After providing more than 5 1/2 weeks of lead time before a major trade show deadline this year, I was told with only 2 1/2 weeks to go that she was too busy to do an order as small as my 7 shirts. She said it just isnt worth it to do these small jobs.I purchased 15 shirts from her last year including 9 shirts for the same trade show which she accidentally embroidered with the wrong color of thread. Knowing she would have to replace all 9 shirts plus re-embroider them all, she offered them at a discount. I accepted the discount because the trade show deadline was arriving quickly and I also did not want her to have to absorb that much.While I was happy overall with the workmanship she offered, I was shocked and dismayed at her lack of integrity, leaving another small business owner to scramble for a replacement vendor after using up more than half the lead time.
