Very impressive amount of costumes, also quite expensive, but there are 20% off coupons on their website. Spent more than I wanted to for family of 5 but totally worth it. The 2.5yr old wont stop wearing the firetruck outfit. Dont bother going to kroger or meijer or anywhere else for costumes, this place had over 1000 things from costumes to accessories and anything in between.

Great customer service here. Purchased a costume I had been looking for but when I got home to try it on part of the costume was missing in the package. The return was easy peezy. I found a skirt I liked on the display dummy and they were more then willing to locate a price and sell it to me. The price on the first costume was higher then I had seen at other online retailers but did find it locally.

Had a great time wandering around Gathering my items. Got to the checkout and was so flustered when they went from two people down to one with a line of 20 people! By the time I got up there I forgot about my coupon and as soon as I checked out I remembered and they said sorry! Couldnt even get an adjustment. I shop online all the time and have been to many of these stores over the years . This one is a self-service store nobody was there to answer any questions. Have never ever had a problem before at these pop-ups this year was horrible. If youre going to shop at this one remember your coupon before you check out and plan to wait a long time to pay.
