Absolutely awesome experience. This weekend is my daughters birthday and someone threw a rock at my car. I called late Thursday night. They showed up Friday and replaced my window. The party is on Saturday and I dont know what I wouldve done without a car to drive the kids around. They were fast, polite, and went above and beyond. They swept and vacuumed up all the broken glass. I cant recommend them enough! Thank you so much for saving the day!

First of all I want to thank Dove Auto Glass and specifically, Kenny, for doing such a great job on my car. I have a Porsche 911 Carrera which needed new trim around the front windshield. Kenny was able to delicately remove the front windshield and save this piece of glass to re-use while installing the new trim. This saved me a lot of money, because Porsche front windshields arent free and they did an amazing job. They took their time and really did a professional installation. Was quoted $245 by there online system and didn’t get a call about anything just a text saying “we will text 1hr before our techs arrive”, when techs show up they start work and I ask if the quote of $245 was still good he looks it up and says no it’s $295. I ask why it’s $50 more then the quote he says let me call and ask. I also told him at that price I would of went with someone else for $245. Calls and they tell him it doesn’t include plastic molding. His boss tells him forget it then I don’t got time for that. I could here his boss the whole time since he was so loud the whole time. Here’s my review of your place since you don’t got time and don’t have time to fix your only online system to include everything.

I had the best experience with Dove Auto Glass. They have my recommendation.My windshield was shattered as I was driving on the hwy near Willows, CA. I couldnt drive further and every place I called had would have had at least a one or two day wait because they didnt have the windshield in stock, and would not have been able to schedule me for at least a few days to a few weeks.Dove Auto worked hard to fit me in and got the job done the same day, and did not charge me extra for the long drive they had to make to get to my location. The price of the replacement was reasonable.All the employees were polite and friendly, and the 2 guys that put the new windshield in for me went way above and beyond just doing their job. They stayed another 20 min to help me secure my hood (what shattered my windshield in the first place) and make sure my car was safe to drive.I am so impressed. These guys seriously deserve 5 stars!

With all the construction on 80, I ended up with a chip in my windshield. After calling around to multiple shops for quotes, I received an honest quote from Kenny. He said he’d prefer to fix the chip in the morning when the glass was cool and since I start work at 6am, he offered the option of coming out on site to do the job. It was so great to get an honest quote from the auto industry and to interact with a person with such high integrity. Kenny’s customer service is exceptional and he did an amazing job. I highly recommend Dove auto.

I don’t typically write reviews, but in this case, I felt like I should. I came across this shop via google, like most of us, and reading the reviews...I thought I can’t go wrong with this place. I called them directly from google maps and got a quote that I thought was fair for a windshield replacement. They had me setup for a same day install which I thought was amazing. But in between this I decided to look at their website and noticed that they have a military discount. When the guys who were going to install it showed up, I asked one them if I can get the military discount. He replied to me saying that you can’t get a military discount after they give you your initial quote on the phone. To me...this doesn’t make sense what so ever, but hey I’m not one to argue and now here I am..writing this review.If you’re military...and you expect a discount, mention you’re military over the phone before getting a quote. That’s what I got from my experience. It’s a shame because I was happy with the installment and the product, so I wanted to write a 5 star review. But because of this, I will have to go with 4 stars.

This company is reliable. After calling a different glass company in Yuba City, setting up an appointment, them not showing, I then called Dove Auto Glass and spoke to a guy named Benny. They scheduled me the same day I called and they were lower than the other glass company that was a no show.Its been over a week since they replaced my windshield on our C300 and its perfect. Ive been through a car wash and no issues at all. Reliable, dependable, and honest company.

Our car got broken into and we needed the front passenger window replaced. They were amazing, fast responses and extremely friendly. They got us in the next day with the lowest price in town. I called and got a service the same day! They are super professional and helpful. Kenny is super easy to work with and got my windshield fixed before the sun came up!! I contacted him on a Friday night and he was able to meet me at his shop at 5:00 A.M. the next morning because that was the most convenient for my schedule. The window was replaced and I was back on the road before the sun rose. I would definitely recommend him to others.

The only place i get my glass done, they are quick and efficient. They came to my work for my replacement which worked great for my schedule. They travel and they are very courteous. Reasonably priced too, I called around and they were the only ones who gave me a price I could stomach. Definitely recommended.

I have used Dove Auto Glass twice now. Both times have been way above expectations. Recently my wife locked her keys in the car and no locksmith would touch the car because it is a BMW. Instead of towing the car 45 miles to the dealer and paying out the butt to get the car unlocked, I decided to get the windshield replaced so my wife could reach in and grab the keys while the windshield was off, and the chip in the windshield would be gone. Being that I am deployed, I couldn’t call Dove so I messaged them on Facebook and got a response in the matter of minutes. He gave me a direct no BS quote and he made an appointment to come out to the car. My wife said that he came out and was very polite and even bought her a drink from Starbucks because she was waiting outside for him! Really above and beyond service, and I will go to Dove Auto Glass regardless of their price (even though they’re usually the cheapest) simply because of this type of service.

I ended up having to get my windshield repaired super quickly and Dove was the only place open. Everyone there was so nice and professional! They got me in and repaired it super quickly. I was in and out in 30 minutes! I will be recommending them to everyone from now on!(:

We needed our 2006 Range Rover windshield replaced. We had Dove Auto Glass do the work. They were amazing. They accepted Progressive and we only had to pay our $100 deductible. From first phone call to service completion only took around 1 day, which was the most efficient part.

I called several places on Friday after getting a chip in my windshield on my way to work in Rancho Cordova before calling Dove and got told no one could do it until Monday and Im sure the crack would have spread by then and I would be replacing my whole windshield. After calling Dove he said he would come out Saturday morning and do it. He was also super knowledgeable and explained that is is better to repair the windshields first thing in the morning. He came out and had it fixed in less then 5 minutes! I could not be happier with his excellent customer service and workmanship on my windshield. He also kept me updated on his ETA that morning. I would highly recommend Dove Auto Glass hands down.

I highly recommend Dove auto glass. I needed my windshield replaced urgently as my son had a behind the wheel driving test with DMV within a couple days and this was the only vehicle he could use and it had a huge crack across the entire windshield. I also really needed someone to come out to me, as I cant drive far due to a recent back surgery. So I called around everywhere to find a place that could not only come out to me, but could come out ASAP. Most places either didnt have an appointment soon enough or just flat out didnt come all the way out to the small rural town I live in. Dove auto glass not only had an appointment within the timeframe but were willing to come to me. When they did come out, they brought the wrong windshield (through no fault of there own, my insurance company gave them the wrong year). At that point I thought, we would have to reschedule. Which I would have understood because I live about 40 miles away from their shop. But suprisingly the wonderful gentleman that came out to my house called the office and determined that they would go get the correct windshield and come back out same day!! They understood the urgency and made it happen, when they could have easily said they didnt have time to come all the way back out same day. The customer service from the first time I called them, until the job was complete was amazing. The person that came out to do the windshield was professional, fast and curtious. The person in the office that he was communicating with (didnt catch the names) was so sweet and helpful. If you are looking for a company that gets the job done in a quick, professional and friendly manner I highly recommend Dove Auto Glass! Oh and they dealt with my insurance company, all I had to do was pay the deductible. Great people, great place.

100% on point!!! Definitely the place to call for auto glass needs... I had a huge crack going across my windshield and obstructing the view so after calling around many places in town I came across Dove Auto Glass and they were super helpful, really efficient, and would match price quotes from other places(within reason obviously). I needed to have my windshield replaced and be able to work today by noon. The techs showed up to my house at 8am and had it done fast. super professional and easy going. I would recommend them to anyone and if need be I will be back. Hopefully I dont need any glass repairs or replacements soon but if I do I know who to call.
