Great place to go to get costumes and to deck out your house for Halloween. They also have great outfits for kids as well as adults.

Less than one star! I purchased the Possesed Pumpkin at the tune of $39.99 on Saturday the 27th of October ~ Not only did the top break off of the popping mechanism ~ the screw holding the batteries was screwed in so tight that even if I fixed the head myself ~ I would never be able to replace the batteries for future use. When I went back to the Yuba City Store to exchange it for another ~ The store refused because I did not have me receipt and they were rude about it! The product was clearly from there store, I had the box, and only wanted an exchange, not a refund ~ I will never shop there again and nor should any of you! Halloween City has bad customer relations, sad for them because I will no be spending my annual $500.00 - $ 1000.00 + Halloween budget in their store ever again! Shame on you Halloween City! 😡👹😡 And I will be sure to spread the word LOCALLY!

Zero starsI bought my son a costume onthe 30th after 7pm I tried to return the costume today due to the fact my child will not be able to wear the costume for three reasons1 he is in the hospital2 its missing a piece3 it has a huge hole between the legsSo I was told in a rude way that I could only exchange and not return it so I reluctantly agreed and found some toys to substitute and just as I was getting ready to go to the register the says sorry your kid is sick then magically her register start to have issuesThen another person comes out and gets on the same register but I went over to another register where the person who rang me up the previous day is an she started to claim she didnt ring me up or even talk to me but then recants that statement only to say its nothing she can do about it because I dont have a receipt but she remembers ringing me up and giving me one so I asked for a supervisor and she says its nothing she can do about that either because they are gone so unless I find the receipt its to badLike if I was in my early twenties I probably would have gotten myself in trouble based on how unprofessional and rude these people are

I think the place cool

Very disappointing costumes. Different size pieces in packaging and piece missing off chest plate of costume. Paid $39.99 plus tax for nothing. Unacceptable

Most of the things for sale are broken, missing parts, stolen, or just plain overpriced.
