Their pharmacist has restored my faith in Meijer Pharmacy. Ive had a far superior experience here than with another Meijer location. Very happy to see they have a drive up window now!

Most terrible customer service ever. Although the pharmacists are very nice, one of the technicians is terrible and extremely rude, she made me wait for an hour and a half to get my medicine even though I ordered my medication a day before. My leg is now really hurting because of how long I waited (I have a leg problem). I DON’T recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Horrible experience I’ll be switching pharmacies

Terrible, they always have some issue with simpler scripts! And I do mean always. They are by far the worst pharmacy Ive ever had to deal with. It honestly seams as if no one knows what TF is going on EVER. I HAD to change, though this is the most convenient location I am now at a different pharmacy for over 4 months now with now ONE issue!

This is my Meijer store and I transferred my prescription here from Sam’s club. I have never had any issues. They have gone above and beyond for my elderly mother to get her prescriptions filled when it was an emergency and contacted me through the whole process. They get five stars because they earned it from me and my family. I did read the bad reviews and I feel awful for the individuals who had a bad experience. But 99% of the time they are right on track and we all can have a bad day!!

Seems to be always a struggle with this pharmacy… last one was with a long term refill. Apparently this pharmacy maybe Meijer in general is not enrolled with the program with blue cross/express script. Now beyond 3 refills/90 days you have to get a new prescription and be charged as if it was a first refill…regardless whether you met your deductible or not….this was the last one, I am switching to Walgreens

I called about a prescription and they quoted me 80 and I get there and its 154, these people are very shady. Also the longest Ive ever waited to have one filled. Go to Sams club or actually anywhere is cheaper. This place is a total rip off dont waste your money.

The staff and pharmacists went above and beyond when I had an issue with a medication that they did not have. They called Walmart pharmacy and found me a coupon for them since my insurance didnt cover it. Also transferred my script there since thats where the coupon was for. best service ever

If you like waiting in lines that are wrapped around the pharmacy then this is the place for you! Constantly understaffed. I am changing pharmacies soon.

Always a line, always a wait. Now thats theres one entrance its ever harder to get my medicine. You can call but youll wait on hold 15 minutes. Ive used this pharmacy since the mid 90s, not anymore.

I swear these people never get anything right. They always lose my info, they always lose my insurance info and now my prescription renewal. I would suggest you use another pharmacy because not only they dont know anything they have the worst attitude not willing to help or check if they are the ones th a t are screwing up even my doctor is annoyed. I completely regret using this pharmacy.

Id give them a negative 100 if I could! Called to see how much an antibiotic for my very small dog would be. I was quoted $46, which is a LOT for what would normally be less than $10 for a human, though SAME exact medication. I decided to have it filled anyway because my dog was ill. Once I went to pick the prescription up I was asked to pay $130. Criminals and Liars. They will never get my business again.

Usually has fast service. I get my prenatal vitamins for free with a prescription from IHA because of their partnership.

I called two days ago to fill prescriptions, showed up to find out the main prescription I needed was out of stock. Mind you, I spoke with a technician to fill the prescription, not their automated system. They had to order it, so two days later I called to verify they had it and to make sure it would be ready, again speaking with a technician not a robot and was told it would be ready. Show up, and guess what is not ready?! This is the second time Ive had trouble getting this prescription filled at the Carpenter Rd pharmacy. I used the Ann Arbor Saline road pharmacy for five years with no issues, but recently moved where the Carpenter road pharmacy is closer in proximity. I feel this many issues getting a prescription filled is unacceptable, and given the amount of pharmacies in the area, I have no intentions of continuing getting prescriptions from Meijer pharmacy. I made a complaint with the pharmacist as the manager wasnt in, in hopes they arent doing this to other customers.

My prescriptions are sent by my doctor directly to the pharmacy, and its also VERY frequently not in stock across Arbor *and* Ypsi. So I call ahead to make sure it can actually be filled before I ask my doctor to send it. With some pharmacies (and Ive called 10+ certain months when everyone in town is out) just getting that info is a nightmare (holds forever, people saying they cant share that info even if every other time they have and Ive filled there, etc).Meijer1) usually picks up quickly2) the hold music isnt torturous (ahem, CVS)3) the staff are polite prompt and quick4) Ive yet to be shorted medicine or been told it was in stock only to arrive and find otherwise (4 different pharmacies in town have done one or both of those)When I do pick up in Meijer, the staff have been lovely as well. If it wasnt out of the way and sometimes a bit of a wait Id fill there exclusively - although even so its almost becoming worth it.

For some reason, unlike all others meijers around in the lower Michigan area... They do not believe in supplying their customers with the option to get coffee. Would like to not only request that option back, but maybe u could add an espresso option. ;)

What a nightmare pharmacy!! Im new to this pharmacy & Im currently looking for a new one... They did not have what I needed in stock & they said it would take one day, the next day I called they said it would take one more day. I went back & forth with these people for almost a week. Half way through they said oh we found a few to get you through while you wait for the rest. It was so unorganized & everyone seems so confused about everything. I had another one to fill, they said we dont know if its covered & cant know until its filled... what a joke!

I have had to return to this pharmacy 5x in 5 days. I have experienced them running out of my medication, failing to give me one of my medications entirely, and failing to give me the other set of my medication that was supposed to be a pair. While standing in line, they gave the woman next to me a medication she was allergic to. This pharmacy is staffed by students who clearly have no idea what theyre doing, and Im taking my business elsewhere.

I have used this meijer about 5 times now. 4/5 times I have run into issues. First, I have had a technican tell me that they couldnt see my prescription on file so that meant I didnt have it at any meijer; I explained that I moved across the state and filled previously at meijer. I told the technician which meijer I used and was told it would still show in the system. She told me she couldnt help me. I called my previous meijer and they corrected the issue by calling this meijer and having them full the script. The next few problems I ran into were them telling me my items were out of stock, I asked them to check if they had it on the shelf; the tech told me they did not. Each time, I had chosen for the medication to come in on their shipment the next business day, waited 2+ days before picking up, and asked for a text to be sent when filled like it was at my previous meijer. I was told this service was set up by someone who did not bother to check my file to confirm, which was what I had asked them to do. Most recently, the tech told me they did not have the medications and I was to come in tomorrow. I then called the pharmacy from my phone asking if they had the medication in stock, they did, and filled it for me. I dont appreciate a business where I am lied to, nor where the employees dont feel like putting in the effort to do something that should not fall on the customer as a responsibility. Unacceptable service. Call ahead before you want to pick up your medications to make sure its there. It will save you the headache.

Terrible service. Unhappy about this pharmacy. Staff are rude and the pharmacy runs as a joke. I have had trouble getting meds most of the time.

I arrived at the meijers to drop off a prescriptin at 8:45 and it was closed, do as any person i went on line to see the store hrs, it said it was open till 9:00pm but it wasnt. Then i come to find out that is rare that they are open till 9 they always close early alltho its soppost to open till 9

Fast, answered my questions, no complaints!
