Im so impressed with this place. I needed a part for my AC unit and was unsure if I was putting it on correctly. Cuz Im a girl... And Dwayne came to my house and did it for me. Very nice man. We called on a Sunday night, Vardells was able to come out the next morning. They had the short in our wiring fixed, and thermostat replaced and set in no time. Great customer service!

Our AC needed a new coil in the middle of a heat wave, and they managed to get here a day earlier than originally anticipated, which saved us from an extra 24 hours of miserable heat. They were fast, and professional, and friendly. They gave us a great rate for our coil replacement, too. We’re extremely grateful for their help!

Okay!!!! Were cooking with gas now! We were out of town over the weekend came home to a 90⁰ house in 113⁰ temperatures we called around and Vardells responded that same day. With the heat as crazy as it is we were expecting to have to suffer for a few days, but NO! Steven and Tony showed up the next day. Took a look at our unit and were able to replace the motor within a few hours. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and most importantly efficient! They get 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ thanks guys! The AC went out at our office during a triple digit heat wave. Duane responded to my text within an hour of reaching out and arranged a consult that morning. He had several jobs going at one time, and somehow managed to complete the install that day. He was very compassionate and considerate of our situation (not being able to work or see clients in an office without A/C) and he made it happen. I’m very grateful to Vardell’s and their entire crew. They were knowledgeable and professional every step of the way. I highly recommend their service! You won’t be disappointed.

Vardells was great coming out so quickly to look at our AC unit when it went out on a Friday night and the weekend was set to be 106. After 12 calls and no appts until Monday they came out Saturday right away and provided a portable window unit to help keep our baby cool until they could get a new motor on Monday. My old AC seemed like it wasnt going to make it through the summer so I contacted Vardells AC.Dwayne came out to assess the issue the next day, made an appointment to replace the ac/furnace, and got the new ac/furnace installed all in the same week. The techs that came out to do the installation were very professional, knowledgeable, made quick work of the installation, and cleaned up the area before they left.Im definitely satisfied with my new ac and will likely be contacting them again for maintenance in the future.

They were very fast in response time on a holiday weekend. Most other shops said they couldnt come out until after the holidays. Our ac stopped working on Friday and Vardells had it fixed Saturday afternoon. The tech was very friendly and answered any questions I had. He even cleaned the ac and checked the refrigerant for us. I am very happy with the job he did. I feel confident in the system a lot more now.

During the visit to my parents home in Marysvill last week Id noticed that the AC was not working properly so Id Google search to see if any company would be available in such a short time. One of the technician came to troubleshoot the system found the TXV is leaking, to replace it will cause quite a bit and may not fix the problem. There may another leaks in the evaporator housing so we end up replacing the evaporator housing on our schedule. The two technicians came in on the schedule, replaced the unit and cleaned up within 2 hours. Overall the service and cost was outstanding, and I will use them again.

Wasnt very pleased with the service i received. I called first and got a quote for a service . I was given a good price so they sent 2 guys out same day but they tried to charge me more than twice the quoted price so i had to call management and complain about the quoted text price verses the price i was trying to be changed. Management did fix the problem for me.

Honest and trustworthy advice at fair price.

We are so happy that we called Vardells Air Conditioning when my moms air stopped being cool on Thur (100 outside) they squeezed her in since she is 70 and knew she cant do the heat. They came puller her fan motor then gave her a portable unit to put in her room so she can stay cool. They went above and beyond for us and we recommend them to anyone needing air service!

I called for a commercial refrigerator repair. They were accommodating, super easy to work with, and solved my issue at a very reasonable price.

Our air conditioner broke overnight just before the hottest weekend and heatwave of the summer. Other companies werent able or willing to help, but Vardells was immediately available and a technician was over within the hour. Knowledgeable, friendly, and very quick service. I highly recommend Vardell’s! Our AC has been out for over two weeks and we’ve been going back and forth with another company through our home warranty. This company is bar far the best in the 530 area.I called every company in our area on a Saturday morning because our air conditioner would not come on.No one could come out but Vardells called me right away and Matt got right to work to try to figure out the problem.He didnt get it fixed on Saturday because we needed a new motor that he wouldnt be able to get until monday. I have used 3 different HVAC companies in the area and Vardells AC has by far been the quickest to give quotes and the quickest to respond to tenant issues. I have never had the issues with communication that Ive had with some other companies in the area. They were not the cheapest bid, but they were close and beat out the major companies. Sofar this is the only HVAC company I have recommend to friends. If you are having issues Vardells is a safe bet.

Initially Matt was very eager to fill the refrigerant, I advised him that the problem perceived to be bigger since we just had refrigerant filled. He advised that he would need to look in the attic, he found out we needed a new condensing coil but to be comfortable we can get the refrigerant filled. We took his advice and got that done and asked him to provide a quote for the coil.After we paid him he sent a survey, and said he would text me a quote. This was a month ago, Ive texted him multiple times to see if he was able to find the part and give us a quote. We are no longer repeat customer for his livelihood.Ive never felt like I was conned, but this aftermath makes me think that I was, be advised when contacting Vardell for repairs.

My a/c was not blowing out ANY cold air. So I looked up local repairmen. I actually called 6 companies. Vardells was the only company to call ne back. A had a repairmen show up Monday morning. My diagnosis was not good. But with that being said I am sitting in my house and a whole new unit has been installed. I would highly recommend Vardells Nithing but hard working nice guys.

Ive used Vardells on multiple occasions and have A+ service every time. They came out the day I called last summer during a 110+ heatwave on a Tuesday and had my AC working again Wednesday morning. Every shop I called before them told me 2+ weeks. I wont call any other shop now, Vardells rocks!
