So I called to get my dishwasher looked at and get a quote. $165.00 to look at it. The repair guy was not professional, looked at dishwasher. Opened and closed door. Asked me if it was plugged in. Really. Come on. Then tells me it is the latch in door. Without even taking the door panel off. The guy shook so much it was like he he’d Parkinson’s. I do not think he could even get the screw out. He was at my home 20 mins. Definitely not worth the $165. Told me it would be $300-$400 to fix it. Told me just to get a new dishwasher. I got this dishwasher in Oct. Luckily I found the warranty paperwork. DO NOT USED THIS BUSINESS.

I paid for Dr. Cool to come to my house for a freezer repair on my refrigerator. He was at my house for 30 minutes. Said it was a fan that was out and the drain was plugged. His cost to repair was $700 + costs for new fan. Called another repairman and he came out, had it fixed in 1 1/2 hours. Just put a new censor in and cleaned out the plugged drain. Works fine. Only charged me $200 total.

Charged $185.00 for an estimate of an additional $675.00 to change a fan motor. Would not break down material and labor costs in writing. Did not go forward with repairs. Ordered fan motor on line for $50.00 and that was with expedited shipping.

Stay away from this guy!! Was in my house for 10 minutes charged me 130 service call and didnt even look behind the fridge. Stated it would be 600 to fix, that is if he could get the part! Update: I blew the dust of my coil and its working fine!

Super great guy!! Walked me through fixing my own washer over the phone. By far the best customer service I have ever experienced. Will definitely recommend and will return in future.

At first I didnt mind the higher cost of $85 for same day service until Dr. Cool showed up in a drop top and shorts. He came in, put a thermometer in my refrigerator and then told me yup, it isnt working. He then proceeded to tell us he didnt have the tools with him to check if it was leaking or the compressor was bad and that he would have to come back tomorrow and find out. To top it all off, turns out this guy doesnt even have a PHD. Dr. Too Cool to Drive a Work Truck and Show up Prepared.

No star for this company! At first they told me they charge $95.00 for the labor. When Tom (Mr. Cool) learned it’s a rental property he changed his labor to $125.00. Greedy!

Showed up on time was worried about being late.. Did wonderful job. Found sock was in blower motor wheel which was the cause for the awful screeching sound on my whirlpool Cabrio. Thanks Dr Cool.

What a great local business. I thought I was going to need them to come out, however they solved my problem over the phone. You bet if I ever need appliance repair I am calling them again and giving them my business.

Doctor cool is a price gouger and has no ethics and morals. He marked up his price by almost 2000%. I would stay away from this Business.

After doing the disassembly myself, i found I was missing 1 of the 2 bolts for the bracket that holds the washer motor in after having him come out twice he did a patch job instead of fixing the underlying problem then stated hed have to charge his 3rd visit due to a $12.00 part he replaces being pricey after his $175.00 an hour service scam

Wow, $85 to say yep, its broke you should buy a new one. Seriously!?! At least with McNallys is was only 60 and if he couldnt fix it you got a discount on a new one.
