Ordered 2 Le Vian online, and my ring came in the wrong size. I called and asked what we can do, and was told my two options were either 1. I ship it off for 30+ day turn around and PAY for my sizing even though it was their mistake or 2. return my order and order a new one with the correct size. Well since the two rings were out of stock, this isnt an option. I was dismissed, and online customer service wasnt much help either. We have given all of our business to Kay, but now I feel this will change unfortunately.

Ive always been treated with high quality service from Kay Jewlers. I use the Yukon location and have purchased many quality pieces of jewelry. I just dropped 2 rings off for sizing and repair.

Ordered a ring in May was told it will be ready around June 10th, June 10th comes no ring and was told sorry manufacturer didn’t have a return address it will be ready July 2nd, here it is June 29th ring is in and NOT IN THE SIZE WE ORDERED, so now gotta send it back and get sized and spend more money when we were told it will come in the size we ordered! So now we are most likely going to cancel the whole things an go somewhere such a waste of my time.

Kelsey and Taylor were AMAZING!! We absolutely loved them, they were professional, kind and very very helpful.I went to get my ring cleaned and talked with them about engagement rings, they helped me create a wishlist and showed me how to create my own custom ring so I could get excalty what I want, they were patient with us and took their time to explain all the options.Kay Jeweler is very lucky to have these ladies running their Yukon location, 5 star customer service.

I bought a ring before Thanksgiving for my anniversary. It was supposed to be to the store around Thanksgiving, It wasnt. I called the next week asking if they received it and they said not yet so, I wait a few more days and call on Friday. They said they still didnt get it and gave me the number for corporate to figure out wheres my package. It was supposed to be delivered on Thanksgiving and nobody was there because of the holiday, which is great. But they sent me package back to the warehouse and said theyll try and track it down. So a week or so later I call back Kay and see if its been delivered and they call the warehouse and will be getting a refund and it could take up to 21 days to get it. I was disappointed but understood. The next week I get a call from lay saying my ring finally was delivered and I went in to see it and its perfect. Its currently out for resizing now. 4/5 stars because of the communication and for finding my ring. I cant wait to see it on my hand.

Kelsey was amazing! She helped with a holiday return and the perfect piece to replace it with. She made perfect style suggestions and found what was needed within the budget she was given. Always Love dealing with her and the beautiful selections that are available.

I waited an hour outside in the car to come in and pick out and engagement ring.When we arrived, we were rudely greeted by a sales person because my partner was not wearing a mask and had a medical paper from a dr showing he is asthmatic. She let it go. But refused to help us. And took the next person.Clearly prejudging your prospect was not a smart decision and I would say this was down right discrimination. This day was supposed to be special and still is. But we were treated very poorly and some kindness and help directing me to pick the right ring would have been nice. She basically just told me where the rings were and it was good luck to me. She missed a Pif. I’m going elsewhere.

I am not the type of husband that does the buying when it comes to jewelry, but after 20 years decided it was time to surprise my lovely wife. I had no idea where to start and walked into Kay Jewelers in Yukon. Christopher greeted me and saw I was lost. He spent the next 30 minutes asking questions and helping me pick the perfect gift. When me and my boyfriend went into this store today, my first impression was how well the store was set up! Everything is beautifully displayed and the store was very clean! We were greeted right away by Chris. He was very friendly and professional. I am not an easy person to shop for, since I am so indecisive. We told Chris our budget and he immediately got to work for us. Adam, the manager, came up and introduced himself. He and Chris worked together like a flawless team to get us exactly what we wanted! It was like they were reading my mind even though I had no idea how to describe what I wanted. When they showed us the ring, we knew it was the one. It was perfect and right at our budget! They added it to a wish list but then they saw the look on my face, I was in love with that ring! It was then that Adam and Chris worked their Kay Jewelers magic and we left with that ring!I dont know when exactly it will happen, but when the love of my life asks me to marry him, I know the ring will be perfect!Thank you so much guys! So to make a long story short if you need a ring, necklace or bracelet this is the place!!! Chris & Taylor are by far absolutely the best in their line of work!!! So my wife had her ring resized and the ring came back damaged which I must point out is NOT the fault of Kay jewelry or Chris or Taylor. Chris set about doing what any man worth his salt would do and rectify the situation, which he did above and beyond all expectations!!!!! I cannot say enough about the effort Chris and Taylor put in to make this right. Absolutely astounding, Kay jewelers if your reading this, they ARE the kind of people you WANT running your store and if you guys give out a customer service award they win it hands down!!! Be proud you have such excellent service people. Any jewelry purchased in the future will be from your Yukon location as long as Chris and Taylor are the ones helping me. CONSUMERS BE CAREFUL! We purchased our wedding rings at Kay Jewelers. When we made the purchase, we also purchased the lifetime warranty which had the requirement of having our rings inspected every six months. We fulfilled this requirement for 15 years. Upon the last inspection, the technician knew that a prong was broken on the ring but sad the stone was solid. Sadly, the 1/2 carat heart shaped diamond fell out of the setting and was lost seven months after this inspection. I called this store and continued up the chain, requesting that the care plan be honored. I was only told that I could purchase a new solitaire for $2,000 because I was one month past the inspection. So, after having the ring inspected for 15 years and the technician knowing a prong was broken, Kay Jewelers said they would not honor the purchased care plan. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE and I will continue to advise others to choose a jewelry store that will honor a warranty. It is obviously all about the money and not about the customer at Kay Jewelers.

After visiting Kay Jewelers (Yukon) I was blown away with the experience they provided me with. I wasn’t there to purchase jewelry but simply to bring my ring in for inspection. They were very kind in every way! I highly recommend this location. The last 4 years I’ve been going to a different location for my ring inspections. I’ve never received this quality of service from the other location. Thank you so much for everything you do for your clients each and every day. I would rate this location 10 stars if it were an option.

I normally shop at the outlet store on I40 and Council but they did not have any of the charms in stock. My sales lady suggested that I try this location while I was rapping up my other purchases. I was reluctant to go since I was on lunch and already running behind. Normally NOT a last minute shopper but have had a small child in the hospital PICU unit the last couple weeks so stress level is very high as well. I took the chance and ran over. The item I selected was not on sale as I was told by the other store. As I got upset the salesman and manager both were very understanding. Kept their composure and took the time to explain it to me. They had no clue the amount of stress or situation my family had been under yet they never got upset and treated me very well. I made the purchase and will be back. I can not say enough about these guys. Thank you for just being good people!

So glad they finally put in a Kay Jewelers close to my house. Now, I dont have to drive 20 miles out of my way to go into OKC.We have been Kay customers for 10+ years. The folks at this store are super helpful. Its nice not having to fight the crowds at the mall. Its also nice having the salesperson give you the time needed to make a selection without feeling like you are under the gun, so they can move on and help the masses.

My item was ordered in store thru the outlet, I had called and called for 2+months and they still didn’t have it in. I walked into the Yukon location and they wouldn’t take no for an answer, they called until someone found my wedding ring for my husband! Anytime I am buying jewelry I will only shop here. When they say lifetime warranty they mean it. 10 years after I bought my wifes wedding ring the main setting was loose and they fixed it no questions asked. Great people, great pricing and a pleasure to do business with.

Really thought I would be leaving 5 stars but sadly no.... we were in on Friday and the piece I wanted was at the outlet mall Christopher called special orders and told me they would have it by today that he would prolly just go pick it up on the weekend and have it earlier and well here Monday has came and gone and not so much as a phone call whatsoever!!!! As much money as we have spent here makes me think maybe Zales or Jared’s is where we will go from now on. I even called before posting this review and was told Christopher had left for the day which aggravated me since I received no call and I told her why I was calling and she said oh yeah we noticed it didn’t come in!!! Just amazing the lack of customer service when you can’t take time to do what you say or at the least a courtesy call!!!!!

My wife and I bought our wedding rings from Kay about 3 years ago. We were told when we purchased them that we had to get them inspected every 6 months in order to maintain the warranty. We had them inspected a couple of times in the first year, but of course after that we stopped doing it. This past weekend I noticed that one of the sapphires was missing from my ring and was really disappointed in myself for not keeping up with the cleanings. I live in Yukon and went to this location to see what I could do to get it fixed. The price of a new sapphire ended up being more than I could swing, and as a courtesy they went ahead and replaced it for free! I thought this was terrific customer service, and the Australian gentlemen (whose name I forget, I am sorry) was extremely kind and polite. Thanks Kay for a wonderful experience when I was highly stressed.

Christopher at Kay Jewelers is outstanding. He fixed my broken wristband without question and very quickly I might add. Ive been buying Christmas stocking stuffers here for the last two years and always worth the drive.

The staff all the way up to the manager friendly and professional thats just to start amd my story with them i got my wifes ring at a difrent kays because i was not even in this state at the time she lost a stone off of her ring we had there warranty but she had lost the stone so i called up just trying to figure out how much it would be to replace the stone they got me the price like i had asked and the manager out of the kindness in his hart basicly said you know what i want to take care of this for you and they did just that and honestly came back out looking like we just got the ring and we have had it now for a cuple of years so if my opinion means anything to you i would recommend this kays they know what they are talking about and they will do what it takes to give you 100% and then add a extra 20%
