Its been over 7 months still dont have my hearing aids. Their response was you and everyone else. Had to research the VA process myself and started over again . They got paid for doing absolutely nothing. Good luck veterans!

They contract with the VA and the Audiologist is at the top of her game.Will pick up my new hearing aids December 9th just in time to help me celebrate my birthday with vastly improved hearingPicked up my Oticon hearing aids and just cant stop saying incredible and amazing. Can hear so many things that were gone.

I knew I had some hearing loss before going to New Wave Hearing but didn’t realize how significant it was until I first put in my hearing aids. The difference was amazing! The ladies I have dealt with at New Wave are some of the sweetest and most helpful I have ever encountered and I have had a lot of experience with doctors of all kinds. They explained everything in detail and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable; both there in their office and with my new hearing aids. They were wonderful and I can highly recommend them!

The staff at New Wave are very kind and informative! They explained everything about the process of taking the hearing test to which hearing aid would suit my needs and making sure I stayed comfortable with each step. I would highly recommend them!
