Dave was amazing!!! I went in on Wednesday morning and let him know what I was thinking. Asked him for suggestions. He was spot on with everything. He said my order would be ready Friday but it was actually done by 12:30 pm on Thursday and I could pick it up. Dave, thank you so very much for all your help. I took two brand new shirts to Twin Cities to be embroidered. I was told they would be ready within a week. I called two weeks later to see what the delay was, then was told the machine had eaten the shirt. The excuse given was that the machine eats that fabric sometimes. Im very upset that that was not told to me before I had left the shirt with them. The shop made no attempt to compensate me for the shirt they destroyed. Thankfully, they did not attempt to embroider the other shirt, so at least I only wasted money on one shirt.
