Oh my goodness I cannot say enough great things about our local paint store! Saturday I became THAT customer! I failed to notice what time it was and walked in at 4:45 (not realizing they close at 5:00), and I asked for a service that Leo wonderfully obliged. Not until he was back in the store room did I realize the service I asked for is no longer being offered due to limited paint supply! I was humbled and ever so thankful! Then realizing the store was to close I was mortified! Leo did not show any hesitation in serving me, he never once said I cant do that and by the way we are closing! He jumped right in to help me and I am wonderfully thankful! This store is the best!!!!! This Sherwin-Williams Paint Store will have my business forever and a day!!!!!

The sales associates at the Yuba City Sherwin-Williams store are always very helpful, kind and friendly. The paint was the perfect color and high quality.

Customer service is always top notch here. It is refreshing to still have a place thst offers quality customer service. Leo and his crew are excellent. It is worth coming here for paint over the big box stores.

Customer Service was poor last couple times I went in, it was the same manager believe he is in the evening asked for a specific color and said would not be able to get it without a sample so after wasting some time and asking him cant they look it up? Finally went over to the computer to cross reference it while saying it wont be a perfect match.

Wanted paint swatches and they didnt have any. My whole purpose of going to the store was for that reason. Didnt offer to take my name and number to call me when they got some in. Very disappointed 😞

I had special help from Leo. He tried to help us with a special issue & went above & beyond. The young lady that helped us with our purchase was also very helpful.

The app tool is easy to use and extremely helpful, I new exactly the colors I needed and that made my paint purchase simple and fast. The paint quality is amazing, no need for multiple coats, saving a lot of time and labor. I will be using Sherwin-Williams paint from now on.

Ill be honest I hate painting, but with Sherwin Williams I get a knowledgeable staff who are willing and eager to help.
