The ladies are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Today I was informed of 2 specials that fit into my existing purchases. The mugs are SO cute! Of course, who doesnt like 30% off conditioner?!

The store was good and looked more put together then it has in the past. Staff was friendly. Good experience

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I went in the store said hello and was ignored. Both girls were busy gossiping and never asked if I need it help when I walk around the store three times. I walked out. This happened at the Yukon, Oklahoma store Saturday morning 8/15/20

Great store, I just dont like when youre trying to get out of the parking lot, its hard to see whats coming from your left when cars or trucks are parked there. Just be careful.

I this is a great Sallys. Every time I walk in the door they are helpful and work with me to find what I need. I purchase everything from nail and hair color to hair dryers and flat irons. They have people who actually have knowledge of the products to help me with what I need.

Interesting to see another review touching on the closing employees behavior here. I have shopped here for a long time and was very disappointed/surprised when the closing employee saw me pull into a parking space and rushed over to turn off the lights and lock the front door, even though it was 3 mins before the store closed...while making eye contact with me, which made it almost confrontational. I knew exactly what I needed and where it was located and could have been out of the store in 3 mins easily and would have spent over $100. I used to work retail and was taught to never turn away shoppers who were ready to spend money. Thankfully, Sallys isnt the only place to purchase the items I was needing, so I think its time to take my business elsewhere. Customer service still counts.

Staff is willing to help, but Im not sure I completely trust their recommendations.

Went in there two days in a row to because I forgot some stuff the first day. The first day I went in there I had on jeans and T-shirt had no problems with the staff and they treated me just like everybody else and didnt bother me when I said that I didnt need any help. The next day I came in there wearing an oversized hoodie and sweats. Which were my boyfriends clothes. One lady looks at me and stares as Im walking in. They say hello and ask me if I needed any help and I say no. So I go the section I needed and one lady follows me over there and acts like she work when they were all working on the nail polish area located in the front of the building. She pretends like she doing something and I just ignore her. And then another lady comes over and ask me if need anything and I say no again. Now I am an African American girl what I need they would not know about because they are all Caucasian. They all proceed to stick around until I made my final decision. I have never felt more uncomfortable in my life and will not be returning to the Sallys beauty supply in Yukon, Ok for awhile.

I got there at 7:45 and they closed at 8. i had gotten there at the exact same time as another woman and her two boys. well, the employee had let the woman and her two kids inside but yet locked the door on me. one of the little boys came and tried to unlock the door for me because he didnt think it was fare that they could go in but i couldnt, and when he did that the employee started SCREAMING at him because he was trying to help me and then his mother started screaming back at the employee because she had no right to yell at her child. The worst experience ever and i will never return!!

I typically go to this store a lot and usually have a good experience. But this time it was horrible. The girl working there did help me. But when she was done she returned to the counter and talked bad about me. Cried all the way home. I will never go back.
