater, since the furnace would have to be off until the chimney gets repaired for safety reasons.

Took a few minutes to determine why there was a large puddle of water coming from the furnace. The problem was the pump that removes the water from the AC was failing. The new pump, which he had with him, did not completely match up with the old pump and needed some finagling to get installed.

Eric just finished the spring tune-up on my whole-house air conditioning system. He did an excellent job - very thorough and efficient, and he answered questions I had regarding wall vent settings, ductwork, etc. I would highly recommend Eric and Aero for any HVAC work.

I have been with Aero for 18 years. Always had good things to say and recommended them to my friends or anyone who needed an oil company. Almost five years ago, my family fell onto hard times-- I was behind in my budget payment by two months and being responsible; I called them to explain the situation. The gentleman was nice about it and we worked out a payment plan. No problem. I got caught up and called to get back on budget, the hard times were better and was told that no, I couldnt go back onto the budget and that I would need to continue to pre pay and call as needed. And I did, I understood that they needed to see me be finacially sound. I had asked again a year or two ago and still they wouldnt put me on the budget/auto delivery. So here I am almost five years later and two refusals on the auto delivery. We came home from a weeks vacation at Disney and the house is freezing, I let the oil run out. I called this morning to get a delivery and they couldnt deliver any oil today unless I wanted to pay an addtl $150.00 emergency fee. I know the line would need bled and asked if the driver could do that when he came and he couldnt but I could schedule for service and that would cost and addtl $150.00 as well. That was what I was offered. So I called around and found out that a company I had never dealt with is charging 24 cents per gallon cheaper for their oil and if I get on ttheir budget it goes down more. They couldnt guarentee a delivery today, but if the driver got in early he would TRY to come out ( no emergency fee was mentioned) and the driver will be happy to bleed the line (no service call fees). He also stated that if my oil had run out, we could get some diesel fuel and get our furnace going until they got here. I feel like they cared, they were sympathetic and they offered an immediate solution, they could not promise to deliver anything more than Aero did, but the demeanor was much better. For what its worth, I called Areo back and cancelled my delivery for tomarrow and asked for my refund check (Ive had a $100 credit on my account for years) and no one asked why.... I told them how I felt about my 18 years of loyalty and the way I have been treated since my financial issues five years ago, and ultimately I was hung up on.
