Eric is wonderful. I believe he really cares about his patients. He is so good to my Dad. He personally calls me when I have a question. My dad use to use Hearing Solutions until we found Eric. Wow what a difference. I would not go anywhere else. Hands down the best!

I continue to have issue with using my hearing aids, The volume for the TV is high just to be able to hear it, causing others to request that it be turned down. I have problems getting them into my ear, fingers just dont cooperate very well. I do like that I dont have to purchase batteries, but the buttons for control will not adjust.

I was so impressed with the overall service that Beltone provided to my Dad that I set up me a hearing test. I am a Disabled Vet and it would have been a 1 year wait before I could be seen at the VA. The hearing aids the VA provided me 4 years ago was so outdated and was working so I scheduled myself an appointment with Beltone and received the same highly professional service that they provided my Dad. I purchased a new set of hearing aids from Beltone. I cant wait for them to come in so that I can hear again. Thanks Beltone!!!

Could not be more satisfied with my Beltone hearing aids or my experience with the Yukon location. Eric is very knowledgable and is able to explain hearing loss, its causes and treatment. After considering the lower priced ear amplifiers that automatically adjust to your hearing loss requirements, all without an auditory exam, I decided to go to Beltone. Im glad I did. Besides, Charlie Daniels aint wrong about nuthin!

Eric helped me a lot. I was approved for hearing aids but after I got them I had some medical issues come up. I wasn’t going to be able to afford them and Eric saw that they took them back with no charges. If I ever get everything resolved I will come back to Eric and Beltone!
