My experience with Royal Granite was terrific. They helped me make a good choice, had the countertop material ready when I needed it, and the whole operation is both professional and informally friendly, and they worked with our contractors. Our countertop was installed ahead of schedule; installers were very careful and expert. Dont judge a book by the cover. They dont have an extensive physical showroom. Instead, they have a simple shop, a giant cutting warehouse, and a side-yard full of granite and quartz. The proof is in the pudding. We love our countertop!

Everyone we worked with was great, spoke to us about the differences between granite and quartz. This helped a lot to make our decision. They helped with the order. helped us to make the decisions on all the details that you dont think of until it is final. They came out and measured and was very professional and was thoughtful to take shoes off at the door, also was welcoming to our pets. The installers were great. They were very respectful of our furniture and the space they were working in. It was a difficult install and they did a great job. It was a very easy experience and the results turned out great. Great service, great experience and excellent results. We will be using them again soon for our bathroom remodels.

We walked into their store just to look around, ended up picking our slab and Serg came out that day to measure and give us our estimate. A week later we had our beautiful granite countertop and sink installed! The team was careful and diligent. They needed to reinforce our cabinets a little, they did it at no extra cost. The seam is only visible to those who know where it is, everyone else thinks it’s just one huge piece. I also love my new huge sink! The entire installation took a little over two hours. Couldn’t be happier.

A great local family business! We just had countertops installed in our entire new home everything was fantastic from start to finish! The selection of quartz and granite were incredible. Very professional, trust worthy, and fast. The install team was fantastic, they were very professional, in and out of the house very fast install, they even protected surrounding areas and cleaned up. After the countertops were installed we hired them for all the backsplash tile work and were very satisfied other companies told us they were weeks out, royal granite got the work done on our time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Highly recommend! Getting an estimate for the countertop and a sink and installing them happened within a week! My kitchen is small but still nowhere else offered such fast service. They also offered the most affordable quote so definitely check them out!

Got the estimate quickly. Install was done when they said it would be, but they did not caulk around the sink properly which resulted in water leaking under the counter. When I called to tell them about this, I was told that it was done correctly and that it would be a waste of his time to come back out. WHAT???? My contractor even sent him pictures of the poor quality of the caulking. My contractor caulked the proper way and now there is no more leaking.

If you want a company that you work directly with the owner and his crew, then this is the place! No high pressure sales person, no middle men you deal directly with the owner, he comes to measure and he goes on installs to make sure everything is done right. I would extremely highly recommend them. I had a fairly large house that needed to be done they came and got the job done in no time, everything was precise and perfect, everything fit like a glove, measured with a high end laser and cut everything with a robot that I got to watch as they cut my kitchen, very fascinating and amazing. Update: November 11th 2020The owner called me and apologized for the way I was treated. Whoever I had contact with was not the owner. The owner tried to make it right. Unfortunately I already purchased another slab elsewhere so I couldn’t take him up on his offer, but I do appreciate Sergio reaching out to try and solve this unfortunate situation. I would recommend doing business with this owner. He seems to care.Old review:I cannot even give this place a one star because I never purchased anything. I drove over and hour after work to look at three slabs of a certain color that this place had. I was trying to match my broken countertop. When I went to look at the three slabs, the person there told me he would not move the two other slabs that were resting next to these slabs. He said, by looking at the two inches that showed on the side of one slab, that it wouldn’t be a match. He told me he would not remove the slabs so I could look, then turn d away. What an SOB! Couldn’t give me the time of day or the effort to see if what he had matched. I would NEVER NEVER recommend any dealings with this company based on the rude behavior and lack of cooperation or help I encountered.Since there is no way of deleting this post I will write another review:

I literally walked into a jackpot. I found Royal Granite online during a remodel of my kitchen. I called and made an appointment. From the 1st visit everyone was very accommodating. We ended up being on a strict timeline and they were able to fit us in on short notice. Their product they use is top of the line. We picked out our granite and they immediately came out and took the measurements. During the installation the owner of the company took extra time to ensure everything fit perfectly. He even took a piece back to the shop to custom fit it... Came back and installed and it looks great. The counters have been in for well over a year and everything still looks and fits excellent. I would recommend Royal Granite! The fit, finish and final product is 1st class!

At first we were somewhat impressed with Royal Granite, but when they installed our counter on the island, I immediately noticed the back wasnt straight. I asked them about it that moment, but they wouldnt measure the back, and just blew me off saying it was fine and acted like I didnt know what I was talking about. My husband came home later, we measured it, and it was an inch off in the back.I called to ask them about it, but instead of listening to my full question, the owner started yelling at me, accusing whoever measured of being stupid, and said they dont make mistakes. Even after he found out it was us who measured it, he continued. He finally just said hed come take a look at it sometime that week. He never came.I gave extra time, and called back about 2 weeks later asking if he was coming, and again tried to explain the front was fine, but the back was off by an inch, but this time he accused me of pushing it over while still wet, and was responsible. I reminded him that I pointed it out to them while here installing it and they refused to measure the back claiming it was fine. He said hed come out. Never came.2 weeks later I called back, this time he just said, Ill come out tomorrow, and hung up on me. When he came out, he was extremely rude, started immediately yelling at me for wasting his time, and when measuring the front and back, got angry with me and said it was a common problem that the back is off, and although cabinets measured out right, they werent centered, and they refuse to make the counters match the cabinets, they only cut perfect square shapes (when they came out to do the fitting, they should have told us, so we could fix it before installing the counters). I never argued with him, tried staying professional and polite to him, but he remained extremely rude the entire time. It was a terrible experience. I would never recommend this store to anyone.Update: The company called after this review, and agreed to come out to remove the counter, so we could fix the problem, then reinstalled it. They were very pleasant this time around. Our island is now fixed and looks very nice.

Adrian came & re-installed our undermount sink (installed by someone else) that fell. He was quick, courteous & made sure it wasnt going to fall again. Price was reasonable too.

We decided to use Royal Granite in part because of the positive reviews. Theirs was not the lowest estimate. We received a prompt estimate, and they did the on site measurements sooner than expected. Because of the size of our counter I questioned the number and placement on seams. I was assured that any seams would be virtually invisible. Not only are the seams quite visible, one of the cut edges has a chipped ragged edge.After the installation was complete we were informed that they never left with an unhappy customer. Apparently once they have their check and theyre happy they figure thats good enough.

This company is customer service driven company and they are good at what they do. First of all let me start with the fact that I made a huge mistake. I broke their granite 🤦🏾‍♀️ adrian and serg both were very gracious in dealing with me afterwards. They measured and had tops ready for me before the time I was quoted, in fact I wasnt ready for THEM to come and install the tops. Once they were there I had an issue with my cabinets, the carpenter made a mistake. Andrien came up with a solution, doing more than he should have and was contracted to do. My countertops are beautiful and they have one satisfied customer who will only purchase from them

Adrian and team did a great job cutting and installing our granite counters. It fit perfectly and was less expensive than Lowe’s.A year later Adrian took care of us when we had a few chips. His repairs look good.Only room for improvement would be clean up. We had to do some sweeping and picking up screws from when they removed our old countertop.

I have used Royal Granite since 2008 for several different projects for my home. Every time, Adrian took great care assure the his work was PERFECT and sometimes adjusted the work of others. My last install was a complex bathroom counter requiring several closely matched seams with a very figurative slab. The match was super and I still have to look to find the seams. When ever a friend asks where did I go for my granite, I always say go with Royal and Adrian.

We have used Royal Granite for three separate jobs. The owner responded quickly to give estimates and completed the jobs promptly. He and his employees were professional and the granite cuts were perfect. We will definitely use them again in the future.

I knew I would have Royal Granite complete the stone work in my home within 5 mins after arriving to the facility. Staff addressed all my questions and needs right away. They made great suggestions and gave me instructions for sealing the granite. Installation was FAST. Prices were EXTREMELY reasonable. I love how it is family owned. They did a great job. Our install was July 2017 and everything looks great. I’m so glad I went into this place on a whim. They blew the big box companies out of the water. They literally have the exact same stone for much more reasonable prices. And customer service and efficiency just blows those other companies out of the water in my opinion.

Our granite is beautiful! The fabrication was flawless. Perfect cuts and edges. I am very impressed with how well it fits against the wall because it is far from straight. Slab was in stock and only took 7 days from measuring to installation. I did my own tear out of old counters and I spent a day and a half leveling and reinforcing my cabinets to be sure they were ready for the weight of the stone. I was disappointed that the under mount sink was not attached with clamps cut into the stone. Instead, the installer (owner) epoxied tabs to the underside to hold sink in place. I wasnt satisfied this was going to be enough so i used 2 x 3 lumber to frame it in and now I have peace of mind. I feel we got really nice granite for a great price and I would recommend them.

I called to get a quote, I had my measurements and what I needed. The guy wouldn’t give me a quote, he said to email him to get a quote. I don’t understand that mentality, you have a customer on the phone and you won’t give them a quote they have to email you. That’s bad customer service

There are dozens of granite shops near us, but only a few all digital. We have a tricky layout and wanted lots of custom details with upgraded edge profile. Royal could do it all. So, we took a 45 minute drive in the snow to see them and their state of the art equipment beats all others. Countertops are in now and the workmanship is gorgeous. Glad we took that long drive. I had the owner out to my house to measure the counter tops on Monday and they were installed on Saturday. No other company had that kind of turn around time. Secondly there prices cant be beat!!! From initial visit to finished/installed I had great customer service and constant communication. Definitely would recommend them and I would hands down use them again.

They removed and reinstalled some granite pieces in my kitchen during the holidays for our remodel. They were professional, competitively priced, and managed to remove and reinstall some tricky pieces without breaking anything. When I had to change the schedule on them due to the cabinet install, they even came out and installed the countertops on New Years Day to get everything installed in time for a party we were having.

My wife and I were forced to seek another granite provider in hopes to maintain our already tight build timeline, the result of a previous companys multitude of mistakes and lack of responsibility.Recommended to us was Royal Granite, to which we contacted on August 20, 2019, by August 28, 2019 we had granite installed in every room of our home.Simply put, Royal Granite was fantastic! They responded to every single inquiry promptly, even sacrificing their after hours evenings to answer questions. They templeted our home within two business days of our initial phone call, and granite was installed within four business days from that. Royal Granite worked with them to make the countertop work — even sanding them down in some areas. They had to complete the counter, remeasure for the backsplash and come back the next day to complete the job.I’m very happy with the results!

This is a small but very professional family business. Adrian, the owner of the company, did a great job installing the granite countertop in our kitchen. We have a fairly old kitchen and I had to replace the appliances, but the cabinets are still in good shape. I was worried that the installation may damage some of the cabinets but everything went very smooth. He took extra care of preparing the supports which is crucial for a long life of the countertop. He works very fast accommodating extra hours and weekends at a reasonable price. I highly recommend his business.

Terrible customer service and communication. Very disorganized for a very simple project. Would not go back. They gave me the wrong finished edge and complained they needed to reinforce granite when they had already come and done a template and saw it needed to be done. Also there is a small crack in my granite in the corner but shop owner pretended he did not understand me when I tried to communicate with him about all of the issues. They were also late by an hour both for installation and template design.

I have used Royal Granite on 2 seperate occassions at personal home projects and both times they did wonderful work, were very professional, and their prices are very competitive. I would highly recommend them they are fabulous to work with!

The 1 star is for the beautiful granite!!Very poor customer service!They didnt return my calls.They said they would show up and didnt....no show, no call.They made a mistake on 1 of my pieces and tried passing it off to a crooked wall, to my contractors work. He has the nerve to call my contractor to fix his problem! Finally fixed after arguing with me and my contractor. When he showed to fix the problem, he tapped on my garage door leading to the house AND WALKED IN!!DONT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS!!

Love our countertops! Royal Granite was helpful in connecting us with Mont, where we got to see the stone slab up front. Despite a little delay in communicating, the countertops were installed in our timeframe, professionally and beautifully!

$55 per SQF plus $150 for sink cut off and bring your own sink I found these much lower in price about 30% lower other places shop around.

Would not recommend. Argued with me extensively that the way I wanted my granite installed would look bad. Installer was rude when I tried to have a conversation about it and pretty much refused. It took a call from both my significant other AND my realator to get them to install it the way I asked- which turned out absolutely fine. They left my balcony door wide open when doing the work and left without closing it. Finally they refused to remove my old countertop. End product looked fine but customer service was terrIble.

My husband and I went in on Saturday July 29th to order our counter top. Here was the timeline we were given... Ill be out to measure on Monday July 31st or Tuesday August 1st and counter top will be installed on Thursday August 3rd or Friday August 4th. No call, no show Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Finally got word on Thursday that they wanted to come on FRIDAY to measure which we obviously did not agree to.. We were able to get our measurements done on Thursday and were told we would have our counter top installed sometime next week. During the measuring we made it clear that we wanted a hole in the sink for the faucet and a hole for the soap dispenser and were asked just tell me what side you want the dispenser on to which I answered left. We requested wed prefer Monday August 7th for installation as we already had to reschedule our plumber once, and had him set up for Tuesday the 8th now. Not to mention, while our counter tops were being measuring.. the gentleman was taking what was obviously personal phone calls. Today, TUESDAY August 8th, our counter top was finally installed. So we had to reschedule our plumber a SECOND TIME. There was also no hole cut in my sink for my soap dispenser, maybe taking personal phone calls while you are in a customers home is to blame. However, the counter top does look sharp.. but this does not make up for the poor customer service, mistakes, and lack of timeliness. We would have appreciated honestly and the simple gesture of at least informing us of a delay; I also think we deserve an apology for the delay and errors. For the price we paid, there should not have been a mistake OR delay.

Royal Granite is a Wonderful family owned Local business--they are knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant; over-all excellent to work with! I began kitchen renovations early in the summer 2016, and stopped by the Royal Granite store to get an idea of slabs I could choose from. I was amazed at the beautiful choices and reasonable prices. After talking at length with the owner, Adrian, and walking around the entire shop including the outside area that housed huge slabs of gorgeous stone, we also toured the cutting area viewing works in progress. So darn amazing! Then, there was a STALL on the progress of my remodel--that never happens, right?!! RG was so patient with us, of course, they are familiar with the stops and stalls of this sort, it just happens...when my project was at last ready for me to move forward with the granite process, I was worried about another loooong sequence of events. But to my amazement, the initial conversation I had with Adrian about their process is exactly what happened. I was told that very first day, that from the date of measurement that my one day project would be complete within 7 - 10 days. And so it was! Oliver came to my home, measured and took photos and answered all my many questions. The following week a 3 man crew, including Adrian the owner, arrived at exactly the scheduled time and in less than 2.5 hours my beautiful granite counters and backsplash were completely installed. They even added a few extra supports that the cabinet installers were lax on, and leveled out a couple of areas, too. I highly recommend Royal Granite, and will call them again for countertop and tiling needs.

Authentic craftsmanship, great value!

Royal Granite is very disorganized and the owner, Adrian, is both unpleasant and dishonest. I went to their shop to pick out stone and get a price quote. After their staff came to measure and it was time to put down a deposit, they increased the per square foot price of the stone significantly relative to what I was promised during our first meeting. Rather than apologize for the misunderstanding, the owner just berated me about how they couldnt possibly perform my installation for the originally agreed upon rate.I refused to be bullied or guilted into a price increase and elected to take my business elsewhere. About three weeks after this incident, I received a very aggressive call from Adrian. He accused me of treating them unfairly due to the fact that they measured the job and were subsequently not hired to perform the installation.I may not be an expert in the granite industry, but I definitely know that this is no way to treat customers.
