10/10 would shop here again. They got me a great car at a great price and let me pick my payment and loan term. I test drove 3 cars, and they offered me great prices on all of them! I will buy my next car here too.

This place is great. It can be very nerve wracking trying to find an auto finance place that you can trust, especially the smaller ones. These guys are great! We financed an excellent running used vehicle from here a couple years ago (still running great). The initial finance process was smooth. These guys work with you to get you the best possible deal. They are so personable and always so pleasant and that doesnt change even after the deal is done. You can feel a sense of small business pride here that is comforting.

Zero stars! They sold me two lemons. Trans went out after a couple months on both cars. Completely messed my credit up. Smh sad.

So my first time buying a car here was looking around for something simple than all the credit criteria etc . Was looking for a specific car for my husband and they had it . Walked in and seen someone I knew who I respect and trust his judgement so it gave me a sense of peace that these people could be trusted . I’m funny about these type of places but seeing his face was letting me know ok you in the right place . So I told them what I had and what I was working with and Eddie was real nice and went over everything and then John took over took me test driving etc . The perfect car for my hubby who I was surprising for Father’s Day. So got everything together everything in car worked right so I had to leave to have someone bring me back to pick it up. Well when getting ready to take it home the radio wasn’t working. Now I didn’t panic but what made me think that these men at this place of business was 💯 in business . They gave me$300 back for the radio just in case and plus had me bring it back and get to the bottom of what happen because in our test drive the radio worked fine. I brought the car back, they kept it a couple of days to analyze it and end up putting a new radio in and let me keep the $300 for the inconvenience.Moral of the story for this review, they not all about just making money but they believe in taking care of there customers. Thank you guys, my Husband loves his car and I will recommend anyone to you as long as you stay on that level of honest business men.Oh by the way I enjoyed my donuts as well lol...Thank you John for seeing this through and taking care of us like we was family.

Really needed a car did not have a lot to put down..... Champagne taste on a BeerBudget. They worked with me....I got a 03 Jeep Liberty.... couple of problems with it... went to then had it fixed. Had to move out of State 1600 miles got there no problem. Kept up the maintenance. Had my ups and downs never missed a payment until recently... Bank error.....I communicated with then had Bank call... issue resolved.It has been 2 years, in 2 months the car will be paid for in full....Still running great! I really enjoyed working with Auto Finance Center... Thanks John & Eddy. I would recommend then to anyone. They have your back.... just keep your promise to pay on time.

Really messed up that we got a car two days ago, took it to our local mechanic and he explained the list of repairs and it is extensive. This wasnt a cheap car. PL:EASE go to an honest dealership this place is horrible and they scam people. This was her very first car, she saved for a long time to get a nice car that turned out to be a lemon. Please stay away.

Went in past couple of days working with them to try and get a vehicle to get me back and forth to work. Yesterday (8/31/16) My fiance and I test drove three cars and began to love one of them. It was a bit pricey even with a trade in, but we got it. Drove it home at 5pm and at 7:30 I was calling my fiance to come and save me and wait for a tow truck with me. The car kept stalling out and sometimes not starting. Went to them first thing this morning ready to get my money back (Note: I was very angry all night, my job depends on my having a reliable vehicle). Told them the issue at hand and I got told We will send a tow truck today and fix it. I asked if it would cost me any, because lets face it...even though there was no warranty I only drove it maybe 20 miles before it started giving me complete hell. The gentle man said, and I quote Nope, not at all.This was a breath of relief right there. I had already all but emptied my bank account to get a vehicle from them. I had traded in a car that was literally on its way to the junk yard at this point. To be honest I wish my Fiance and I would have thought about using them and getting a new car before sinking $1400 into the old car...I may have driven off their lot yesterday with the car I really wanted.Moral is...even though it was horrible to have a brand new car(04...brand new to me) die on me after only two hours of driving...it was nice that they took car of the issue for me and quickly. I went in at 9am, and they picked my car up at 11 and got it back at 6... I am not giving a full 5 stars because I still feel like they should have made sure it was sound before I drove off the lot.

I Love. .......this place. Have worked with me from the moment I walked in the door. Dealing with personal health issues and having to be off work or not able to work full time and trying not to become homeless at the same time, they all have been respectful and understanding. Thanks Guys!

They put a device on your car once you pay the car off they dont come get it they put a lean on your car title they on my put you in a good car if you put 3000 or more down

A little pushy

I financed a 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 last month September, 2017)..Turns out it needs an engine. The truck burns 4 Quarts of oil in 2-3 days! Ive only had the Truck for a month.When I asked about a resolution, they were extremely unhelpful and have terrible customer service.One guy even asked if I wanted some oil..If thats your solution, then you have a problem!Needless to say, I dont recommend this business to anyone.Dont let them fool you with the well do anything for our customers line.. Clearly not true.

Every vehicle is VERY over priced. Be sure to request a CARFAX on any vehicle before you think about purchasing.The salesmen are a joke & will BS and make up any lie to get you to purchase from them.There are much better options out there for consumers with poor credit...Only go here if its your very last resort.

I feel I got sold a lemon. Ive only had my truck for 5 months, and everything is falling apart on it already. My radio quit working, all 4 of my tire pressure sensors needed replaced, my door handle cracked and barely opens, my passenger seat belt wont buckle which makes my car beep at me, 2 motors for my automatic windows died. Im paying $15,000 for a car the next 3 years, and Im not even sure itll last that long. Plus I left the lot with the gas light on because they said they dont fill vehicles up when purchased. I just gave you $2000 as a down payment, and am paying an outrageous amount for this truck, and you wont even fill the tank..... I will never go back there again.

Poor business practices I went there looking for a car for my friend found their cheapest car which I didnt think would of been that bad of a deal had it been 500 but we paid 1000 for a car, mind you I came back he made put down a non refundable deposit down for this lemon we decided to go through them and literally the next day it starts giving us trouble to the point its undriveable wouldnt shift out of second gear. I reach out to the dealer ship and ask whats the deal he tells me its not his problem, after going back and forth he tries to sell me another car literally. too make this short do not buy from this dealer unless your interested in lemonade because they sell lemons
