My mom went in today to return a coffee maker me and my brothers had got her for he birthday. Unfortunately my brother had forget the receipt. My mom wanted to swap it out for another and Chloe at the return desk went out of her way to not only humiliate my mom but yell at her in front of other customers.This isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem with her. She acts completely unprofessional and does not know how to talk to customers. I’ve swapped things out when I’ve accidentally bought the wrong item and even if my mom wasn’t able to on this occasion I believe there’s a way to respectfully communicate that with the customer and be understanding when they have questions. My mom was not at all rude as she understands how it is to be on the other side of that desk.

Standing in line to buy iPad at 9:30 gentleman with white beard walked passed me saying not my department, the other lady ignored me. Why do I bother!

They have good prices, but Im really I know I did they keep moving products around to keep people in there shopping in the store some people dont have time for that and Im one of them

As much as I hate this place and I havent visited in 2 years. Some things have changed and some things remain the same. Like why their is only 4 to 6 handicap cars in this entire store. Sams has at least 20 and they are not as big or as busy. I think yall can do better. But the lines and service was great.

One, I notice this Walmart costs more than the ones in the city. The other thing is I was buying cat treats and noticed maggots on their products. I have no clue how an associate didn’t notice this. I did tell an associate and they seemed shocked. The store seems to be cleaner than nearby Walmart’s and the associates are nicer. I’m just not understanding the higher prices and the maggots on cat treats which makes me give them 3 stars instead of 5.

Got some chicken tenders, chicken wings cooked in walmart with Mac and cheese. Very tasty

Walmart recently remodeled this store.. They now have only four checkout stations. The rest force the customer to do their own customer service of scanning and bagging. Now have to wait in long line for alcohol, cigarettes, or a lighter purchase. I already dislike going there because it is so small. I used to love Walmart for huge selection, great price, and flexible (24 -hr) hours. I go to new 24-hr Crest store for all groceries now and avoid Walmart.

Ran in to pick up a couple items. What Im seeing more and more is self checkout. My take is ..... I dont work there and Im not being paid. People need to work and being a checker is a job!

Same excellence, but odd layout. Deli is in a corner with dairy, while the bakery is up front. Most of the time, you can go directly to what you need because of the homogeny of floor layout. I got a little lost and ended up going back and forth because things were not where I expected.

I work on the road away from home. I broke my phone. Within a few minutes of wandering around electronics. I was approached by a lady I only know as GG. She went far above and beyond to assist me with getting a new phone. My situation wasnt typical, and the whole process took a while. But not because of anything she had done. She was an absolute blessing. I wouldve been in a totally different situation, had it not been for her.

This was not a good shopping experience. At this Walmart they have changed all of the checkout Lanes except 3. They only had one of them open, the cashier had another employee standing next to her visiting. Not sure if this fellow was a manager but the cashier while checking our items was constantly complaining to him about other people on break and she shouldnt even have to be checking. There were plenty of self checkout areas open but they do not pay me to do that job. If they gave you a discount I might change my mind but until then put more checkers on the lines.

The pickup area is always friendly, fast and efficient. When shopping inside, store is clean, staff is friendly, restroom is cleaned regularly. I recommend this location.

They have about 10 designated truck parking spots and it is so much appreciated. Thank you! I wish all walmarts were like this.

Ehh. They are rearranging everything and it’s kinda a mess, we can handle that. But it’s still dirty. We love scan and go, but If someone has to come check my items before I check out, then the door checker, it completely defeated the purpose. And I had to tell the check out lady what it was

Usually have most things that my home Walmart doesnt have. They have changed this walmart to be mostly self checkout so there are hardly any actual people working checkout lanes. I love that. Some people dont. Overall, Im giving them 4 stars for their product availability alone.

Walmart PLUS members get free deliveries but they wont deliver 8.3 miles away???? So if you live to far, I guess they dont want your business. Why not just add an extra delivery fee? Some older folks need this service, but do you think Walmart will go the extra mile!!!?

The store was not very busy, which was a nice change. I enjoy using Walmart Pay, to pay for my groceries. They have a good selection, including plants, in unusual containers (see flip flop footed potted plant photo). Just wish the produce was fresher.

Everything on the shelves were empty, store was a mess and the freezers were either broken or?? They had associates emptying literally everything out of there in All the freezers. I figured since I was.in Yukon I would stop in wont make that.mistake again.

I visit the auto department to have tires rotated and have a leak fixed. The employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. The area was clean and well keep up. It was a great experience.

I would’ve given a 5 star as usual except the individual loading my groceries threw them into my trunk. Cans and jars everywhere, bread smashed and bag of chips torn. Very disappointed in this person.

They have what me and my family need, from food, to essentials, and in-between.

Clean restrooms and ck out lines moved quickly which is a big help when ur traveling on a bus.

I wish they would go back to cahiers. You use the self checkout and try to exit the store and you get stopped to check your receipt. Essentially they are labeling you as a thief when doing this. I, personally, dont appreciate that insinuation. From now own, I will politely ask the receipt checker which item are you checking to see that I didnt steal? When they tell me and affirm it wasnt stolen, I will turn around go to customer service to return the item and get my money back, then I will proceed to a different store to purchase a like item, no matter if there is a price difference. I will not purchase anything from WM that I am accused of stealing.

First off if I wanted to check out my own items at Walmart I would apply to be a checker there!! I for one will never shop there again and if they continue to do all the self checks at all of their stores like the one in Yukon, I wont be shopping at any of their stores!

Worst Walmart ever. Had to put saving cream and razors in a container at check out. Then the elderly greeter couldnt open, had to get help. 15 min standing at door way to leave. If I needed a job checking out groceries I put an application in.

Hadnt been to Yukon Walmart on a long time. I was not pleased. Nobody knew how direct me to what I wanted. Thats not a deal breaker but the checkout process was horrendous. There are soooooo many diy checkouts. Only one lady was checking so we had a long wait. While the lady checked me out she was venting loudly with lots of drama and hand gestures to a male employee who was just standing there listening to her.The checker was angry because she wasnt supposed to be checking. She was supposed to be in returns. She didnt know why!! I do not plan to shop in Yukon Walmart again. Shopping in Walmart is stressful! All those shopping for pick up orders run into you, run you over, reach in front of you. And now only one checker who was unprofessionallly angry.

Very convenient store for truckers since they have truck parking on the side of the building. We come from Florida and were surprised to see such a big area for self check out. More walmarts should implement this to make shopping easier.

Just your normal Walmart but the associates at this wallmart are very helpful.

Standard Walmart. Has plenty of stuff I dont need, plenty of stuff I want. Never really clean. Politeness of staff is a 50/50 game and you hope you catch them on a good day, but typically they publicly display their disinterest in working there.

Not a bad experience. With the main way to checkout being self checkout, times when the store is busy seems very time intensive

Got to meet head of HR an the training staff... Awesome people they really care about there employees! I was amazed to see just how many employees they both knew on a first name basis. Everyone! Its was crazy they walked by so many! The warehouse is Gigantic and it was around shift change. Great place to work very family oriented.

Every time I go in there everything has been moved. I cannot understand why one place has to rearrange things so often. Also seems like you have less and less variety of items every time I go in. the one very positive thing I do like are your registers on the self-checkout, are super fast compared to Crests registers.

Looks nice after the remodel. Very few cashiers. I dont mind honestly. It makes the lines a lot quicker.

Seems like this supercenter is well stocked and the employees seem friendly enough and the prices seem right as well. Overall experience is positive therefore Im going to rate this four stars and give it a small review. This store as well as other Walmart supercenters same to have things going right outside of putting small business owners in peril however business is business so the bigger bang for the buck seems to apply regarding to Walmart and its Monopoly. As usual only 6 Cashiers checking people out, lines were long too.It used to be that Walmarts motto was The Customer Is Always Right.Well not anymore, Walmart doesnt care about Customer Service anymore.

Went on a Friday and there was one cashier for the entire store. However, there were greeters at both doors and one person checking receipts. We waited in line for 20 minutes to be checked out as we refuse to check ourselves out if we arent being paid. Filed a complaint with corporate - this is unacceptable.

Pleasant if you go right as they open up. In and out in a jiffy.

Stock is inconsistent. No GV canned mushrooms for over a month, No GV whipping cream for 3-4 days, and no GV standard paper plates going on for a month or longer. 6 months back, no plastic Walmart bags at checkout with no warning until you arrived in line. Plants in garden center never watered. FLOOR AND PHARMACY STAFF IS GREAT AND HARD WORKING.

Worst Walmart in the state of OklahomaNarrow isles. They use 1 one cashier and everything else is self-checkout. Im surprised they didnt ask us to unload the trucks for them. Horrible customer service. I just left my cart sitting and walked away.

Asked an employee for help in sporting goods, was told by lady she doesnt work in that department. Found someone to help me find a box of xbow bolts. Site said 2 boxes on hand, male employee told me $34.95 was the price for one bolt, I told him that price was for a box of 6 as I had purchased them before and he said I was wrong. The box in the picture on their site even says 6 arrows. Clueless employee. Cheese selection was horrible, both deli and pre packaged sliced cheese. Deli lady was behind counter but wouldnt slice anything as she said they werent open yet. Your store is open so everything inside should be open for us. Worst Walmart within 25 miles of OKC as far as their selection of items compared to other stores. Will never return to this location.

If you are driving a big truck:DO NOT TURN IN TO WALMART FROMGARTH BROOKS BLVD!You can get a $141 ticket for usingthe wrong entrance!Go on past the Walmart front sectionand thenTurn left on W Vandermentand thenturn left again at NAPAand thencome on in to the North side of the store(for those of you who are logistically challenged,that would be the wall in the storethat is as far from the Interstateas possible)and thenpark near the delivery docksby the automotive section.There is truckstop style pull-through parking there in its own separate segment of the parking lot.The shipping containers are gone now.If it’s full,there are TWO T/A’s within 10 miles.Honestly,if you can’t find parking in OKC you’ll never make it in most big cities...

They got rid of all but 1 regular checkout, now it’s all self checkout. Will check if the Mustang Walmart has changed and will start shopping there.Edit: Started shopping at the Mustang Walmart and it’s 100% better. Don’t bother here, they spend lots of money remodeling the store instead of replacing the carts or redoing the parking lot. They remodel the place every year but haven’t done anything to improve the experience.

Store layout, which has been recently changed again, seems poorly thought. Product location lacks common sense in many cases. While on the topic of products- what keeps happening to store inventory/selection? Seems every time Wal Mart decides to make changes they also decide to remove items from their shelves. Very frustrating. But, my greatest complaint with the store is an almost complete lack of customer service. Rarely can you find someone to help locate something, and if you do manage to find someone they have a poor attitude, almost as if by daring to ask them to do what they are being paid to do you are causing them great pain and anxiety

Horrible I bought a microwave for my semi truck and when I opened the box the microwave was scratched and dirty on the outside. When I opened the microwave it was so disgusting. So I tried to return it and Wal Mart wouldnt take it back. Posted pictures of this nasty microwave that was supposed to be brand new!!!!

I moved to Yukon last year and this Walmart location has been my go to. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the store has been mostly well stocked and clean each trip. Its one of the busier stores due to location, but still prefer it over some of the others Ive visited.

I am giving Wal-Mart on Garth Brooks Blvd. 2 stars because they do have low prices & curb-side pick-up. I do not like to shop inside because how they have arrange their isles. They are to close together like the new arrangement for the beauty section. I understand they are trying to prevent stealing since Wal-Mart has high record of loss since covid-19 arrived. This area does not work for someone in a wheelchair. It was to crowded in this little section & I had to wait an additional 10 minutes just to get out of there. People do not care if you are in a wheelchair & wouldnt move so you can get through. Even, the carts are to big for this area too. I normally shop for curb-side but I wanted to see some beauty stuff vs online shopping. Also, there should be a couple cashiers still. People in wheelchairs may not be able to move easily for self-checkout. I had issues with this because I couldnt get close enough to scan or touch the key-pad to use my debit card. I think now I can use the app to checkout like I do with Sams Club. Next time I will be. Also, I will have to go in earlier if I want to go to the beauty section. They do offer that 7am-8am for disabled customers like myself. I will try that next time. Just sucks that I have to get up early if I want to go to the beauty section. Maybe put a sign that says no carts in this area? 🤷🏼‍♀️ That might help....

Lot of theft here apparently. We usually try to shop at the el reno Walmart. They literally want you to check yourself out here in yukon. I will stop using Walmart once they shift all to self checkouts. I will start shopping at local grocery stores

All good but they dont carry Sprite with ginger yet, dang it. Overall a good experience. Not stocked with PS 5 is my only complaint.

2 lines with assisted checkers. The rest was self checking. 2 ladies in my line left the store without their selections.

I won’t be ordering for delivery any more. Paid for a year and they won’t refund. Last 2 deliveries, several items that I am charged for have not been included. If you order, review it before you put it away. 6 items were missing this time for a total of just over 16.00 on a$70.00 order. I would not recommend delivery! They would not refund on the app so had to call but I did get a refund thank goodness. Pickup has been good delivery stinks. So much for saving time.

I dont shop here but I was able to get the Pfizer vaccine appointment with no problem.

The store was squeaky clean which was very nice to see during these times. As I have experienced in the past, I was one again face to face with another customer unfriendly employee checking me out at the register. No hello, no your total is, no thank you. Its sad to say that this is what Ive come to expect from the employees. I will say, however, Ive never had any issue with the employees that run the pickup service Walmart offers. They are always exceptionally kind. Keep your day happy and just order your groceries for pickup!
