Amir was incredibly friendly and helpful. I contacted him about a car I was interested in. Unfortunately, it had already sold. Still, he took my info and told me he would look for what I wanted. I was surprised when two months later he called me with the perfect car. It’s so great to know that he was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I received the car I wanted. Because we were pressed for time during the purchase, he even rolled up his sleeves and went to work with the detailing crew to make sure the car was the cleanest possible and in the fastest amount of time.

I took my previous car in to have it checked and repaired. The auto repair consultant came back told me that my car just about had it. The rings were about gone, oil all over the spark plugs and one of the piston was losing compression. They cleaned it up and tried starting the engine and the same thing recurred. The consultant was caring, helpful, and kept me up to date with what went on with my car.I decided to get a new car I could afford and the salesman assisted me in finding a car I liked and could afford. The young man was very polite and knowledgeable about the cars I looked at. He was very helpful in helping filling out my paperwork and stayed with me through the whole process until the deal was completed.Your finance person was also very helpful. He briefed and explained all the paperwork to me. He had me on my way in no time.All three of these young men were very polite and helpful. I would recommend anyone to go to your car dealer.

We purchased a used car from Scott Hauser, he was decent to deal with and we were happy with our purchase. The problem came from Robert Reed one of the Finance Managers. While in his office we were told he found us a better rate than our credit union offered so of course we were delighted. As we were going over all the final costs and options Robert said that we could get the extended warranty which in his words was only $3,000 and covered everything from basic maintenance including tire rotations and oil changes to major car issues such as engine problems. Of course this sounded like a great deal to have the peace of mind of an extended warranty and getting all scheduled maintenance at no extra cost to us. Both my husband and I questioned, wow, even regular maintenance is covered for only $3,000? Robert confirmed yes, we cover everything right here anytime you need it with no out of pocket cost. This was nothing but lies! I couldnt help but think something seemed off so I looked over the loan documents and found that in fact Robert Reed lied to us and we were charged two separate fees $1,800 & $3,390 totaling $5,190. Neither of those fees are the $3,000 that we agreed on. Save your time and money and go to a different dealer.

I enjoyed my experience with Future Toyota. Brock, Amir and Frank went above and beyond and I am now driving my new RAV4 Hybrid. I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends.

Be careful. These guys not only tried to take advantage of me but lied through their teeth. I will not put the Sales Manager name on here which I should but I will be respectful. Watch your fees is my experience. Don’t let these guys add numbers and question everything they do. They are nice but very unfair. I asked them why I had 1,000 in fees and I still never got an answer to this day. They just removed and said sorry that was the wrong number. Horrible business. Avoid this place if you can. Much better people elsewhere.

I bought a 2019 Rav4 last year at Future Toyota. After yesterdays heavy rain, I came out to see the paint peeling off the front of my car exposing prior damage that I was never advised of. I called the dealership and was told Thats not our problem. Same run around I got 4 years ago after they fried the electrical system in my Prius and claimed it was my fault. I wouldnt have gone back if it hadnt been an emergency buy. Never again!

This place is not so much a dealership as it is, quite frankly, the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had.-Best Price of any dealership in the area BAR NONE-Everything was done online/remotely-Car was Delivered to me the same day-Entire car buying process took less than one hour all from from comfort of my living room-When the car was delivered to me the Salesman (Dylan) took over an hour to show me all the features of the car and set up the appIll never go to another dealership again! Great car and the sales guy was nice but I am having a bad experience with the finance department I felt like the extended warranty was predatory. #1 it wasnt mentioned for the hour I spent waiting to talk to finance when I could have been considering my options. And the finance guy came out to meet me, then made me wait at least 30 more minutes, so in hindsight I felt like he was sizing me up to see if I was gullible or something. #2 he wrote out on a paper what it covered it laymans terms and then didnt give me that paper. The paperwork he did give me is confusing and has tons of exceptions. #3 I have been trying to cancel it for 6 weeks and it is definitely not a priority for them to process that, and it costs like $7k, but they dont tell you that upfront, they tell you that in cost per month because it sounds cheaper.

This was a great place to buy a car. They worked really hard to help me get what I wanted and they were all super friendly and understanding. I totally recommend this place for buying a car.

I brought an almost dead car that was failing during an out-of-town trip to Future Toyota of Yuba City on a Sunday evening fearing, no, absolutely sure I would be stranded. But there just happened to be a team there that was able to help me replace my old car with a superb certified used late-model Toyota Prius Prime. It was unexpected and it was great! My experience was overall good. Casey was great! He was very thorough! I was very unsatisfied with the “detail” job of my truck. There was white wax all over the truck, they didn’t vacuum or wipe the inside out at all. I left the lot and didn’t even get a full tank of gas.

Today my wife and I visited Future Toyota in Yuba City, CA to look at a 2021 Toyota Sequoia TRD Sport. When we arrived we were greeted by Danny, one of the sales manager, when we told hime we would like to test drive the vehicle he took my wife’s license and brought back the keys and sent us on our way to test drive the vehicle by ourselves. We truly enjoyed the trust put in us to allow us to take the vehicle out unattended. This type of test drive is much more relaxing as we could openly discuss things as well as feeling more relaxed and not waiting for the salesman to tell us what box pattern to drive in. When we arrived back at the dealership we were greeted by Austin who became our salesman for the day. He made us feel comfortable and answered the questions we had. After a short discussion my wife and I decided we would like to purchase the vehicle. Austin took us inside and we started the necessary paperwork. When Austin came back with the deal sheet specifying trade value and sales price all met our expectations, especially in this time of vehicle shortages, and we officially signed our acceptance. All in all this was the easiest and quickest vehicle purchases I have ever had. I had a great experience at Future Toyota. Andreas worked very hard to get the exact car I wanted! They did not have the color as well as certain features I wanted in a car on their lot, so they went into action and found a car in Antioch. A driver took off and they got me the car the same day! I left that evening with my car no matter how late it was... 10pm! I would go back to Future Toyota knowing that all my “wants” were met!

I was told they had a car coming in and I could put a deposit on it and it will be fully refundable. The car came in and they called us in, drove there and the car was for a different buyer. Basically put down a deposit for a car that someone else bought already. Told them I want my deposit back and was told their office was closed already. Been trying to get a hold of someone to sort this out but apparently no one can answer the phones now.

Started looking for a decent sedan or just a car that would fit me (5’11) on Thursday. Rocky, the first salesman helped us with a car originally and then it came across we weren’t able to go through with it. Rocky still kept in touch, and remembered what we were willing to spend, then messaged us the day after that there was a car at a separate dealership in sacramento that would fit our budget. Upon coming to the dealership the day after, we found out that the car was sold already and it was too late. Understandably they said that they would try to find us something that would fit our budget and they found us a 2016 ford escape, and we were able to go through with it and it’s been awesome so far ! Thank you to Bryan, Ryan, and Rocky! I think i should mention that they did this for me when i had zero credit and no co-signer and STILL got me a car. 10/10 would definitely visit for my next car

For the most part my experience was very pleasant, i didnt get the whole shark attack feeling from the sales people. i did however get a wave of anxiety, my meds were at home and i needed to grab them, when explaining this to the employees i felt pressured to stay there and kept being told itll only take 10 more minutes to process this, please can you just stay.... i feel as though my mental health is more important than paperwork. i spoke with the manager after the incident, went home and came back, following through with my purchase of a 2021 toyota tacoma which i LOVE. overall i would recommend others to purchase a vehicle from this place. the financing office employee was very very helpful as well, got a loan that i didnt expect to get :)

We came in yesterday and had an amazing experience with our salesman, Dylan. We had kids with us to ensure there was enough space in whatever we got and the dealership was so patient with us! Worked with us on numbers, didnt push us and gave us solid information to help with our choice. I cannot thank Dylan and Yuba City Toyota enough as I thought this would be stressful, but we were pleasantly surprised.

I made an appointment to see the car I was interested in. They had the car ready and had me on the road test driving it within minutes. The whole process was smooth. They honored a deal I locked in and the only thing that took a long time was the financing paperwork. Service was excellent. New management is way better than the old one. I spoke with Chuck, an internet sales manager on the phone a few times . When we got to the dealership we were greeted by Scott a sales Consultant at Future Toyota . He helped us with everything and made the buying process so comfortable. He was not pushy and he made sure I was educated on everything about the vehicle and I got exactly what I wanted. They stayed later than what they should have just to ensure we drove off the lot with our brand new car that night. He was so easy for my husband and I to talk too, just all around a good guy . Ive been looking for a similar Ford Edge to replace my Ford Edge. I saw that Future Toyota of Yuba City had one in stock that was newer and only 14,900 miles on it. I sent a text and was immediately in contact with David Ott. He was extremely interactive throughout all of my questions in a very timely manner was even able to give me a good idea of trade-in value of my car I agreed to drive an hour and 15 minutes to Yuba City to make this transaction happen. I was very limited on my time and he went over the things that I would need to be able to complete the transaction when I arrived he greeted me in the parking lot and the whole procedure was streamlined, every person that was needed to sign off the trade-in the credit check the financing was so professional and dialed in! I left a short time later in what I consider is my brand new car I’m very very happy with this transaction and I really thank the team that they’ve built at this dealership!
