I had a great experience with Sherri and Zach at Brick and Mortar! They happen to specialize in framing and I just adore the custom frame they made for my chicken print! I highly recommend checking them out for any and all custom framing!!

Brick & Mortar was recommended to be by a friend when I needed a piece framed for an upcoming show. They were so wonderful to work with! Sherri was outstanding with listening to what I wanted but also in communicating different ideas and framing options. I was on a tight turn around schedule and they were gratuitous to be able to meet it and provided above and beyond customer service. The frame is beautiful and exactly how it was described to me. This place is a must visit if you are visiting the area (Ann Arbor, Ypsi, or the state of Michigan). It is such a fantastic place, with so many interesting things. Every time I walk in I find something new that I want, or something that peeks my curiosity. The framing, pictures, and artwork in the store is also incredible. Its not a huge store, but it doesnt have to be, if it were any larger I would be lost because there are already so many unique items. Plus the owners are fantastic, friendly, and so welcoming!

Love this store they are the only local store the sells Huberds shoe products. After my amazon package of huberds went MIA at the USPS. They saved the day by having it. Will return when I need more Huberds.

I have tried going to Brick & Mortar General Store on 7 separate occasions all being during their open hours and have yet to see them actually open to the public. It is frustrating because their is a particular gift I want to get for someone that they sell there. I have also tried calling during the day and no one was available. Are they closed permanently?
