Gerald was our salesperson. He was very informative and knowledgeable. I gave him our price range and he was able to get us a great bed for a great price. He offered upgrades without being pushy. The service I got was great. The salesman that helped us listened to what I wanted and the price range I was looking for and showed me just that. He even went as far as to show me the cheaper mattresses first and worked our way up towards the max that I wanted to pay until we found the right one. I found the right ones in the middle of what I wanted to pay which allowed me to spend a little extra on the mattress protectors, and have them bring it to me and take the old ones away, and still had a little left over. I highly recommend them and will keep going back to get my mattresses from them as long as they keep up the great service!!!

How many nearest do I need to buy 2 queen-size beds. I had no idea how to shop for mattresses but the guy that was working there was very helpful. I bought two beds from them and Im very satisfied with my purchase.

Very good experience, the employee was (Bernard Sundy Sr). Hes a great guy, good at his job he knew a lot, was respectful and walked us through everything we needed to know and did not know. The first Saturday we went in to the Yukon store, manager Bob Miller greeted us at the door. We weren’t really looking to buy a new bed that day, but by the time we left, Bob had us set up with the purchase of a king for a queen plus a free adjustable base. The following Saturday we went in to pay and set up the delivery. In that one week the mattress had been discontinued and the adjustable base was out of stock. Understanding my wife is a pain sufferer, Bob found us a better adjustable base in stock and top of the line mattress for slightly more than the original deal. In all, Bob got us a better base, a top of the line mattress and helped us SAVE OVER $2500!! Do what we did - go to the other stores first and take note of the prices. Then go to Mattress Firm to buy your sleep set. You will not regret it! It’s been 2 months since our purchase and my wife and I have slept better than we have in years. Thank you, Bob!! We appreciate ya!!

HORRIBLE... I spent $5,000 on a mattress that is now completely ruined. We purchased a $200 mattress protector and I have a baby and a puppy. The bed has now been urinated on several times. The pee went STRAIGHT THROUGH to the mattress. So the mattress company sent a new protector and guess what.. the same thing happened. Because the mattress is now ruined and smells like pee, accidents continue to happen making the mattress horrible to sleep on. We have to clean everything every day. Mattress Firm didnt even respond when I asked them for advise because the Mattress Protectant Co. has been ZERO help. I would never buy a mattress from them again and dont waist your money or time listening to them talk about the protectors. They obviously do not know the product they try to sell
