Disappointing... My son bragged about the nice office chairs, but we found a very limited selection.... Wal-Mart actually had office chairs rated at 400 lbs... Made by Serta... Very nice chairs!!

Actually the furniture is not bad. We are waiting on a couch and getting product takes a while but beats paying double at the local furniture stores. Sign up for their coupons! Great discounts.

This place has gone DOWN HILL the last 3 years. Used to be one of my favorite places to shop. Frustrating experience today, again. But! The bright side is I found better stuff for a better price at Ross! Just upset I wasted an hour of my day in Big Lots. Wont be going back!

I wanted a inexpensive folding lounge chair and it said they had it at the store but I didnt see it so I said I would like to have it at the curb tomorrow

I went in to exchange an item and had no problem with the transaction. I even had $5.34 credited to my debit card due to price difference! I love this store!

They have great prices and great sales. Some things you do get what you pay for but most of the time you get a quality item for a HUGE discount. I always look at this store first before I go to other stores. For furniture, bedroom stuff, bathroom, kitchen appliances, and definitely decorations. I have a 2 yr old so this store is perfect for me. I know I dont have to be anxious about what happens to my things since I paid literally half the price. Puts my mind at ease:)

Big lots is there store with a little bit of everything from furniture to clothes to groceries and then some. Prices are adorable. Employees were helpful and friendly. I always find something I need or want from there.

Theyve rearranged all the shelves and moved larger items to the front. Fresh new look. But right now theyre having the same issues as every other store.Very low inventory-empty shelves.Welcoming & friendly staff!

Always good deals, clean well run store with great variety.

I really like how they have remodeled the entire store. Before it had black painted walls and made the place look dark. Now it has light color paint and way better lighting. It looks like a real store now. They have used the space they have at this location with purpose. Their prices are so-so but every once in a while you can find a good deal.

Their merchandise is fantastic if youre looking for something to decorate your home. 50 count denier bed. sheets you can even get bed in a bag which includes everything! And the best place in the universe for Christmas decor! The people are friendly, helpful and they know but customer service is all about, its something that is lacking in so many stores.

We went inn for furniture, we had the BEST customer service, as well as good prices! I don’t remember the woman’s name but she was working this Sunday morning at the furniture department and made everything easy for us! Also the gentleman that helped us load up the furniture! We will for sure be returning to this location!

It was great in the Furniture Dept. but there werent hardly anything on the shelves. Waiting for them to restock🙂

Great store to shop for Thrifty and one of a kind type items. They have a variety of different products. The feel of an upgraded dollar store. If youre doing a paint project for example and you would like cheaper products to just dispose of when you are done, this would be the go to place. One low point if you need help with anything you will need to ask for it. Customer service is on an as needed basis.

I bought furniture here before and when I tried putting it together the holes for the screws were not where they were supposed to be, leaving my furniture not as stable as I’d like. Good prices for cute home decor. The workers are always kind and helpful!

They have loads of good deals and its important to note that many of the things you can get here are not currently at Walmart. So a variety is possible without having to hit more than this store and Wally World. Reccomend checking it out.

I moved into a new house today, but own almost no furniture! Debra helped me pick out a mattress and twin-frame with such kindness and grace. She let me and my mother into the store right before closing and didnt make any negative remarks. After a long, hard day, her great service was the cherry on top of all the madness.

I had the best experience ever buying furniture at this location. My husband and I received outstanding customer service. Debra is amazing! She went above and beyond to meet our needs.Just ask for Debra!!

No customer service at all unfortunately. I went in there to buy a twin size bed for my son and after waiting awhile I asked the cashier if she could get someone to help us. We waited amd then two more customers came and we all waited and no one showed up. After the two other customers left I waited a little longer and still no one showed up. I left without being helped. Very disappointing.

Don’t buy furniture here or their warranty the company who handles the claims are fraud, please read the contract. Please go elsewhere to buy the furniture not this place very bad experience and quality. Not recommended

I shop here for my furniture and toiletries. $5 for a huge thing of Charmin. $20 for a huge area rug that costs $45 elsewhere. Desk was $50 instead of $95. Awesome deals, tons of stuff, and good quality.

I hate it when a place stays open during construction. Obviously they dont care enough about the customer to just get the job done. Its more important to keep meeting that bottom line maximizing proffits instead of the safety of the customer.

Bought my daughter & her boyfriend couch for their 1st place. We got a great deal for a full size couch. And they have had it a month now and it seems to be holding up well. It was a dark brown pleather made sofa! Didnt come with throw pillows. But I got a 30$ discount, I think that was because I have their rewards card. Oh and I love buying movies ( DVDs) from here. I got 3 seasons of Dexter 5$ a season. Not bad. Yes I know its on Netflix. But I collect DVDs.

They have a lot of nice household items at very reasonable prices. If you need new dishes, towels, throw pillows, rugs, etc. You should check there first.
