These guys were making 2020 Kawasaki ZX14r with a pipe and ECU remap horsepower back in 1990 with carburetors and a oil cooled engine.......the bike I’m talking about also ran over 200mph in street trim. In my opinion Billy and his ex partner Richard were pioneers in motorcycle engine development. I wish I were fortunate enough to be able stand in his shop and just talk and adsorb knowledge of what works and what ultimately doesn’t work in a high performance motorcycle engine.

They have to be some of the best mechanics I have ever come across. Quality is what u get with these guys

The overall experience OK. PRICE I later found out was a rip off. I called the local Yamaha Honda Shop and they have a lot better prices and service. Call around town to find what you can get for a better deal. Good Luck I hope this helps future riders.

Went to Billy Rohm RPM for the Dyno Mapping yesterday. Im very happy with the service. Damn nice guy and extremely knowlegable. I would definitely recommend him to others.Anybody can purchase a dyno machine, but not just anybody knows how to use it. Its a bit of an art, this guy has been doing this forever.

Everything has been good. Have had nothing but good experiences dealing with him.

If I could give 0 stars I would....this shyster wrecked my bike (running wise) traveled 6hrs to use him because of the false reviews i read......wouldnt return or answer my calls,sent dyno after repeated badgering 2mo later on a FLOPPY DISC...REALLY? its not 1984...then I got it converted so I could read it then realized why it was in floppy form....1/2 assed and no flow chart.....believe me when i say DO NOT go here he may have been the man back in the day but that day isnt today....thnx for nothing Billy
