Clean store with friendly staff taking sensible COVID precautions.

Helpful, sociable, and kind staff. Much of the higher proof liquor is behind the counter, so I recommend calling in advance for questions regarding selection/stock so you dont hold up the line.

Great customer service. Great selection. The staff is always friendly and I can easily find whatever I want. The Wine Cellar is highly recommended if you find yourself in the Youngstown area.

If youre from Youngstown and dont go there youre literally a P.O.S. like seriously, the staff is always Grade A, and the owner is one of the most loving people I know. I use to work there awhile back and the people there know what I get and still ask to make sure Im doing OK whether or not I worked with them. The Wine Cellar is hands down the best place to go for liqour.

Not able to shop or brouse there anymore. That stinks. I shop at one stop in Austintown plaza. Great selection. Worth the trip for me.

Very poor customer service skills, the female is very rude and I called to inquire if they had a particular item back in stock because its been out for awhile and I didnt want to waste time going if it was still out and the guy that answered said he is busy and doesnt have time to check and then hung up on me!

Love the staff except 2 people havent see the one girl but i refuse to go in during day when she works! She always rude and talking nasty with the f word and has nerve to say god bless! This is not the first or even the second but they closed at 830 on a friday night and watched me walk up and locked the door as soon as i approached! I think its the owner or manager i have come here before and they closed15 to 30 min early!

They have a great variety, but the lay out could be improved. Its all set up like a temporary store, like its here today but could be packed away in a day. Improve the layout and you got 5 stars. The staff is friendly. Cant complain about anything else really. Its pretty much the only liquor store in the area

Stop in and grab a bottle or two. Owner is very helpful if you have any questions. A goto stop for my bottle needs.

Only liquor store within reasonable distance, usually no problem. Recently I have been charged 3 different prices for a 6 pack of St. Pauly Girl and that’s upsetting. 7.49 is price listed- while paying with a card I have been charged 9.50, 8.69, & 9.75. I was never told, nor is there any signage about them charging to use your debit card (which is apparently $1 according to the last girl that served me) It’s always the girls that I pay almost $10 for a six pack. Whenever the guys charge me it’s always 7.49 +tax. So idk, I was told I had the problem when I asked why the price was different yet again two days ago. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Very nice place and owner but today the female manager went off on a fat guy named Ron or rob, one of the two, because he went gone for one hour and he lashed back at her when she needed her help was i there searching for a gift for a while, and she was right, I never saw him. He was so ignorant to her to talk back to her like he did. I was shocked, But she was right though. You there to do your job, not make phone calls and in hide in the back rooms. Theres was a long line Everytime that big guy is there. If this guy is ever at the counter I always come back in or go elsewhere. Hes so slow. And hes from dollar general. This certainly is not his place. Good place. Bad and slow night employees. Ill go back definitely during the day not night. The bald owner and girl is way cooler and quicker.

Good place. But real lazy night employee. I waited almost a whole hour for the night guy to help me and I never got to see him about beer. The lady and young kid was too busy to help. And when he showed up finally I was fed up and left. I had a Superbowl party to go to. So I reccomend talk to the owner for wine and beer

Warning if you have a credit card that is also debit their new system makes you do debit. I get charged by my bank so choose credit but girl said there was no choice. This is against Ohios liquor license law.

Omg! Tonight was a scene 🙈😅. The biggest and slowest employee got nailed. I was there getting wine and the store lady manager said the night manager can help me look and find the right one but he was not around for almost 45 mins. It was busy and so was she and this young employee. So she helped me. Amongst all she had to do. I didnt get what I wanted but like she said and was right, if they had a better night manger, I wouldve found what I wanted. She tried her best and admitted she was not as knowledged as the night guy who was MIA. So if you need wine, see the owner himself. But very nice place inside and very clean. 👍

It is a decent store. The selection of beer and liquor fair; I dont drink wine so I have no comment as to the wines. The prices are STATE CONTROLLED so they are no cheaper than any other store in ohio. Now, I DO HATE THE FACT THAT THEY CHARGE YOU TO USE A CREDIT or DEBIT CARD but there are a lot of stores that now do this... There are OTHER STORES in the area that DONT CHARGE so go to 1 that doesnt charge like I do. The staff has always been nice to me 2.5 STARS.

Love the business the people that work there are always nice. The owner is amazing I asked for a certain brand of wine and he ordered no problem and always suggest others. Try his Duplin it amazing hes the only one in there are a who sells it. I asked and it was there the very next shipment. Thanks

Rude workers. Only had so much cash and wanted to pay cash and card. Was told We dont normally do that but I will this once then without a word a rude grumpy old man came over, threw our money down, snatched our bag away and yelled we dont do that, its too complicated and called for next in line. we couldve paid for items separately if it was that much of an issue, instead we went elsewhere and probably wont return.

The wine cellar team is the most friendliest staff you can find at a Liquor store. The first review that was given is not true, in fact they have one of the biggest stores Ive seen. The only things they do not have are crap wines like Boomsfarm and Wild Irish Rose. The owner and employees are very helpful and can answer any question you may have.

Nice workers! Great selection! Ciggarettes are too expensive though, and I dont like that they charge to use debit/credit cards no matter what the total is.
